본 연구에서는 교사의 전문성 영역의 한 부분인 학생 평가 전문성을 교사 스스로 진단해 보고 진단 결과에 대해 적절한 처방을 제공받을 수 있는 교사의 학생 평가 전문성 자기진단 프로그램을 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 선행 연구와 문헌 조사를 통해 교사의 학생 평가 전문성을 구성하는 요인을 규명하고 이를 범주화하여 학생 평가 전문성 진단 도구를 구안하였다. 교사의 학생평가 전문성 구성 요인은 1990년에 미국의 AFT(American Federation of Teacher), NEA(National Education Association), NCME(National Council on Measurement in Education)가 공동으로 발표한 ‘학생 평가를 위한 교사의 평가전문성 기준(Standards for teacher competence in Educational Assessment of Student)’ 7가지를 연구자가 진단 도구 개발에 적합하도록 ${\circled1}$평가 방법의 선정, ${\circled2}$평가 도구의 개발, ${\circled3}$평가 실시?채점 및 성적 부여, ${\circled4}$평가 결과의 해석?분석?활용?의사소통의 4개 영역으로 재구성하였다. 진단도구를 개발하는데 있어서는 전문성 구성 요인별로 설문 형식의 질문에 답하고 이를 종합하여 점수를 매기는 방식보다는 구체적인 상황과 사례를 제시하고 이에 대해 평가를 해보게 하는 방식을 이용하여 평가 능력을 실질적으로 진단할 수 있게 하는데 초점을 맞추었다. 개발된 프로그램은 교사가 외부로부터 평가 받는데 소극적인 점을 감안하여 교사 스스로 자기를 진단할 수 있는 도구를 제공하고자 했으며, 진단 도구를 통해 밝혀진 결과에 대해 처방이나 안내를 함께 제공하여 교사가 자신의 평가 전문성을 제고하는데 보다 적극적으로 나설 수 있도록 도울 수 있는 프로그램으로 개발하려 하였다. 또한 이 프로그램을 교사가 활용하는 과정에 대한 조사 연구를 통해 궁극적으로는 교사의 학생 평가 전문성 신장을 위해 필요한 외부 지원이 무엇인지 추출하고 이러한 지원 체계와 교사가 능동적으로 이어질 수 있는 방안을 모색해 보고자 한다.

원자로 압력공기 재료인 SA508-3 강의 중성자 조사량에 따른 Hysteresis Loop 의 변화와 Barkhausen Noise 의 변화를 조사하였다. 조사량에 따른 최대자기유도, 보자력, 잔류자화 및 Barkhausen Amplitude 의 변화를 측정하였으며, 이를 격자변형에 의한 자구 벽의 pinning 과 중성자 조사에 의한 자기에너지의 변화로 설명하였다. 중성자 조사에의 한 자기적 성질은 기계적 성질의 변화보다 훨씬 민감하게 변화하였으며, 보자력과 잔류자화는 중성자 조사량에 따라 선형으로 증가하였다. 이를 이용하면 조사손상 평가와 함께 조사량을 측정하는 dosimetry 에도 적용될 수 있는 가능성이 있다.

원자로 압력용기 재료인 SA508-3 강의 인장소성변형에 따른 자기적 성질변화를 연구하였다. 소성변형에 따른 보자력, 잔류자화, 자기이력손실 및 Barkhausen Noise의 변화를 측정하였으며, 변형에 따른 자기적성질의 변화를 자구와 전위와의 상호작용으로 설명하였다. 강자성체의 자기적 성질과 기계적 성질 사이는 밀접한 관련이 있으며, 이를 이용하면 압력용기강의 조사효과 평가에 적용 할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

This study aims to explore the relative influences of covert narcissism and evaluative concerns perfectionism on SNS addiction tendency, and the mediating effect of evaluative concerns perfectionism in the influence of covert narcissism on SNS addiction tendency of undergraduates. The results of this study can be summarized in the following. First, control failure and disturbance of adaptive, avoidance of negative emotion, and virtual life orientation and withdrawal were best accounted for by exploitation/self-centeredness. On the other hand, absorption and tolerance was best accounted for by hypersensitivity/vulnerability in undergraduates. Also, SNS addiction tendency was accounted for by only socially prescribed perfectionism of evaluative concerns perfectionism. Second, evaluative concerns perfectionism partially mediated the relations between covert narcissism and absorption and tolerance and between covert narcissism and virtual life orientation and withdrawal, while it didn't mediate the relations between covert narcissism and control failure and disturbance of adaptive and between covert narcissism and avoidance of negative emotion.

In this study, self - healing microcapsules which can be mixed directly with cement composites were prepared, and the quality and crack healing performance of cement composites with self - healing microcapsules were evaluated. In the past, it has been focused on evaluating self-healing capsules and crack healing properties. Therefore, self - healing microcapsules have been studied for their effect on the quality of cement composites when mixed with cement composites. The table flow and the air flow rate of the cement composite material mixed with self-healing microcapsules were found to have no significant influence on table flow and air volume regardless of mixing ratio. Compressive strength and splitting tensile strength tended to decrease with increasing capsule mixing ratio. As a result of evaluation of crack healing properties according to water flow, initial water permeability decreased, and reaction products were generated over time and cracks were healed.
