목적: 농촌 지역사회 기반의 허리 근력 강화 운동 프로그램이 운동과 허리 건강에 대한 개인의 태도 및 믿음에 미치는 효과를 평가하고자 하였다. 방법: 강원도 지역 네 개의 농촌 마을에서 가벼운 허리 통증이 있는 79명의 여성 자원자(42-76세)들을 운동군(n=40)과 대조군(n=39)으로 마을단위로 배정하였다. 운동군에서는 지역사회 기반의 허리강화 운동 프로그램(주당 3회, 8주간)이 시행되었고 대조군에는 일반적인 건강 관리에 대한 강의가 제공되었다. 등척성 허리 신전 근력과 허리 통증 관련 장애, 운동에 대한 태도, 허리 질환에 대한 위협인지, 운동의 자기 효능감을 중재전과 중재후 1, 2개월째 측정하였다. 결과: 운동군에서 2개월후 허리 신전근력은 뚜렷이 증가하였으며 허리 통증 관련 장애도 유의미하게 감소하였다. 운동에 대한 태도와 허리 질환에 대한 위협 인지는 운동군에서 증가하였으나 대조군에서는 변화가 없었다. 운동의 자기효능감은 양군에서 같이 증가하였으나 운동군에서 그 정도가 더 뚜렷했다. 결론: 농촌 지역 여성들을 대상으로 한 허리 근력 강화 운동 프로그램은 허리 통증으로 인한 장애를 감소시켰고 운동의 효과에 대한 태도와 믿음을 변화시켰다.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 정신간호실습을 위해 역할극을 활용한 의사소통능력 강화 프로그램을 적용하고, 그 효과를 검정하기 위함이다. 적용된 프로그램은 실제 실습현장에서 접하기 쉬운 사례를 바탕으로 시뮬레이션의 한 방법인 역할극을 주요한 교수방법으로 구성하여 적용하었다. 역할극을 활용한 의사소통능력 강화 프로그램을 통해 간호대학생들은 의사소통 지식과 의사소통 수행능력, 의사소통 자기효능감, 학습동기 및 교육만족도 향상에 효과적이었다.

강화 학습(Reinforcement Learning)을 실제 문제에 적용하는 데 있어 가장 큰 문제는 차원성의 저주(Curse of dimensionality)이다. 문제가 커짐에 따라 목적을 이루기 위해서 더 않은 단계의 판단이 필요하고 이에 따라 문제의 해결이 지수적으로 어려워지게 된다. 이를 해결하기 위칠 문제를 여러 단계로 나누어 단계별로 학습하는 계층적 강화 학습(Hierarchical Reinforcement Learning)이 제시된 바 있다. 하지만 대부분의 계층적 강화 학습 방법들은 사전에 문제의 구조를 아는 것을 전제로 하며 큰 사이즈의 문제를 간단히 표현할 방법을 제시하지 않는다. 따라서 이들 방법들도 실제적인 문제에 바로 적용하기에는 적합하지 않다. 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위해 복잡계 네트워크(Complex Network)가 갖는 작은 세상 성질(Small world Property)에 착안하여 자기조직화 하는 생장 네트워크(Self organizing growing network)를 기반으로 한 환경 표현 모델이 제안된 바 있다. 이러한 모델에서는 문제 크기가 커지더라도 네트워크의 사이즈가 크게 커지지 않기 때문에 문제의 난이도가 크기에 따라 크게 증가하지 않을 것을 기대할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 환경 모델을 사용한 강화 학습 알고리즘을 구현하고 실험을 통하여 각 모델이 강화 학습의 문제 사이즈에 따른 성능에 끼치는 영향에 대해 알아보았다.

대부분의 발달장애를 돌보는 어머니의 양육경험 속에는 스트레스로 인한 부정적 정서 및 우울증을 포함하지만, 어떤 어머니들은 장애자녀로 인해 가족 및 사회적 친화력을 높이고 긍정적인 정서경험을 통해 자신 및 가족의 삶의 질을 향상시켜 나간다. 본 연구는 발달장애를 돌보는 중년기 어머니들의 양육경험과 우울증의 상관관계에 있어 어머니의 자기자비와 중년기의 신체 및 심리적 특성에 대한 자기이해가 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대해 탐색하고자 한다. 연구수행에 필요한 자료 수집을 서울, 경기를 포함한 전국에 사는 발달장애 중년기 어머니 700명을 대상으로 하며, 자료는 SPSS PC+ Ver 28을 활용하여 빈도분석과 주요 변수에 대한 기술통계를 실시하고, 변인 간 상관관계, 회귀분석을 실행한다. 본 연구의 의의는 발달장애인 자녀를 돌보는 어머니의 양육 스트레스를 줄이고 건강한 가족회복을 위해 어머니의 자존감을 향상시킬 수 있는 자기자비의 역할과 중년기에 대한 자기이해를 강화하도록 도울 수 있는 장애인 가족지원 정책 및 사회 서비스 개발에 기여하고자 한다.

As information asset protection is recognized as an important management factor for organizations, organizations are increasing their investments in information security(IS) policies and technologies. However, strict application of IS may cause non-compliance behavior through IS stress on employees of the organization. Accordingly, this study suggests a mechanism by which employee stress affects IS compliance intentions through self-determination, and a method to reinforce IS compliance intentions through person-organization fit. We conducted an online survey of employees working at companies that adopted IS policies and tested hypotheses using 475 samples. First, as a result of analyzing the main effects of applying the structural equation model, role stress affected IS compliance intention through self-determination. Second, as a result of analyzing the moderating effect of applying Process 3.1, personal organization fit strengthened the relationship between self-determination and IS compliance intention. The research suggests a direction for achieving internal IS goals by confirming the influence of IS stress and behavioral causes of employees.

The purpose of this study is to increase the level of learning achievement by on-line learning instruments and self-regulated learning. The study were to investigate the 3 learning instrument-lecture, homework, participation-self related learning strategy, learning achievement. This Survey was conducted 226 responses of e-learning social welfare education learners. For this research, Amos 18 is used. The research findings can be summarized as the following. Lecture, homework and participation is indicated significantly affecting self-regulated learning and self-regulated learning is indicated significantly affecting learning achievement. And learning instruments has not statically significant direct effect on the learning achievement but learning instruments has statically significant indirect effect on the learning achievemen and the self-regulated.

This study was originated from the idea that it would be important for caring service of community children center to be positioned as the institution to strengthen the public nature and provide quality care services to children. In particular, competencies of the employees in community children centers play an important role and the quality of children care services is the crucial evaluation parameter for those institutions. The objectives of this study are to investigate the effects of the competency levels of the employees in community children centers on the service quality to children and to verify the mediated effect of self-efficacy on their service quality to children. With respect to the data analysis methods, hierarchical regression analysis was performed. Barron & Kenny's method was used to understand the mediated effect of self-efficacy. Also, Sobel test was performed to investigate the significance of mediated effect of self-efficacy. The study results are, first, the service quality to children might be differed by the level of competencies of the employees in community children centers; and second, partial mediated effect of self-efficacy was found between their competencies and service quality to children. These results implicate that service quality to children can be improved by strengthening competencies of the employees in community children centers and enhancing their self-efficacy. It is necessary to try to improve the service quality by enhancing competencies and self-efficacy of the employees in community children centers, which will lead those institutions to play a crucial role in the caring services.

Main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the self core evaluation of local public officials on the customer-oriented public service provision. Structural Equation Model was applied to analyze the relationship between self core evaluation and customer oriented public service attitude. From theoretic point, establishing the relationship between psychological concept(self core evaluation) and attitude is contribution to existing literature in this area. Positive structural relationships between self core evaluation and customer-oriented attitude was confirmed from empirical analysis. While variable job engagement took intermediating role between self core evaluation and customer-oriented attitude. The result implies that organizational psychological approach might be a more effective policy measure to improve citizen's satisfaction for public services. For a extended periods, Korean government introduced various institutional arrangements to improve the customer satisfaction for public service. Hoever, the result was not satisfactory. The result of this study suggest psychological approach to improve public service customer satisfaction.
