  • Concrete structure is recognized as the universal structuring material for its outstanding formability, economic efficiency, and strength development. However, as the ageing of field workers and the deficiency of skilled workers due to evasions from 3D business have recently become the major issues of the industry in Korea and as the materials are becoming more diversified and complicated for today's concrete structures are becoming higher, larger, and specialized, the need for practicality of construction work based on new technology and new method has greatly increased. In other words, the overall condition of today's construction business requires researches and developments on the self-compacting concrete for higher construction efficiency and quality improvements and the high-strength lightweight concrete for concrete weight reduction and reduction of area. Therefore experimental tests were performed as such compressive strength, dry shrinkage and carbonation of self-compacting concrete.

Properties of High Strength Lightweight Self-Compacting Concrete (고강도 경량 자기충전콘크리트의 성능평가)

  • Experimental tests on the high strength self-compacting concrete with light-weight fine aggregate and light-weight coarse aggregate(LHSSC) were performed with slump-flow, reaching time to the slump-flow of 500mm, V-funnel dropping time and U-box difference level and compressive strength. LHSCC with light-weight fine aggregate of 75% and light-weight coarse aggregate of 100% was only satisfied with the property conditions of second self-compacting concrete(SCC), like as flowability, resistance to segregation and filling ability. The 28-day compressive strength of LHSCC indicated above 300kgf/$\textrm{cm}^2$ in all concrete mixtures, and it was increased to increase the replacement ratio of light-weight fine aggregate or to decrease the replacement ratio of light-weight coarse aggregate. Therefore, for satisfying the properties of fresh SCC and hardened concrete with above 350kgf/$\textrm{cm}^2$, it would expected that the replacement ratio of light-weight fine aggregate and light-weight coarse aggregate will be determined with 50~75% and 25~50%, respectively.

  • 고속전철의 보조 전원 장치는 차량에 탑재되므로 소형화, 경량화 및 고신뢰성이 요구된다. 보조전원 장치중 Battery Charge는 고압의 직류전원(670Vdc)을 저압의 직류전원(83Vdc)으로 변환하여 객차(Trailer Car : 50kW) 및 동력차(Power Car : 10Kw)에 필요한 직류전원을 안정되게 공급하고 Battery Charger의 고장 발생 시를 대비해 Battery의 최적 충전상태를 유지해야 한다. 기술개발의 최종 목표는 고효율, 고신뢰성 밧데리 충전기 시스템 개발, EMI 저감, 부피와 무게의 소형경량화, 최적 스위칭 기술 및 회로 개발이다. IGBT에 대해 소프트 스위칭 기법을 사용하여 스위칭 손실 저감 및 소자의 스트레스의 저감으로 전력 변환 장치의 효율 향상과 소자의 신뢰성을 확보하였고, 스위칭 주파수를 높여 변압기나 인덕터등의 자기 소자의 크기를 줄였다. Battery Charger를 단일 모듈로 구성하기 보다 5kW 모듈을 여러개 조합한 다중모듈방법으로 병렬 운전하므로써 입출력 전류리플룰 감소시켰으며 시스템의 안정성과 신뢰성을 높일 수 있었다.

  • In this study, We compare material properties of Self-compacting concrete using Korean Belite cement with Japanese. Self-compacting concrete consolidates densely by virtue of its own weight at the location where concrete compaction cannot be carried out. Material properties of Korean and Japanese Belite cement are very similar but compatibility with superplasticizer and viscosity agent are some different. Before the batch mix, the compatibility must be checked as fresh concrete properties. For the concrete test results, Korean Beilite cement is suitable to product High performance concrete.

  • 2007년 MIT에서의 자기공진 기술 시연 이후 무선전력 시스템 기술에 있어서 많은 부분들이 다수의 연구자들에 의해 연구되고있다. 하지만, 무선전력 시스템의 효율에 큰 영향을 미치는 급집전 코일 및 선로용 케이블에 대한 연구는 매우 미진한 상황이다. 다만, 최근 들어 국내에서는 KAIST와 동원OLEV의 무선충전 전기버스와 철도기술연구원의 무가선 철도, 물류 분야의 무선전력 기술의 실용화가 점진적으로 이루어지기 시작하면서 무선전력 전용의 고주파 대전력 케이블에 대한 연구 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서 대전력 무선 전송 분야의 적용을 위해 100 kHz이하 대역에서의 고주파 전력 케이블 최적화를 위한 단위 집합 도체 특성을 실험적으로 평가하였다.

  • Lightweight concrete is known for its advantage of reducing the self-weight of the structures, reducing the areas of sectional members as well as making the construction convenient. Thus the construction cost can be saved when applied to structures such as long-span bridge and high rise buildings. However, the lightweight concrete requires specific mix design method that is quite different from the typical concrete, since using the typical mix method would give rise the material segregation as well as lower the strength by the reduced weight of the aggregate. In order to avoid such problems, it is recommended to apply the mix design method of self-compacting concrete for the lightweight concrete. Experimental tests were performed as such compressive strength, dry shrinkage and carbonation of high strength lightweight self-compacting concrete.

  • Recently, exposed concrete designs have been placed everywhere due to increased interest in indoor residential environments. In addition, in order to overcome the disadvantages of litracon, which was developed by mixing optical fiber, LEFC(Light Emotion Friendly Concrete) was developed in Korea, which improved unit price and constructivity by inserting hard acrylic rods. LEFC, using foaming agent and lightweight aggregate for light weighting, has disadvantages that decrease mechanical properties, and thus improved mechanical properties by using ultra-high performance concrete. Also, due to the characteristics of UHPC materials, it showed excellent self-consolidating performance. Considering these characteristics, a LEFC mold with pattern design was developed. The LEFC blocks were built so that pattern shapes could be seen and these were applied on-site to Sewoon plaza, located in Seoul.

  • Mossbauer spectroscopy methods are discussed when applied to test the properties of magnetic suppositories used in medicine. The experiments were carried out on magnetic rectal suppositories containing parmadine and fine-dispersed ferrite powder (BaOㆍnFe$_2$O$_3$) as a magnetic filler. According to the data on the value of effective magnetic field on $^{57}$ Fe nuclei in ferrite magnetic sublattices, the stoichiometric n-number equals approximately 5.5; this value corresponds to the composition range of optimal magnetic properties.

  • At present, the antiwashout underwater concretes are used as popular construction materials in European countries, the United States and Japan. The water-soluble polymers in the antiwashout underwater concretes provide excellent segregation or washout resistance, self-compaction and self-leveling property to the concretes. The purpose of this study is to recommend to optimum mix proportions of antiwashout underwater concretes according to compressive strength of 300kgf/$\textrm{cm}^2$ to 500kgf/$\textrm{cm}^2$. The antiwashout underwater concretes are prepared with various unit cement content, unit water content, sand-aggregate ratio, unit antiwashout agent and superplasticizer content. And they are tested for flowability, and compressive strength. From the test results, it is possible to recommend the optimum mix proportions of antiwashout underwater concretes according to compressive strengths within the range of 300kgf/$\textrm{cm}^2$ to 500kgf/$\textrm{cm}^2$.

  • 본 논문에서는 전기자동차용 배터리 충전기의 특징과 설계조건을 반영한 2 stage 자기유도방식 무선전력전송 (inductive power transfer, IPT) 시스템의 설계 방법을 제안한다. 시스템 설계 시 고려사항은 송신측 DC link 전압 범위와 수신측 듀티가변 범위, 배터리 전압 범위 등이 있다. 이와 같은 고려사항을 반영하여 2 stage IPT 시스템의 입 출력전압 범위를 선정하고 전압 전류 스트레스 분석을 통해 공진네트워크를 설계한다.
