창업가가 인식한 창업지원사업의 중요도: 만족도 분석

  • 본 연구는 창업지원사업의 효과성을 높이기 위해 창업지원사업의 분야 및 창업지원사업의 기대충족도와 경영성과와의 인과관계를 규명하고 창업기업의 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지를 검증하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이에 따라 우리나라 창업지원사업의 분야별 인지도, 중요도, 만족도를 살펴보고, 이러한 인식도의 차이인 기대충족도를 비교분석하여 이에 근거한 문제점을 파악함으로서 현 시대에 맞는 발전방향을 도출하여 우리나라 창업지원사업의 발전방안들을 제시하며, 합리적이고 효과적인 정책방향을 탐색하고자한다. 조사대상은 충청남도와 충청북도의 창업보육센터에 위치하며, 중소기업창업지원법에 의해 사업을 개시하고 7년이 지나지 않은 개인사업자 및 법인 사업자로 한정하였다. 자료수집 방법은 창업보육 매니저에게 요청하여 10개의 창업보육센터를 대상으로 총 150개의 입주기업에 이메일 설문지가 발송되었고, 자기보고식 작성방법에 따라 설문회수된 123개의 설문지 중 불성실 하게 응답한 설문지 1부를 제외한 총 122개를 최종 설문지로 사용하였다. 연구를 위한 자료의 수집은 2017년 10월 10일부터 2017년 10월 25일까지 2주간 실시하였다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. 창업지원사업 분야별로 창업자들이 상대적으로 중요하게 생각하는 정도와 실제 만족하는 정도의 평균값과 그 차이에 대한 검정을 한 결과는 다음과 같다. 창업지원사업 중 가장 중요하게 인지하고 있는 분야는 자금지원(4.44점), 시설 공간(4.25점), 컨설팅(3.80점), 창업교육(3.76점) 순으로 나타났고, 자금지원과 시설 공간은 4점 이상의 높은 점수를 보였다. 창업지원사업의 만족도는 창업교육(3.39점), 시설 공간(3.48점), 자금지원(3.36점), 컨설팅(3.33점)순으로 나타났다. 창업지원사업의 창업교육, 시설 공간, 컨설팅, 자금지원 각각 분야의 중요도와 만족도의 차이에 대한 통계적 유의성을 검정한 결과 모든 분야에서 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Organizational Justice and Employee Behaviors: The Mediating Roles of Trust in CEO and Supervisor (조직공정성과 종업원 행동과의 관계: 최고경영자 및 상사에 대한 신뢰의 매개효과)

  • This study was intended to examine the mediating roles of trust in CEO and supervisor on the relationships between organizational justice and employee behaviors. Data were collected from 4,055 employees across 18 different companies in Korea. Employees were asked to answer on a self-reported questionnaire. The two dimensions of organizational justice (i.e. procedural justice and distributive justice) were used. Employee behaviors were measured using counter-productive behavior and organizational citizenship behavior. Data were analyzed using a structural equation model. The hypothesized fully mediated model better fitted the data. Relative to distributive justice, procedural justice was more strongly related to both trust in CEO and trust in supervisor. But there were no significant differences in the degree of relationships between the two dimensions of trust and the two types of employee behaviors. These results showed that procedural justice is more important in enhancing trust in leader.

The Effect of School Adjustment, Self-Esteem, and Life Satisfaction on Academic Achievement (학업성취에 영향을 미치는 학교적응, 자존감, 삶의 만족도의 구조적관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the casual relationship between school adjustment, self-esteem and life satisfaction and academic achievement in elementary school students. This study utilized the NYPI's longitudinal data collected on elementary school students nationwide for 2012. Equation Modeling analysis was used to analyze 2,254 5th grade students' data. It was found that school adjustment was positively correlated with self-esteem, life satisfaction and academic achievement. School adjustment was directly associated with academic achievement. It was also confirmed that school adjustment indirectly explained academic achievement through self-esteem and life satisfaction. Future research directions and implications to teacher and institutions were discussed.

Roles of Childcare Teachers toward Child Abuse Prevention (아동학대예방을 위한 보육교사의 역할)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify childcare teachers' self-reported perception of child abuse and neglect, reporting procedures, and reporting experience in Korea. The total average score of knowledge in child abuse and neglect was relatively high and most childcare teachers consider child abuse and neglect as a highly serious problem. About eighty six percent daycare teachers perceived reporting legislation toward child abuse and neglect, and most teachers in the study population perceived themselves as mandatory reporters. As the Child Welfare Act included a clause on mandated reporters, childcare teachers' role in intervening in child abuse cases has become more critical. In order to increase childcare teachers' reporting, education program should be designed for childcare teachers to effectively involve them in reporting child abuse and neglect.

A Study on the Effect of Economic Stress on Aging Anxiety among Elderly: Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Age and Self-oriented Motivation of Volunteering (노년기 경제적 스트레스가 노화불안에 미치는 영향: 자발적 봉사활동 동기, 연령의 상호작용효과 검증)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of economic stress on aging anxiety focusing on the moderating effect of motivations for participation in volunteering, and age. In order to accomplish these purposes, a total of 182 elderly who have been volunteering were used for final analysis. The results from the multiple regression showed that economic stress increases aging anxiety among elderly and motivations for participation in volunteering are likely to mitigate aging anxiety. Also, aging anxiety is expected to be lower as people are older and have higher self-oriented motivation for volunteering. Based on the result, political and practical implications are discussed.

Influence of Clinical Nurses' Emotional Labor on Happiness in Workplace (임상간호사의 감정노동이 직장에서의 행복감에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is designed to examine the influence of emotional labor on the happiness in workplace related with the atmosphere at their working place in the clinical nurses. Data were collected by questionaires from 312 clinical nurses who work in the general hospital in the city "J". In results, emotional labor was related significantly negative correlation with happiness in workplace. Individual differences explained 7.7% of the happiness in workplace and emotional labor explained additional 8.9% of the happiness with control of the individual differences of hierachycal regression, so that the explanatory power of this study was 16.6% (F=6.150, p<.001). According to these data it is necessary to change the employers recognition on the emotional labor of the nurses and to develop the programs which assist and manage the emotional labor of the clinical nurses, in terms of the human network in their working place.

Effects of Importance in the Knowledge of Nursing Records, Critical Thinking Disposition and Self-confidence of Core Nursing Skills on Clinical Competence with Nursing Students (간호대학생의 간호기록 작성 지식의 중요도, 비판적 사고성향, 핵심간호술에 대한 수행 자신감이 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of importance in the knowledge of nursing records, critical thinking disposition and self-confidence of core nursing skills on clinical competence of nursing students. A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 201 Korean nursing students from October to December, 2020. As a result of the study, the factors affecting the clinical competence of nursing students were in the order of critical thinking disposition, importance in the knowledge of nursing records and self-confidence of core nursing skills(β=.43, .31, .24), and explanatory power was 61.9%. Therefore, it is recommend to develop and implement a teaching strategy that can integrate the major factors identified in this study for improving clinical competence of nursing students.

Relationships among Nursing Practice Environment and Turnover Intention of Hospital Nurses: The Mediating Effect of The Work-Life Balance (간호사의 간호근무환경과 이직의도 관계 : 워라벨(일과 삶의 균형)의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to test the mediating effect of WLB on the relationship between the nursing practice environment and turnover intention of nurses. Data were collected from October 5 to October 30, 2020 for 144 nurses for more than 6 months at three general hospitals located in A-do. Data analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 23.0 program by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and regression analysis. As a result of the study, WLB was partial mediating role in the relationship between the nursing practice environment and turnover intention. Therefore, in order to reduce the turnover rate of nurses, it is necessary to develop and apply programs along with organizational human resource management strategies to positively improve the nursing practice environment of nurses and to promoting WLB. Based on the results of this study, we intend to provide basic data to reduce the turnover rate of nurses by positively recognizing the nursing practice environment of nurses and improving WLB.

The Relationships between Parenting Experience and Depressive Symptoms of College Students : The Moderation Role of Subjective Well-being (대학생이 지각한 부모화경험과 우울증상의 관계 : 주관적안녕감의 조절효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the moderating effects of subjective well - being on the perceived parenting and depression symptoms of college students. The subjects of this study consisted of 413 college students in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do district participate in the study. Measurement tools used in this study were measures of Parentification Experience, depressive symptoms, subjective well-being. The frequency and percentage were calculated using the SPSS 21.0 statistical program, and the internal consistency coefficient (Cronbach α) was calculated. Correlation analysis and hierarchical multiple regression analysis were conducted to verify this study problem. The results showed that subjective well-being was a moderator of parenting and depression. Total experience of parenting, physical parenting, unfair, emotional parenting have been shown to have an adjustment effect in relation to depression.

The Relations between Parents' Overprotection and Depressive Symptoms in University Students : The Moderating Effects of Avoidance Coping (대학생이 지각한 부모의 과보호와 우울증상의 관계 : 회피대처의 조절효과)

  • This study was purposed to examine the effect of parents' overprotection on students' depression by moderating their avoidance coping. It was conducted self-reporting survey of 230 students from provincial universities. The measuring tools used in this study were PBI(The Parental Bonding Instrument), CES-D(The Center for Epidemiologic Studies-Depression Scale), Avoidance coping Style Scale. We used the analysis method SPSS 21.0 to calculate frequency, percentage and internal consistency reliability. To verify this research, we executed a correlation analysis and a hierarchical mid-term analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, parents' overprotection, depression and avoidance coping all have a static correlation. Second, it has been confirmed that avoidance coping is a moderating variable in relations between parents' overprotection and depression. Study limitations and suggestions for further research are discussed.
