  • 송전선의 고장은 다양한 형태를 가지며 전체 계통의 안정적인 운용을 위하여 신속하고 정확한 고장제거가 요구된다. 송전선로용 보호제어유니트는 계측, 감시, 보호, 제어, 통신, 자기진단, 기록 등의 기능을 종합 수행하는 디지털 보호계전장치이다. LG산전에서는 축적된 기술을 바탕으로 장기적인 투자와 시행착오를 거쳐 선진 외국제품과 경쟁할 수 있는 제품을 개발하였다. 개발된 보호제어유니트는 VME BUS를 기반으로 한 프로세서부, 입출력부, 표시조작부, 전원부로 구성되며, 사변형 거리계전요소를 기본으로 과전류요소, 자동재폐로요소, 동기탈조 보호요소와 같은 기본기능 외에 많은 기능을 내장하였고, 자기진단기능, 이벤트/고장기록기능 등과 같은 기타기능들로 구비하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 제어시스템의 신뢰성 향상을 위한 고장허용제어계를 실현하기 위하여, 함수관측자를 도입한 장치고장검출(IFD)기법 및 고장보상알고리즘을 제안하고, 이를 전형적인 불안정 비선형시스템인 역진자제어계에 적용하였다. 제안된 IFDS는 기존의 다중관측자기법과 동일한 구조를 가지지만 최저차 설계가 가능한 미지입력 함수관측자를 채택함으로서 알고리즘의 단순화를 가하였을 뿐 아니라 고장량의 추정 등 다양한 설계목적을 고려하여 설계될 수 있다는 특징을 가진다. 제안된 고장 검출식별 기법의 제안된 역진자제어계를 위한 제어기, 고장검출식별 및 보상알고리즘을 모두 포함한 상태에서 고장허용제어의 가능성을 검증하였다.

  • This paper describes important parameters used to evaluate the insulation performance of power supply components in metro substations. For online fault diagnosis of power supply components, we have developed a new remote condition monitoring system using wireless technology. Our developed system can continuously monitor electric power equipment such as transformers, circuit brakers, and rectifiers and have powerful wireless networking functions.

A Development of Mobile Vehicle Diagnostic System on .NET System and Bluetooth (블루투스와 닷넷 시스템에서의 모바일 자동차 진단기 개발)

  • Currently, mobile handset embeds many communication modules including CDMA and Bluetooth, and many applications are developed based on these modules. In this paper, we study about wireless vehicle diagnosis software and user interface based on bluetooth system on mobile handset. We developed Bluetooth communication system on protocol converter between OBD(On Board Diagnostics)-II system. Based on this system, we can communicate ECU(Engine Control Unit) and mobile device based on windows .NET compact framework platform. Therefore we can easily diagnose vehicle state and obtain engine data. All user interface and vehicle diagnosis systems on mobile handset are developed under windows .NET compact framework platform. Using this system we achieved several improvements over existing vehicle diagnostic system; 1) the software download and upgrade can be achieve on wireless environment, 2) no additional diagnostic devices are requires, which saves additional cost and we can diagnose the vehicle easily, 3) we can easily port our system on many embedded systems including PDA and navigator, etc.

Comparision in Emission Inspection System of a Gasoline Vehicle in Service (운행 휘발유 자동차의 배출가스검사 시스템 비교)

  • In the most of a nation, the safety and emission gas inspection system of a vehicle in service have been conducted with the most compatible inspection system according to its real environmental situation. Especially, the state of vehicle emission gas is measured by advanced emission gas inspection equipment. It has the problem that the decrease effect of an environmental pollution matter is not calculated by weight percent measurement type equipment. Therefore, in this study, the correlations for the results of emission gas measurement are analyzed by comparing a weight percent measurement type (IDLE+ASM2525 mode) and an advanced mass measurement type (IM240 mode). As the result, the selectivity of an emission gas by IM240 mode is higher than that by IDLE+ASM2525 mode. In the future, therefore, the introduction of IM240 mode and a mass measurement type equipment are necessary. Also, we need to prepare a vehicle emission gas inspection system for introducing IM240 mode.
