The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of voluntary purchasing motives on insurance consumer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to investigate the direct and indirect effects of insurance consumption satisfaction including psychological needs of consumers that induce voluntary purchase motivation based on psychological self-determinism theory. The research hypotheses and models were verified through structural equation analysis using online surveys of 1,225 insurance consumers. As a result of the study, the satisfaction of insurance consumption is increased when purchasing by voluntary purchase motive, in which consumers perceive the necessity of purchasing themselves. The positive perception of insurance consumption autonomy and insurance consumption environment increases the motivation to purchase voluntarily, Respectively. Through this study, it is suggested that excessive marketing of insurance companies and self-confidence of insurance consumers may hinder insurance consumption satisfaction and education of consumption attitudes of financial consumers to raise awareness of autonomous rights and responsibilities of insurance consumers.

본 연구는 가족의 구매의사결정에 대한 실증조사로서 성별역할관념론 및 자원이론과 가족구성원의 지각된 영향 간의 관계를 규명하였다. 영향을 주는 구성원은 남편과 아내와 자녀로 한정했으며, 영향을 지각하는 가족구성원은 남편과 아내로 제한하였다. 성별역할관념변수는 Scanzoni Sex-Role Scale(SSRS)로 측정하였으며, 자원변수는 남편과 아내 각자의 수입과 교육수준으로 측정하였다. SSRS 는 요인분석을 사용하여 차원(요인)을 파악한 후 자원변수와 함께 지각된 영향 간의 관계를 규명하기 위하여 다변량 회귀분석을 사용하였다. 요인분석 결과는 Scanzoni(1975)의 분석 결과와 요인구조 면에서 차이가 있었다. SSRS 는 아내의 척도 2 개 차원과 남편의 척도 3 개 차원으로 구성되어 있다. 그러나 본 연구에서 남편의 척도는 1 개의 차원으로 나타났다. 조사대상이 된 제품은 TV, 냉장고, 세탁기, 침대, 장롱, 식탁, 자동차, 남성정장, 여성정장, 여행지로 모두 10 개 였다. 성별역할관념변수의 영향을 분석한 결과는 "제품 특이적"이거나, 영향을 지각하는 "지각주체 특이적"이거나, 성별역할관념의 "차원 특이적" 현상을 보였다. 또한 우리나라의 남편들은 성별역할관념변수에 상관없이 자기의 영향을 더욱더 크게 지각하는 반면, 아내의 영향을 더욱더 적게 지각하는 경향이 있었다. 아내들도 남편보다는 자기의 영향을 더욱더 크게 지각하는 경향이 있으나 남편만큼 강한 것은 아니었다. 이 결과를 분석하면 남편들은 남성우월의 전통을 유지하려는 경향이 높은 반면 아내들은 이런 전통에 변화를 기대하는 진보적 성향을 띠고 있는 것으로 해석된다. 본 연구의 결과 자원이론은 지지를 받지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 다시 말해 자원이론은 부부사이에서 기대했던 영향과 반대 방향으로 나타났을 뿐만 아니라 부모와 자식 간에도 기대했던 것과 반대 방향으로 나타났다.

This qualitative study investigated how a music therapy program was experienced by juvenile offenders of school violence who were under a conditional suspension of indictment. Six adolescents participated in 12 consecutive weeks of group music therapy sessions, and were interviewed individually based on open-ended questions addressing key constructs of self-determination theory, which are autonomy, competence and relatedness. Using this framework, data was deductively analyzed using a modified grounded theory. The analysis also investigated how such impact of music therapy transferred or expanded to their everyday life. The analysis revealed that the properties of autonomy included making choices of songs and instruments, deciding how to play, and expressing opinions about music. Competence was associated with developing skills on musical instruments, creating own music, concentrating on their own project, and demonstrating their abilities. Relatedness were related to collaborating, exchanging opinions, and playing a part in musical projects. In addition, it was found that they also experienced shifts in consciousness and behavior, expanded self-awareness, and mutual exchange and group support. Lastly, it was revealed that the positive emotional and behavioral changes they experienced in music also appeared in their school life.

It is a tentative study on the influence of the consumers' motivation of charity impulse on their loyalty who donate to non-profit organizations. Based on the self-determination theory, this thesis paper analyzed the motivation of charity impulse on non-profit organizations which is the main factor influencing the donation loyalty with consumer-nonprofit identification as parametric variables.

In this paper, we study the biaxial buckling analysis of nonlocal MEE(magneto-electro-elastic) nano plates based on the first-order shear deformation theory. The in-plane electric and magnetic fields can be ignored for MEE(magneto-electro-elastic) nano plates. According to magneto-electric boundary condition and Maxwell equation, the variation of magnetic and electric potentials along the thickness direction of the MME plate is determined. In order to reformulate the elastic theory of MEE(magneto-electro-elastic) nano-plate, the nonlocal differential constitutive relations of Eringen is used. Using the variational principle, the governing equations of the nonlocal theory are discussed. The relations between nonlocal and local theories are investigated by computational results. Also, the effects of nonlocal parameters, in-plane load directions, and aspect ratio on structural responses are studied. Computational results show the effects of the electric and magnetic potentials. These computational results can be useful in the design and analysis of advanced structures constructed from MEE(magneto-electro-elastic) materials and may be the benchmark test for the future study.

The purpose of this study is to explore key factors that influence the intention of continuous use of social network service users in the online environment. Since the intention of continuous use is one of the most critical factors in the profit model of social network service, the findings of this study should be useful to the SNS firms. This study use the personal and network aspects as major behavior intention of that influence user's attachment to a social network service. The results are summarized as follows. First, use motivation in self-determination have effects on emotional attachment, information sharing intention, loyalty. The world's most leading social network services now, the social network service has developed very fast as a kind of new online service. During the past few years, the number of Twitter's registered users around the world has already exceeded 170 million. Not only have the United Sates, many countries around the world have also been hit by the wave of SNS, including those in Korea. Since the intention of continuous use is one of the most critical factors in the profit model of social network service, the findings of this study should be useful to the SNS firms. We need to continue the study of social network.

A growing body of research has focused on the negative effects of Internet gaming. This issue has become an increased public health concern in Korea. However, little is known regarding the positive effect of Internet gaming and its etiology. This study examined the effects of gaming motivations on gaming behaviors based on self-determination theory. Specifically, we investigated the associations of intrinsic and extrinsic gaming motivations with adaptive and maladaptive game uses. A cross-sectional data collected from a sample of 3,000 young adults using 2016 Korean Video Gaming Survey was analyzed. Measurement model analysis and structural equation modeling were conducted as primary analyses. The findings highlight the different effects of intrinsic and extrinsic motivations on gaming behaviors, such as adaptive and maladaptive game uses. Intrinsic motivations, such as experience-seeking and achievement-seeking, were associated with adaptive game use. Meanwhile, extrinsic motivations, such as sensation-seeking and monetary reward-seeking, were associated with maladaptive game use. The findings provide a better understanding of video gaming in light of both adaptive and maladaptive game uses. The implications for practice and policy were discussed.

We derive specific heat gap at the critical temperature as an exact anylitical function of applied magnetic field by using the thermodynamics. And we calculate numerical value of specific heat gap for some superconductors with the derived results and discuss the physical meaning. And it will be discussed that gap of specific heat discontinuity under certain magnetic field intensity become zero at the critical temperature.

가돌리늄 박막의 큐리온도를 자기화의 온도에 따른 변화를 측정함으로써 결정하였다. 박막의 큐 리돈도는 bulkrP의 큐리온도보다 낮아지며 이 박막에서의 큐리온도의 이동은 두께가얇아 질수록 커진다 는 것이 관측되었다. 이실험결과를 유한축적 이론의 관점에서 분석한 결과 전이온도의 이동에 관련된 지수 λ는 0.82$\pm$0.13로서 이론적인 값의 1.48과 상치한다는 사실이 발견되었다. 이러한 유한계의 실험치 와 유한축척이론과 파이는 여러 유한계에서 관측되었다.

본 논문은 회화적 렌더링에 있어서 브러쉬 스트로크의 방향을 결정하는 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 전류가 흐르는 도선 주위에는 자기장이 생성된다는 물리적 이론을 기초로 자기장 모델의 벡터를 생성한다 이 모델을 이용하여 원형(circular) 스트로크나 방사형(emissive)의 벡터 필드를 만들어 내고 스트로크에 적용함으로써 고흐와 같은 화가의 브러쉬 기법을 효과적으로 표현할 수 있다.
