The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of utilization level and to propose the improvement related in obtaining qualification for senior sports instructors. The population of this study was participants who took the course of the general course and special course Training Program for Sports Instructors for senior in JeollaNam-do from 2015 to 2017. A total of 113 of them answered the survey. The data process of this study was used by the IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 program, and frequency analysis was conducted. The results of this study are follows. First, What was your situation when they took the qualifications program of sports instructor for senior, the largest number of answer were 'working in the sports field'. Most respondents answered that the reason for acquisition was to have various abilities. Second, The qualification of sports instructor for senior helped person get a job but did not help with promotions or wage increases. the largest number of answer to the reason were'the lack of benefits from qualification'. At the national level, the system of sport instructor qualification for senior must be an important system for preparing for future social problems and maintaining a healthy society. In order to be effective, however, the training program should be strengthened for the senior and provide professional experiences.

'전 국민의 1인 사회복지사 자격증 시대' 사회복지사 자격증취득과 관련된 각종 스팸메일과 현 자격취득 과정을 고려해 볼 때 아마 이러한 시대가 곧 다가오지 않을까 싶다. 사회보지사의 역할이 가중되는 사회적 흐름상에서 이러한 관심은 긍정적이나, 무분별하게 검증 없는 과정을 통해 쉽게 사회복지사라는 꼬리를 달고 사회 속으로 내던져지고 있다. 자칭 '전문가'로서 인식되어 지기를 바라는 우리 사회복지계의 노력은 점점 무색해지고, 어쩌면 Imitation Social Worker가 우리의 자리를 점점 더 조여 들어 올 수도 있을 것이다. 물론 이런 사회보지사 자격제도의 허점은 거슬러 올라 미흡한 사회복지사업법에서 찾아 볼 수 있고, 하루빨리 법 개정을 시행해야하는 중요한 과제를 안고 있다.

최근 동적위치제어시스템 (Dynamic Positioning System, DPS)을 설치한 선박과 해양구조물이 늘어나면서 이 시스템을 운영하는 DPO (Dynamic Positioning Operator) 자격증을 취득하고자 하는 해기사가 급증하고 있다, 특히 2010년 STCW Manila Amendments에 DPO 자격과 관련된 사항이 Code B에 채택됨으로서 DPO 관련 자격기준이 급변하고 있다. 그러나 아직 우리나라에는 DPO 자격과 관련된 교육훈련제도가 정비되어 있지 않음은 물론 자격증 취득을 위한 교육훈련기관도 전무한 실정이다. 이 논문에서는 DPO 양성제도의 현황을 고찰한 후 이 제도를 효율적으로 도입하기 위한 방안을 제안하였다.

현행 기계경비지도사는 기계경비업체 수에 비해 과도하게 많은 자격취득자가 배출되어 자격제도의 효과성에 대한 평가가 요구된다. 신규 자격취득자는 높아진 진입장벽으로 기계경비업체로 진출하기 어렵고, 활동 중인 기계경비지도사 또한 경비원을 지도·감독 및 교육하는 직무를 수행하기 어려운 실정이다. 이 연구에서는 효과성이 소멸하고 있는 기계경비지도사의 폐지 및 통합경비지도사로의 개편과 함께 경비지도사 자격시험에 기계경비 관련 과목을 필수과목으로 지정하는 방안 등을 제안한다.

본 연구에서는 국내의 정보보호 자격제도에 대하여 운영기관, 직무분야, 응시 자격, 검정 방법, 시험과목, 합격률 및 합격자에 대한 현황을 분석하였다. 현재 우리 나라의 정보보호 자격은 인터넷보안전문가, 정보보안관리사, 정보보호전문가 자격이 민간 자격으로 운영되고 있으며, 정보보호 자격이 개발되고 운영된 기간이 얼마 되지 않기 때문에 자격취득자의 수가 매우 적다. 본 고에서는 국내 정보보호 자격에 대한 실태 분석을 통하여 우리 나라 정보보호 자격의 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

This study investigated the current status and problems of medical librarian qualification system and measured medical librarians' self-efficacy and self-esteem. 49.4% of the respondents acquired medical librarian qualification and 82.9% of them are willing to re-acquire the qualification. To obtain publishing activity point was the most difficult of all evaluation items. Average self-efficacy score was 3.42, and self-esteem score was 3.89, and women's self-efficacy and self-esteem scores are higher than those of men. Medical librarian qualification system has been managed in a stable manner, yet the system has to be consolidated and developed into a national qualification system so that it can contribute to the improvements in proficiency of medical librarians.

This research was conducted to evaluate economic & non-economic performance of the National Authorization System of Private Qualification. After the Private Qualifications had the National Authorization, acquisitors have been helped related to the job-seeking compare to private certification's acquisitors, but promotion and wage of acquisitors were not about economic performance. Non-economic performance was lowed like satisfaction of job and improvement of special competence. However fear of current employment have been relieve throughout national authorization.

ISO9000의 자격을 취득하는 것이 해외사업의 기본 요소이다라고 하는 기업이 많다. 반면에 그러한 자격증을 취득하여도 자사의 풍토에 맞지 않아서 도움이 되지 못한다라는 목소리도 적지 않다. 그러나 비싼 비용을 지불하고 취득한 ISO 9000 자격증과 매뉴얼이 그기업을 위하여 유용하게 만들어지지 않았다면 그것은 기업의 경영에 마이너스가 될 뿐이다.

This study aims at understanding the current situation of quality assurance on technical qualification that can take the initiative in developing human resources in a technical field and exploring a scheme for improvement. To achieve this goal. the method of quality assurance was examined, the current situation, problems and needs on technical qualification, and foreign cases on the method of quality assurance were analyzed. Based on this. the study proposed the methods of quality assurance on technical qualification and operating system and a follow-up program on technical qualification items. The collection and analysis of the relevant materials, a survey targeting qualification holders and personnel managers in industries as respondents, expert consultations, face-to-face interviews of experts and qualification holders in the technical industry to reflect their opinions were applied for the methodology of the study.
