Study on the Development of Qualification for Semiconductor Machine Maintenance (반도체장비유지보수 자격개발에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구는 반도체 산업에서 반도체장비유지보수에 사용되어지는 반도체장비 유지보수 분야의 전문기술인력을 효과적으로 양성할 수 있는 반도체장비 유지보수의 자격종목을 개발하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 반도체장비 유지보수 분야의 국내외 실태 조사, 문헌조사를 통하여 반도체장비 유지보수 관련 교육훈련기관 및 검정 수요 예상 인력을 파악했으며, 유사자격제도(전자부품장착기능사, 전자부품장착산업기사, 생산자동화기능사, 생산자동화산업기사 등)를 분석하였고, 직무분석을 통하여 반도체장비유지보수기능사의 직무 및 교육내용을 분석하였다. 또한 반도체장비 유지보수 자격종목 신설에 대한 설문조사를 실시했으며, 반도체장비유지보수기능사 자격종목의 출제기준 및 채점 방법을 제시했고, 필기시험과 실기시험에 대한 모의 검정시험도 실시하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 반도체장비유지보수기능사에 대한 교육프로그램을 만들었으며, 자격검정을 실시할 수 있는 출제기준을 제시하였다.

  • This research is aiming to develop Semiconductor equipment maintenance certification course to train qualified maintenance experts more effectively requested in related semiconductor industry. In the course of research, we adopted diverse research technique such as interview, on-spot investigation, documentary references to analyze current status of related training facilities, and forecast the population of test applicants. We analyzed similar certification course(Craftsman SMT, Industrial Engineer SMT, Craftsman Mechatronics, Industrial Enginee Mechatronics, et) as reference to set up job objectives and curriculum of semiconductor equipment maintenance certification. We conducted survey on expectations on newly created certificate, presented evaluation standard and objective of test, and preliminary writing test and demonstration test. Based on the result of various research, we were able to present training program for semiconductor equipment maintenance certification and set the assessment standard of qualification exam.

  • 국가기술자격법 및 동시행령공포에 따른 문제점을 공학교육과 관련하여 고찰하였다. 공포된 이상 법 시행과정에서 본고에 제시한 여러 문제점이 수정, 보완, 해결되므로서 우리나라의 기술 수준 향상과 공학교육발전에 기여하게 되기를 마라마지 않는다. 끝으로 한마디 덧붙일 것은 국가기술 자격시험 합격자에 대한 획기적인 처우개선이 이루어져야 하겠다는 것이다. 법10조에 따라 (기술자격취득자의 경제적 사회적 지위의 적정한 유지와 그 취업 및 신분보장에 관하여 필요한 시책을 강구하여야) 할 정부와 지방자치단체는 하루 빨리 구체적인 시책을 제시하여 다른 분야에 비하여 훨씬 고되고 항상 노력하며 공부하는 기술인들이 그에 상당한 처우를 받도록 만전의 조치를 취하고 우수한 젊은 학도들이 보람을 찾고 긍지를 갖을 수 있는 기술자격이 되므로서 이 법이 목적으로 한 기술인력의 자질 및 사회적 지위향상이 공염불이 되지 않기를 바라는 마음 간절하다.

Research on the Content to Develop Instructor's Certification for Software Education

  • In this paper, we propose to discover the certification items and to study the content system for SW education instructors, including SW education based on basic teaching-learning capabilities and Computational Thinking(CT). To this end, SW education instructor qualification were divided into three classes using methods such as prior case studies, Delphi surveys, and expert meetings, and the certification evaluation areas were divided into large areas of 'Teaching and Learning Method' and 'Software Education' reflecting primary and secondary curriculum. Sub-areas and content elements for each series were set and verified through expert Delphi survey. Such research is expected to contribute to the spread and dissemination of SW education by being used meaningfully when establishing a system that fosters SW education instructors and maintains and manages the quality of instructors.

  • This study suggests the ways of improving the training and licensing system of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), which are drawing attention as a future growth industry, through interviews with domestic experts and examples from advanced countries. In order to improve the system, it was suggested to establish a clear concept about unmanned aerial vehicle pilot, to implement a system to obtain and maintain the UAV pilot license, to develop and supply standard textbooks for acquiring certification, and to prepare certification standards for flight simulators.

  • This study aims to develop qualification criteria for training and establishing an expert pool of 3D printing operation experts and 3D printing development specialists in the emerging 3D printing industry. We investigate the domestic and international 3D printing industry, as well as 3D printing- related training institutions and quantity of test examinees. Utilizing competency analysis, this study examines the competencies and educational content of both 3D printing operation expert as well as 3D printing development specialists. In addition, a survey was conducted on the issue of institutionalization of qualification criteria for 3D printing operation expert and 3D printer development specialists. This study further proposes evaluation methods for qualification criteria for both 3D printing operation expert and 3D printer development specialists based on simulations of both written and performance tests. Based on the findings, this study proposes instructional program outlines as well as comprehensive guidelines for training and qualification processes for 3D printing operation expert and 3D printer development specialists.

A Study on the Application of Micro-Credentials for Vocational Competency Development Training Teachers and Instructors (직업능력개발훈련 교·강사의 자격연계형 마이크로 크리덴셜 적용 방안)

  • This study was conducted to examine the remuneration curriculum of vocational ability development training teachers and instructors and to examine ways to apply micro credentials. To this end, the current status of the remuneration curriculum of vocational ability development training instructors and instructors at K University's Competency Education Development Institute, the characteristics of micro credentials, and the possibility of linking the remuneration curriculum to micro credentials are as follows. First, most of the recognition of digital certificates was positive for digital certificates such as digital credit, digital badge issuance, and recognition of the recognized qualification process of maintenance education when completing the training course. In addition, as a method of applying micro credentials to conservative education, various cases were proposed to benefit from conservative education, systematization and grading of the qualification process, and credit of the qualification process. Second, as an institutional supplement to enhance the utilization of conservative education using micro credentials, the need to expand NCS-based major conservative education, provide efficient learning contents and learning methods, and set minimum completion time. In addition, the most common response as a way to improve the understanding of teachers and instructors in vocational ability development training was the micro credential promotion plan. Third, in the role of conservative education institutions and vocational ability development training instructors and instructors, conservative education institutions mention maintaining educational quality the most, and active participation was the role of vocational ability development training instructors. Through this study, it is expected to establish a vocational training environment that can enhance expertise and provide a practical portfolio of practical competency history by linking the remuneration curriculum of vocational competency development training instructors and micro credentials.

A Study on Developing Qualification Criteria in the Private Security Industry (민간경비 자격검정 개선방안에 관한 연구)

  • As of entering the 21st century, a trend in the field of a private security industry among the advanced countries have been increased a qualification system and train session to meet the needs of professionalism. Intensifying the professionalism in Korea, education and train system has been initiated to change but the oligopoly market already formulated due to impractical selection standard and management of education system. Issuing certification and offering basic training through a designated institution for the purpose of improving quality of the private security industry worker, its practical effectiveness were lower than expectation. Rather certification-holder or security agency, institution or truster's rent-seeking behavior have been increased by occupational licensing system. The founded results, which were associated to problems in selecting and educating to the private security guard, in this study were that any verification has been initiated towards dual-system in official approval and structural problems in education system, and non-existence of verification for professionalism and management capability to security agency owner and its upper managerial level. Current a dual system in an officially authorized verification system and completion of security guard credential requested change to an unified official qualification verification system to solve those problems. Ranges of an applicant to the unified official qualification verification system should be extend to the whole population in the private security industry. Moreover, minimization of the dead-weigh loss, which is caused by oligopoly phenomenon while using its market-dominant status, increasement number of designated institution, which allows self-regulating competition, and endowment of autonomy, which is in selecting education and agency, were requested to solve the problems in selecting and educating to the private security guard. In order to minimize stated problems while maintaining objectiveness, a new manage and supervise institution, which is called a 'private security industry committee', should be establish. The private security industry committee is a formation of governance network which are participated from professional group to civil organization.

  • Recently, the navigation risk is increasing significantly with growing of vessels' volume and propelling marine facilities, water bridges and port development etc. At this point of time, the Ministry of Land, Transport, and Maritime Affairs introduced the Maritime Safety Audit(MSA) in amendment of the Korea Marine Traffic Law. audit results were survey for the last two years. As a result, appropriate certificate appears 11% among audit report, is an urgent need for improved quality of audit reports. This study is aimed to propose about Audit Personnel Education & Training System. To these solve, this paper analyzed the tendency of Audit Personnel Training. And also the opinions of user and experts were investigated and analyzed using Questionnaire survey methods. As a result, this paper was suggested, the construction of Audit Personnel Training System and the curriculum and training contents for 5-days of basic course, 2-days of expert course, 3-days of Qualification Maintain course.

The Characteristics of Japanese Vocational Education and Training System and Its Recent Changes (일본의 직업교육·훈련제도의 특성과 최근의 변화)

  • This paper investigates the characteristics of Japanese vocational education and training(VET) system and its recent changes with regard to the labour market changes under the long-term economic depression. The employment system model of Marsden(1999) is used as an analytical framework. By the review of 'the debate of intellectual skill', it is pointed out that the fundamental characteristic of Japanese VET system lies in forming multi-functional workers by the internal promotion in connection with the OJT-focused enterprise training along the job-competency rank system. In this system 'the skill as work-competency' is not institutionalised. By the long-term depression this type of internal labour market (ILM) has been under serious changes. By the policy analyses it is made clear that the direction of its change is not toward the collapse of the ILM. A series of labor market and VET policies does aim at sustaining the ILM by the introduction of the unified job qualification system, which is expected to institutionalise the widening external labour market into the craft-based labour market.
