The study for the requirement criteria of secondary school Home Economics Teachers (중등학교 가정과교사의 자격기준에 관한 연구)

  • This study attempts to extract the necessary criteria as a secondary school home economics teacher through the factor analysis, and to analysis the teacher's and student's perceptions for the requirement criteria of home economics teacher(RCHET) thereof to confirm the necessary criteria as a secondary school home economics teachers. This research was based on the requirement criteria of home economics teacher developed by Korea Institute for Curriculum and Evaluation(KICE) Korean Home Economics Education Association(2008)(KHEEA) collected from secondary, upper secondary school home economics teachers and students in Jeollabuk-do. RCHET encompasses the six areas : (l)'Expert of lesson related to evaluation' (2)'Efficient manager of diverse materials for study', (3)'Student advisor equipped with a teaching sense of duty and sound humanity', (4)'Curriculum expert equipped with a expertise knowledge', (5)'A fair and democratic schoolroom environment promoter'. (6)'Career path counselling expert understanding student's characteristics and environments'. Through the factor analysis, six RCHET factors are more important to teachers than students. According to importance perception for RCHET, home economics teachers' qualification for minor second subject and participation of training program showed similar differences statistically in all RCHET factors. Thus, effort for expertise improvement of teacher had important influence on expertise improvement of teacher. As a result of examining the differences from importance evaluation for RCHET, similar differences from frequence of home project, preference of home economics teacher, manual training and home economics score, interest of home economics showed statistically.

  • 정보보호 시스템 평가 인증 제도는 정보보호 시스템의 객관적이고 공정한 평가를 통하여 공신력 있는 제 3자로부터 안전성과 신뢰성이 검증된 정보보호 시스템 사용을 권장하고, 이를 통하여 우수한 정보보호 제품 개발을 유도하고 국내 정보보호 산업 육성에 기여하기 위한 것이다. 우리나라는 2006년 5월 CCRA에 인증서 발행국(CAP)으로 가입함으로써 국내에도 IT 제품의 보안성 평가를 위한 평가자 자격기준 개발이 필요한 실정이다. 따라서 본 고에서는 해외 CCRA CAP국의 평가자 자격기준을 비교 분석하여 국내 실정에 맞는 평가자 자격기준을 제안하고자 한다. 본 고에서 제안하는 자격 기준은 국제적으로 인정받을 수 있는 평가자 자격기준 도출 및 평가기관 설립에 요구되는 평가자 선발에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

  • The study aims to design and suggest criteria of the academic credit approval for those who obtain diverse qualifications. In order to achieve the objectives of this research, a Delphi survey was conducted. Consequently this study suggests the following, based on the argument that existing credit approval system covering all qualifications requires improvement especially due to limited function and efficiency. First, most respondents who took part in the management of academic credit bank system in the Korea Educational Development Institute stated that the current system is of limitation. Out of the all items, one was indicated as one not directly related the majoring area for the degree, three items were indicated as approved in the bachelor degree and two items were as approved in the associate degree. Second, occupational area for approving qualification items should be classified according to the KRIVET classification structure for national qualification.

  • Since Personal Information Protection Act came into effect on September 2011, PIA(Privacy Impact Assessment) of public institutions has become obliged. Therefore, an increasing demand for PIA professionals is being expected. In domestic, however, no specialized certificates exist and therefore similar certificates have become a requirement for PIA professionals. Henceforth, however, the system based on these similar certificates is to be an obstacle to advancing PIA. Therefore, this study analyzes the sufficiency of current similar certificates compared with the PIA qualification requirements. And then, analyzes the validity of allowance as similar certificates by using this outcome of the validity. As this comparison draws a clear gap between PIA qualification and similar certificates, this paper suggest three suggestions to improve current qualification. Three suggestions are expected to contribute a qualitative improvement of the PIA industry.

  • 품질보증 기술기준은 지금까지 발전소의 건설, 운영에 있어 외국 기술기준의 적용에 수반하였던 외국 기술기준상의 품질시스템인증, 공인검사, 설계문서의 인증 등 제도적 요건의 적용에 대한 문제점을 해소하고 우리나라의 법체계와 산업여건 및 관행에 맞는 제도를 정립하고자 제도의 운영에 있어 필수적이고 상세한 요건인 원자력 품질보증계획, 공인검사기관 및 공인검사원 자격 인정 및 설계문서를 인증하는 등록기술자의 자격인정에 대한 기술기준을 범위로 하여 제정되었다.

  • This study is to examine the basic structure of the professional development of school librarians and to analyze the national evaluation standards, and the states' evaluation tools and self-assessment tool currently used in the United States. The result is as follows: the structure of the school librarians' professional development processes, such as curriculum, certificate, and evaluation, have been affected by the national school library standards published by AASL. NBPTS's Library Media Standards and AASL's Learning4Life evaluation system are proposed as the representative national standards. Many states have developed their standards and tools to evaluate school librarians' performance, these standards are related to the national standards. AASL published A 21st-Century Approach to School Librarian Evaluation for school librarians' self-assessment in 2012, this workbook shows a specific way of developing their expertise.
