The exponential increase of malicious and criminal activities in cyber space is posing serious threat which could destabilize the foundation of modem information society. In particular, unexpected network paralysis or break-down created by the spread of malicious traffic could cause confusion and disorder in a nationwide scale, and unless effective countermeasures against such unexpected attacks are formulated in time, this could develop into a catastrophic condition. As a result, there has been vigorous effort and search to develop a functional state-level cyber-threat early-warning system however, the efforts have not yielded satisfying results or created plausible alternatives to date, due to the insufficiency of the existing system and technical difficulties. The existing cyber-threat forecasting and early-warning depend on the individual experience and ability of security manager whose decision is based on the limited security data collected from ESM (Enterprise Security Management) and TMS (Threat Management System). Consequently, this could result in a disastrous warning failure against a variety of unknown and unpredictable attacks. It is, therefore, the aim of this research to offer a conceptual design for "Knowledge-based Real-Time Cyber-Threat Early-Warning System" in order to counter increasinf threat of malicious and criminal activities in cyber suace, and promote further academic researches into developing a comprehensive real-time cyber-threat early-warning system to counter a variety of potential present and future cyber-attacks.

R is a free software for statistical analysis that provides simple interfaces to other application programs. Many people are trying to learn R, but it is difficult to learn R compared to commercial software such as SPSS or SAS, and it is cumbersome to provide an environment to teach R. Thus, it is essential to provide a new web-based R environment for novice users or for laboratory use. We developedWebER (a web-based R environment) using PHP on the Linux apache server. WebER can be easily used by any R user because we implemented the same functions as the basic Rgui such as editing R program, generating the text, image outputs, errors and warnings. It is also possible for multi-users to access WebER.
The present report aims to examine the assistive technology(AT) service operating system for the Disabled in Sweden, and will give it to NHIS(National Health Insurance Service) to manage of policy for AT service operating system. The user of AT is around 10% of the Disabled in Sweden which is introduced the AT service system to support the independence for the Disabled. To provide AT service, the role of the Ministry of Health(planning and regulation, controling Handisam and Hi as a subsidiary), County councils(providing and follow up medical AT service, operating AT service center) and Municipalities(providing general AT service) in Sweden is decentralized strictly. Specially, all the AT device is lent freely and recycled suitably for persons with Disabilities, moreover nurses, physical therapist and occupational therapist has a qualification for prescription of AT device . This finding will be the basis to improve Assistive Technology Operating System in Korea.
Purpose: This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of foot care education program using foot-reflexo-massage in diabetic patients. Method: A convenience sample of non-equivalent control group time series design was used. It provided foot care education to diabetic patients through small book for both group. For the experimental group, foot-reflexo-massage was taught by a researcher and research assistants. Analysis was done by Repeated Measured ANOVA. Result: There was significant increase in foot care knowledge, self care behavior, between the experimental group and the control group over three different times. There was significant in skin temperature and pulse of foot over three different times and interaction by groups or over time, but there was no significant difference between groups. There was no significant difference in blood flow volume and capillary filling time over three different times, between groups, but there was interaction by groups or over time. But there was significant difference in discrimination in change of dosalis pedis artery blood flow. Conclusion: Findings indicate that this study may contribute to develop nursing intervention for foot care of diabetic patients.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the change in foot care knowledge, self care behavior, and physiologic indexes after foot reflexomassage education program, and the related factors. Method: Data were collected from 20 patients who were visited out patients clinic. The change and difference were analyzed with non-parametric statistics. Result: There were significant differences in foot care knowledge(P=.001), self care behavior(P=.000), dosalis pedis blood flow volume (P=.011), skin temperature of foot(P=.001), dorsalis pedis pulse(P=.000), capillary filling time of foot (P=.000) between pre and post. In modern dynamic management environment, there is growing recognition that information & knowledge management systems are essential for CEO's efficient/effective decision making. As a key component to cope with this current, we suggest the management performance data-mining system based on IT(Information Technology). This system measures management performance that is considered with both VA(Value-Added), which represents stakeholder's point of view and EVA(Economic Value-Added), which represents shareholder's point of view. The relationship between management performance and 85 financial ratios is analyzed, and then important financial ratios are drawn out. In analyzing the relationship, we applied the explanation-based Gas(Genetic Algorithms) that consider predictability, understanability (lucidity) and reasonability factors simultaneously. To demonstrate the performance of the system, we conducted a case study using financial data over the 16-years from 1981 to 1996 of Korean automobile industry which is taken from database of KISFAS(Korea Investors Services Financial Analysis System).
Purpose: To test the effects of health education on the blood pressure, knowledge, and self-care of visiting nursing clients. Methods: The study subjects were 96 participants who had been diagnosed with hypertension or had high risk factors for hypertension among those registered at a public health center in Seoul. The education program was individualized and delivered to enhance the management of hypertension including life-style modification, medication, and complication managements. Data were collected using questionnaires from May to December 2006 and analyzed using descriptive analysis, t-test, paired t-test, and ANOVA. Results: The blood pressure of the participants after the education was significantly decreased compared to before the education. Education also significantly affected the increases of knowledge of the disease and self-care capability. However, the blood pressure and self care were not significantly improved for the age group over 85 years. Conclusions: This study proves that the individualized health education for visiting nursing clients was effective in improving blood pressure, knowledge, and self-care of hypertension. However, it is necessary to develop strategies that are specifically targeted at particular age groups in order to improve the capability of self-care of hypertension.
