This paper presents a sequentially combined method of determining location conditions, the number of unmanned parcel service box and their optimal locations. First of all, block, accessibility and main public facilities are considered as location conditions and then set-covering model and p-median model are adopted for deciding the number of unmanned parcel service box and optimal locations, respectively. A case study for a region composed of small housings and multiplex housings in Ansan is conducted to prove the validation and application of the proposed method. The result indicates that 2 unmanned parcel service boxes are necessary in specific public places. The research contributes to resonable choice of unmanned parcel service boxes, crime reduction relevant to delivery man impersonation and economic benefit due to parcel service industry growth.

Using ArcGIS Model Builder, with emphasis on the importance of ecology and user friendliness, a model for site selecting tool is developed. This tool is developed by establishing standardized method for data selection and analysis with evaluation criteria using GIS. For this task, our first action was to objectively define and establish 18 elements to evaluate the potentiality of the site based on extensive literature reviews. These 18 elements reflect environmental, social/cultural and legal aspects that may influence the decision process to select the desired site. Secondly, using ArcGIS Model Builder, 18 analytical elements were made into thematic mapping which represent systematically organized graphic input to the model with automatic double check system and overlay analysis capability. Thirdly, to validate the effectiveness of the developed model, site location analysis was performed using the actual site, Buk-ku, Pohang.

This study analyzed the relationship between re-applications and the degree of re-applications under the assumption of a complex interaction between the location strategy and the internal capacity of a nursing home. The results of the study are as follows. First, although the relative influence on re-use is greater in hospital internal capacity (${\beta}=0.303$) than in hospital location strategy (${\beta}=0.313$) both factors have a statistically significant effect on the degree of re-use. Second, the importance of location strategy was found to be more important for rehabilitation-enhanced nursing hospitals than for general care (${\beta}=0.43$). It is suggested that detailed preparations should be made based on factors such as location marketability, traffic infrastructure, building sales, and medical concentration. Third, internal hospital capacity did not show any adjustment effects due to hospital type, and it was confirmed that both were important factors for general care and rehabilitation-enhanced hospitals.

수소를 기반으로 하는 신재생에너지의 생산, 관리 및 이용 시스템을 연계하여 운전하는 Green City 실증단지 구현을 위한 국내 도서 선정은 지자체별 이해관계와 지역발전계획에 따라 첨예한 논란을 수반할 소지가 있다. 입지 선정 절차상에서 예비후보지 선정과정이 형식적이거나 입지선정기준이 없어 입지선정을 위한 평가항목, 평가기준, 항목별 배점 등이 분석자의 의도에 따라 조정될 수 있는 문제점이 있다. 또한 각 지역에 대한 입지선정을 위한 기준이 있다 하더라도 추상적이거나 객관적이지 않은 기준이 많아 입지선정에 직접 적용하기 어렵고, 자연환경, 사회경제, 법제, 입지조건, 부하특성, 지자체 호응 등 인자들의 평가의 형평성이 결여될 수 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 의사결정도구로 이용되는 계층분석법(AHP)을 입지선정절차에 적용하였다. 객관적인 정보가 제공 가능한 평가항목을 설정하고, 관련 전문가들의 설문조사를 통하여 주관적인 중요도 결과를 취합하였다. 이 결과를 계층분석법을 활용하여 평가항목별 가치를 측정하여 가중치를 부여하였고, Green City 실증단지 구현을 위한 후보도서의 순위를 제시하였다.

The aim of this paper is to analyze factors for site selection of the cloud data center and to develop spatial data model considering disasters information based on the GIS. In this paper, historical areas of the natural and human disaster are considered to analyze location of the cloud center. The model is developed using ArcGIS S/W tool. The model is applied on Busan city using disaster data from storm and flood, and small administrative district located Kang-Seo-Gu is selected as site selection of the cloud data center of Busan.

This study examines locational environment factors for the construction of a Daegu metropolitan main library. We presented 12 evaluation factors in 4 large categories(social, physical, economical, and business promotion condition) and evaluated 7 proposed sites for Daegu metropolitan central library based on expert group verification. To the end, the results of assessment between researchers and expert group were arranged to coincide with each other. So, we secured the objectivity and validity. The result of this study can be used for assessing the site environment for a metropolitan central library and other public libraries.

In the recent years the office sector or industry are recognized not only as a key economic activity and employment source in urban areas, but also as a factor for the changing urban spatial structure. This paper aims to review the research trends and future prospects on the office locations. The study starts with a survey of literatures by summarizing the most important previous studies on the office location research and by disclosing research deficits. And then general locational trends of office activities on the base on the different geographical scale and its current location dynamics including the influencing factors are discussed. Finally this study summarizes the outlooks on the future task within office location research.

Recently, the need of wast incineratory has been recognized. However, the waste incinerator is considered the typical example of NYMB syndrome as a locally unwanted facilities. Therefore, the site selection of waste incineratory should be determined very carefully with consideration of various location factors. The purpose of this study is to provide a new decision-making process model for site selection that provides a rational and a systematic way. The fuzzy set theory and AHP theory, which have merits to overcome uncertainly and complexity of spatial data, are applied to select candidate sites for the waste incineratory. The method is able to produce a more flexible and objective solution for selecting suitability sites in comparison to rigid boolean logic. The result of this study shows that geographic information systems have clear implication for informing the spatial decision making process.

Since the 1980's the school of Busan metropolitan city has been converted into the other land-use such as high-rise apartment houses, commercial and office buildings. School facilities are available to locate in green area due to not restricted by land use zone. And the location of school facilities were closely related with the school district, distribution of neighborhood unit, safety of students, and so on. The purpose of this study is to understand the location characteristic of school - moved sites in Busan metropolitan city.

COVI-19 이후 콜드체인 시스템의 중요성이 증가함과 함께 냉동물류센터에 대한 중요성도 부각되고 있다. 향후 냉동물류센터의 양적·질적 팽창은 불가피하며 그에 따른 위치선정의 중요성도 커지고 있다. 하지만, 대다수의 국내 냉동물류센터는 단순보관의 역할 위주에, 도심이나 주요도로와 멀리 떨어져 있고, 노후화의 문제를 가지고 있다. 또한 냉동물류센터는 에너지 소비가 많은 만큼 위치선정에 따른 비용문제도 큰 영향을 미친다. 따라서 본 연구는 AHP를 활용하여 부산 경남 냉동 물류 센터의 위치 경쟁력 결정 요인을 분석하고자 한다. 시설요인, 서비스 요인, 위치 요인, 그리고 비용 요인의 네 가지 영역과 이를 세부적으로 나누어 19개의 항목을 계층화하여 상대적 중요도를 평가하였다. 연구결과는 냉동물류센터의 입지결정요인과 기존에 냉동물류센터에 요구되던 기본적인 요소에 입지경쟁력 분석을 위한 우선 순위를 계층화하였다. 비용요인이 국내 냉동물류센터 입지경쟁력의 결정요인 중 가장 높은 비중을 차지하였다. 실제 시설인프라와 물류연결성은 관련 업종 근무자들이 가장 민감하게 받아들이는 사항이기도 하며 새로운 냉동물류센터의 도입 시에도 필수적으로 참고가 되어야할 것으로 보인다. 본 연구는 냉동물류센터 종사자 및 관련업계 종사자들이 어떠한 요인을 냉동물류센터의 입지경쟁력 결정요인으로 비중 있게 고려하고 있는지를 도출하였고, 향후 입지경쟁력 향상을 위한 전략적 시사점을 제공한다.
