This study focuses on the impact of government deregulation policies since the early 1990s on the change of industrial location anti the accompanying problems, especially of land use and environment. Since 1960s, the planned industrial location has played a leading role for the development of industrial location. However. since mid-1990s, individual(unplanned) industrial location has been increasing, especially in semi-agricultural area and in the Capital region, reflecting the impact of the deregulation policies on the industrial location. The effective policies are required to solve the problems caused by the increase of the individual industrial location. in that the standard of the environmental control for individual industrial location is much lower than for the planned industrial location.

This study aims to investigate the influence of the components of the startup ecosystem on the business performance of startups, focusing on the mediating effect of the location environment. By presenting the insight that the popularization of start-ups can be an alternative for job creation thanks to the government's start-up support policy considering the location environment, it is possible to construct an optimal configuration scenario between the components of the start-up ecosystem and the location environment. Furthermore, it is expected to contribute to the improvement of corporate management performance. To achieve this goal, we performed a survey and the subjects were domestic start-up company employees with less than 7 years of experience. The results show that the components of the start-up ecosystem had a significant effect on the business performance of start-up companies and the location environment and on the management performance of start-up companies according to the mediation of the location environment.

This study conducts quantitative analysis with the use of GIS of characteristics of Buddhism relics spatial locations such as Buddhist temple sites. With the intention of analysis of the generally known Buddhist temple site locations from spatial side, following the Buddhism relics sites state, the present conditions of Buddhist temple sites was analyzed from the spatial point of view. The results of the present study are that, comparing with general location analysis, different characteristics of competitive strength which maintains Buddhist temple sites functioning until now are showing. In case of such cities as Chuncheon and Wonju, Buddhist temples exist in the areas of high locational competitiveness, and most of them were located in the areas which with relatively poor environment. On the other hand, comparing with Samchuk city case, the location environment of Buddhist temples there turned out to be excellent. Such results show that we can discover the special characteristics of Buddhism which holds the entire history for the space called the Korean Peninsula.

본 연구는 멸종위기 아고산수종 구상나무 잔존집단 복원을 위해서 묘목처리 및 입지환경이 구상나무묘목 초기생장에 미치는 영향을 구명하고자 수행하였다. 연구대상지는 경상남도 금원산으로 해발 1,300 m 이상 능선부(1입지)와 구상나무 잔존집단(2입지)을 선정하였다. 식재한 구상나무 실생묘는 지리산 5개 개체에서 종자를 채취하여 2014년도 파종한 1~5묘 1,350본을 이용하였다. 2019년 5월 연구대상지의 조릿대를 제거 후 무처리, 분해포트, 균근균 접종 실생묘를 9개 구역으로 나누어 3반복씩 입지별 0.15 ha, 4,500 본/ha 밀도로 식재하였다. 식재 후 2019년 5월부터 8월까지 입지별 기상데이터를 수집하였고 묘목의 생존율, 수고, 1년지 생장량 및 근원경을 측정하였다. 환경분석 결과 1입지(88.2%, $42.8umole{\cdot}m^{-2}{\cdot}s^{-1}$)가 2입지(84.5%, $29.4umole{\cdot}m^{-2}{\cdot}s^{-1}$)에 비해 대기습도와 광량이 높게 나타났다. 구상나무 실생묘의 생존율은 모든 입지에서 100%로 나타났다. 입지별 생장특성 분석 결과 1입지가 수고 17.3 cm, 1년지 생장 4.72 cm 및 근원경 6.20 mm로 2입지(19.0 cm, 3.88 cm, 5.31 mm)에 비해 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 묘목 처리에 따른 분석 결과 무처리와 분해포트 묘목이 모든 입지에서 초기 생장이 양호하였고 균근균 접종 처리는 초기에는 비교적 낮은 생장특성이 나타났다. 결과적으로 대기습도와 광량이 높은 환경 조건이 구상나무 묘목의 초기 생장에 긍정적인 영향을 주었으며 묘목 처리에 따른 생장특성은 지속적인 모니터링이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

I devised this study for setting up the location marketing policy that was the most suitable to medium and small-sized enterprises. For this, I classified 3 factors and analyzed location environment levels of an enterprise. First factor is 'an assistance policy factor' which is composed of assistance policies of local governments and central-government. Second is 'an accumulation factor' which is composes of the same category of business or accumulation of an allied industry, the abundant selling market, innovative industry atmosphere, and accumulations of various innovative organs such as a college, a research organization. Third is 'a location base factor' which is composed of a desirable information communications net and accessibility on wide area traffic networks such as an airport, a railroad, an expressway. I also analyzed three location environment levels of business scale.

Korea has recently constructed a number of renewable photovoltaic power plants in Jeolla province as an effort to provide environment-friendly energy. However, several problems appeared in the power plant locations because they were not appropriately chosen ignoring social-environmental perspectives. Consequently, locations of both currently existing photovoltaic power plants require an social and environmental evaluations. This study aims to provide appropriate photovoltaic power plants locations and evaluation of current photovoltaic power plants in Jeolla province. By presenting location analysis of photovoltaic power plants, this study would minimize environmental and social side effects regarding photovoltaic power plants. Kriging and Analytic Network Process (ANP) are applied as methodology. ANP generates correct weights in combining spatial data, so that the result would present optimal locations. In addition environmentally sensitive regions were excluded in the analysis process. The results show that South and West coastal areas have a number of appropriate locations for photovoltaic power plants. In addition, evaluating currently running photovoltaic power plant locations, total 23 out 81 are turned out to be inappropriately located. This study is expected to contribute avoiding social and environmental conflicts in photovoltaic power plant locations and present criteria in evaluating photovoltaic power plants.

도서관은 공공서비스 중에서도 강제적인 서비스가 아니고 임의적인 또는 생활의 질과 관련되는 서비스이기 때문에 서비스 수요는 접근용이성이나 주변환경 등의 영향을 받게 된다. 그러나 지금까지 우리나라의 공공도서관의 입지결정은 정책결정자의 의지나 경험이 크게 작용하여 이용자의 이용측면을 고려하지 않고 설립되었다. 본 연구는 공공도서관의 입지와 이용과의 관련성을 밝히기 위하여 이용자가 인지하는 접근용이성과 주변환경의 주관적 인지도를 측정하고 이용이 높은 도서관과 이용이 낮은 도서관간의 차이를 밝힘으로써 앞으로의 공공도서관의 입지선장에 유용한 자료를 제시하는 데 그 목적을 두었다.

본 연구는 미국에서 boat공업의 중심지 중의 하나인 Seattle의 boat 공업의 입지와 그 변화를 고찰하므로서 소기업의 입지를 구명하려고 하였다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 Seattle에서 소규모 boat제조업체가 가장 많이 집중한 Washington호와 Shilshole 만간의 운하지역을 연구지역으로 선정하려 이 지역내에 입지하고 있는 boat 제조업체의 기업주와 interview한 결과를 기본자료로 이용하였다. 이상에서 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같았다. 연구지역의 소규모 boat 공업은 boat제조에 흥미와 능력을 가진 기업가들이 boat 공업에 유리한 Seattle의 환경의 영향을 받아 그들의 기업을 그들의 오랜 거주 지역에서 시작하므로서 발생하게 되었다. 그러나 담수를 지향하는 이 공업의 입지상의 특색, 원료공급처와 제품판매처의 위치, 주위의 지형 그리고 지방정부의 정책에 기인하여 이 공업은 Chittenden Locks와 Portage 만간의 운하지역에 그 입지가 국한되었다. 다시 이 지역내에서는 주위의 지형과 토지이용, 기업의 재정적인 능력 때문에 이 운하지역에 연해있는 기존공장 혹은 건물을 이용하여 입지하게 되었다. 입지후에 이 공업은 원료공급처와 제품판매처와의 강한 linkage를 형성하고 있다. 더구나 원료공급처의 희소성에 기인한 공간적 독점과 소비자 및 제품의 특성 때문에 연구지역의 대부분의 소규모 boat 제조업체는 바로 근처에 있는 원료공급처 및 소비자와 긴밀한 contact를 하고 있고 이러한 contact를 통하여 그들의 입지를 존속시키고 있다. 한편 Seattle 이 가지고 있는 boat 공업에 유리한 기업환경의 덕택으로 이들 소규모 boat 제조업체들은 수요의 계절적인 변동에서 초래되는 노동력의 공급 때문에 곤란을 받을 뿐 장기적인 불황에 직면한 적은 없다. 이리하여 이들 업체들은 이러한 계절적인 변동에 대처하기 위해 생산 input 의 조절, 주위의 기존공장이나 건물의 병합을 통한 연속적인 확장 혹은 그들의 action space 내에 있는 기존공장이나 건물을 이용한 이동등과 같은 입지변화를 보여왔을 뿐이다. 이리하여 연구지역의 소규모 boat공업은 Seattle의 경제 system 내의 주요 subsystem의 하나로서 활발히 움직이고 있다. 그러나 만약 기업의 외부환경에서 초래되는 stress, 즉 주민의 소득저하, 타 recreation 산업이 쇠퇴하게 되면 이 공업 또한 쇠퇴될 것이다. 요컨대 담수 지향성과 관련된 입지상의 특색을 제외하고는 연구지역의 소규모 boat 공업은 타 소규모 공업과 동일한 입지상의 특색을 가지고 있다.

본 연구는 해양치유시설 공간계획 수립에 요구되는 기본적인 공간환경기준을 개발하기 위한 연구로서 해양치유시설계획의 기본적인 항목인 입지선정, 환경계획, 공간계획을 대상으로 한다. 본 연구에서는 해양치유시설 특성을 살펴보고 해양치유시설계획의 기초가 되는 치유자원과 치유요법을 조사하며 해양치유시설 관련 해외기준을 분석한다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 해양치유시설의 입지선정, 환경계획, 공간계획을 위한 기준을 제시한다.
