이 연구의 목적은 실제 창업하여 5년 이상 생존한 편의점이 최적의 입지유형에 위치한 것이 크다는 영향을 증명하는데 있다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울 주요 지역의 5년 이상 생존 점포 사례를 본인과 지인의 사례 점포, A 메이저 프랜차이즈 편의점 직원이 제공한 자료를 토대로 연구 결과를 분석하고 실제 창업 생존률을 높이는데 도움을 주고자 한다. 실증분석결과, 첫째로 입지요인은 편의점 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 최적의 입지유형에 위치한 점포는 5년 이상 생존하는데 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 최적의 입지유형에 위치한 편의점 창업은 5년 이상 생존하는데 상당한 영향을 미치므로 입지유형에 대한 인식과 실전 적용은 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 전체 창업시장으로 보면 편의점과 같이 상품의 동질성이 높은 업종이나 위치에 중점을 둔 창업인 경우 까지 확대하여 창업가의 실패를 줄이고 장기적 생존률을 높일 수 있는 연구가 확대 되어야 할 것이다.

프린터 시장은 삼성과 HP가 전체 시장의 60% 이상 과점상태를 보이고 있지만 후발업체들이 추격을 강화하는 가운데, 전체 시장은 소폭의 성장과 함께 가격하락세를 보이고 있다. 지난해 프린터 시장은 잉크젯에서 컬러 레이저로, 프린터 단품에서 복합기로의 변화를 거듭했다. 지금까지 프린터 시장을 주도해왔던 잉크젯 단품 제품은 지난해 정점을 찍으면서 앞으로 점차 수요가 감소하고 이 자리를 컬러 레이저와 복합기가 차지할 것으로 보인다.이런 전망에 확신을 실어주듯 지난해 컬러레이저 시장은 성장성이 높은 시장으로 떠오르며 시장경쟁이 가장 치열했다. 또한 향후에는 컬러 레이저 제품이 급속도로 성장할 것으로 전망되며, 복사기 및 프린터 업체들이 공통으로 기업용 솔루션 관련 시장을 본격 공략하며 치열한 경쟁관계를 형성할 것으로 보인다.

본 연구를 통하여 대형할인점 이용자, 재래시장 이용자, 그리고 수퍼마켓 이용자들의 각 쇼핑장소를 중심으로 한 거주지역 공간적 분포 및 쇼핑패턴의 차이를 비교한 결과. 이 세종류의 쇼핑장소 이용자들간의 각 쇼핑장소들 중심으로 한 거주지역 분포의 공간적 패턴 및 쇼핑통행 패턴은 상당한 차이를 나타내고 있다. 또한 대형할인점을 이용자를 제외한 재래시장 이용자와 슈퍼마켓 이용자들을 대상으로 그들이 이용하기를 원하는 대형할인점의 이용을 제한하는 주요 요인을 분석한 결과 통행거리, 운전면허 미소지, 자가용 승용차 미보유 등 대형할인점으로의 접근을 위한 과정에서 발생하는 제약 요인들이 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 것으로 나타난다. 이러한 점들을 볼 때, 재래시장 및 수퍼마켓이 주민들의 일상적인 쇼핑장소의 역할을 할 때와는 달리 대형할인점의 등장은 이곳으로의 주민들의 접근능력의 차이에 따라 주민들간 일상적 소비장소의 차별화가 진행될 수 있음을 시사한다. 특히 최근 대형할인점의 입지가 가속화되고 이에 따라 재래시장 및 수퍼마켓의 기능이 쇠퇴하고 있음을 고려할 때, 신체적 그리고 사회경제적 특성의 차이에 따라 대형할인점으로의 접근에 제한을 받는 주민들의 일상적 소비공간은 더욱 위축되고 고립될 가능성이 있다.

수요자원은 전력수급 관리에 있어 중요한 위치를 차지할 것으로 보고 있다. 특히 일본 지진과 관련하여 원전사고는 신규 발전소의 입지 난과 환경문제들을 더욱 불거지게 하였으며 전력수급문제가 공급 측면에서만 해결될 수 없으며 수요측면에서도 적극적으로 관리할 필요성이 대두되었다. 본 논문에서는 수요자원이 시장에 연계하여 활용될 수 있도록 수요시장 입찰 참여방식에 대해 검토하였다.

The European civil aviation industry, which had lower technical skills, capital strength and market scale than the U.S., adopted the production system of joint development and division labor between the nations of Europe. Each plant locations strengthened their specialization of the production branch in the past 40 years with a geographical accumulation of the specialized manufacturing facilities, suppliers, universities and laboratories by the logic of geographical proximity and learning effect. The cargo plane transportation system in the production of short- and medium-haul aircraft facilitated the geographical dispersion of manufacturing process and the logistical linkage among the various plant locations. But the production of long-haul large aircraft(A380) chosen the transportation system by the cargo ship because of the size and weight. Considering the transportation system by the cargo ship, the choice of Toulouse as a final assembly plant location was the irrational locational decision from a locational point of view. This locational choice is explained by the merging process of the European civil aviation industry, the logic of learning effect and geographical proximity, and the active attraction support policy.

IT산업은 우리 경제 성장에 큰 역할을 해왔다. 최근 세계경기가 위축되면서 IT산업에 대한 기대가 다시 커졌다. 그러나 IT 환경 변화로 세계시장 구조, 혁신 원천, 경쟁 양상이 급변하고 있다. 즉, 융합 시장이 커지고 SW기업이 시장을 주도한다. 기업 간 인수합병(M&A)과 특허분쟁도 빈발한다. 우리는 이런 변화에 적극 대응하며 다양한 성과를 냈다. 하지만 융합이 초기단계이고 SW 경쟁력이 여전히 취약하다. 2012년 IT산업은 그간 쌓아온 역량을 토대로 글로벌 입지를 더 넓혀야 한다. 이를 위해 IT산업 정책은 IT융합 확산, SW 경쟁력 확보, 선제적 미래 준비에 초점을 두고 추진할 계획이다.

This study analyzes Korea's Free Economic Zone (FEZ), by particularly focusing on Incheon and Busan-Jinhae zones, using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and a questionnaire survey analysis. The study compares important selection criteria and satisfaction of resident companies in Incheon and Busan-Jinhae FEZs. The findings are as follows. First, the AHP method results suggest that companies in both Incheon and Busan-Jinhae FEZs are affected by location, economic society, and policy. In subordinate determining factor for land, it is ordered by ease of gaining land, inexpensive rental fee in Incheon and by convenient access to close markets and inexpensive rental fee in Busan-Jinhae. Second, the questionnaire survey results suggest high adjacent market size and easy access in Incheon FEZ and sound logistics infrastructure in Busan-Jinhae FEZ. For this reason, Incheon has a high value of logistics infrastructure and potential market near metropolitan area and Busan-Jinhae, has a high value of transportation Infrastructure near industrial district. These findings will contribute to policy data for activating and promoting the Free Economic Zone.

In recent years, over-supply of hospitals has made hospital management more difficult and hospitals have introduced innovative hospital management to enhance customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of innovativeness of hospitals on customer satisfaction by using mediating effects of hospital capacity and location strategy. The subjects of this study were selected from 120 patients and caregivers who were hospitalized in Seoul and Metropolitan area hospitals and conducted questionnaire and statistical analysis. The results of this study are as follows: Firstly, this paper shows hospital Innovativeness does not significantly affect customer satisfaction. Unlike private companies, it is urgent to develop innovativeness measuring tools that are unique to hospitals differentiated from those of general companies. Secondly, although the impact of Innovativeness on hospital internal competency and location strategy was similar, location strategy(${\beta}=0.357$) had a greater impact on customer satisfaction than internal competency(${\beta}=0.283$). This suggests that the medical institution should take precedence over the detailed preparations based on its location marketability, traffic infrastructure, building sales and medical concentration from the time of its opening. Thirdly, this paper confirms through empirical analysis that the relationship between hospital Innovativeness and customer satisfaction is completely mediated by internal capacity and location strategy. The hospital's Innovativeness is affecting customer satisfaction by enhancing the hospital's internal competencies and inducing an active attitude toward establishing a location strategy.

I devised this study for setting up the location marketing policy that was the most suitable to medium and small-sized enterprises. For this, I classified 3 factors and analyzed location environment levels of an enterprise. First factor is 'an assistance policy factor' which is composed of assistance policies of local governments and central-government. Second is 'an accumulation factor' which is composes of the same category of business or accumulation of an allied industry, the abundant selling market, innovative industry atmosphere, and accumulations of various innovative organs such as a college, a research organization. Third is 'a location base factor' which is composed of a desirable information communications net and accessibility on wide area traffic networks such as an airport, a railroad, an expressway. I also analyzed three location environment levels of business scale.
