A Study on Site Selection for Marine Recreational Floating Architecture (해양레저용 플로팅 건축물 입지선정에 관한 연구)

  • The systematic criteria and rational standard for site selection of marine recreational floating architecture are in urgently need in respect of structural safety, use of facilities, economics of construction and management, relationship with surrounding areas or cities and impact on marine environment. Nevertheless, at present, there is not any study nor guideline for site selection of marine recreational floating architecture which is now being planned and elected at many places of a body of water such as river or coastal area all over the country. Therefore this study is to propose a systematic process and a rational criteria and guideline for site selection of marine recreational floating architecture. Especially the results are suggested in forms of diagrams and tables in order to be utilized so easily by related local governments and individual enterprises.

  • This study is to apply the Quality Function Deployment Methodology to select the Navy Battle Lab location among possible location sites. The Quality Function Deployment is known to be one of the good methodology in reflecting users' need. Thus the Navy Battle Lab location should b e selected on the basis of satisfying the Navy and ADD requirments. The data to be applied in QFD has been collected from the Navy users and ADD researchers. After carrying out QFD procedures, Jinhae was selected as the best site of the Navy Battle Lab.

  • This study proposes a new site selection model which reflects integrated opinions of several groups and identifies sites through objectivity of selection procedure. The proposed model consists of two parts, Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Geographic Information(GIS). This model was applied to Seocho-gu in Seoul. First, library site selection criteria were determined through literature study. Hierarchical relationship based on the questionnaire was determined and refined to be suited to Seocho-gu case. A survey was conducted with three groups, namely, library users, librarians, and public worker. A few inconsistent answers to the survey questionnaire were excluded and the relative importance of each criterion was measured. Next, an overlay method was used and the relative importance was used as a weight for selecting candidates. This process excluded the areas where a library was unable to be built, for example, rivers, military areas, other restricted areas by law, etc. and resulted in seventy-five sites. Five groups of candidates were identified according to the similarity of criteria. Finally, four groups, after eliminating one lowly fitted group, were determined.

  • 수소를 기반으로 하는 신재생에너지의 생산, 관리 및 이용 시스템을 연계하여 운전하는 Green City 실증단지 구현을 위한 국내 도서 선정은 지자체별 이해관계와 지역발전계획에 따라 첨예한 논란을 수반할 소지가 있다. 입지 선정 절차상에서 예비후보지 선정과정이 형식적이거나 입지선정기준이 없어 입지선정을 위한 평가항목, 평가기준, 항목별 배점 등이 분석자의 의도에 따라 조정될 수 있는 문제점이 있다. 또한 각 지역에 대한 입지선정을 위한 기준이 있다 하더라도 추상적이거나 객관적이지 않은 기준이 많아 입지선정에 직접 적용하기 어렵고, 자연환경, 사회경제, 법제, 입지조건, 부하특성, 지자체 호응 등 인자들의 평가의 형평성이 결여될 수 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 의사결정도구로 이용되는 계층분석법(AHP)을 입지선정절차에 적용하였다. 객관적인 정보가 제공 가능한 평가항목을 설정하고, 관련 전문가들의 설문조사를 통하여 주관적인 중요도 결과를 취합하였다. 이 결과를 계층분석법을 활용하여 평가항목별 가치를 측정하여 가중치를 부여하였고, Green City 실증단지 구현을 위한 후보도서의 순위를 제시하였다.

A Comparative Study on the Location of grade 1,2,3 Automotive Repair Shops (1·2·3급 자동차 정비업체의 입지선정 비교)

  • This study helps to select the criteria for the location automotive repair shops and suggests the optimum location. The weights representing relative importance of each criterion were calculated by using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). Actually most of the location of automotive repair shops have been selected depending on decision makers' experience though very high initial costs are incurred. Also while studies have been done on the location of the smaller shops whose initial costs are low and service activities are simple, studies and cases on the location of automotive repair shop were not done and found before. This study helps to draw the weights of the criteria for the location of each one of grade 1, 2, 3 repair shop and compare and analyze them. As a result, it is found out that there is some differences between factors significantly considered when selecting the location of each repair shop. This study has significance of suggesting scientific methods to reduce risk in the decision making related to location of repair shop.

Model development for site selection considering the characteristics of LNG receiving terminal (LNG 특성을 고려한 저장기지 입지선정 모델 개발)

  • Recently, due to the increasing concern of environmental factors and low carbon usage, the use of natural gas has been inclining steadily. In order to meet the growing demand of natural gas, government have established strategies to secure the sufficient amount of gas that is mainly used by industries, power generation and residential use by constructing additional receiving terminals for Liquid Natural Gas (LNG). In the process of selecting the optimal site for the terminals, the characteristics of the terminals are not considered where the decision making is done through internal meetings or outsourcing. In respect to site selection, researches are done to derive the factors that are considered for optimal site selection. However, there have not yet been researches in creating a systematic model for analyzing the optimal site selection. To this aim, the paper aims to propose a model for site selection of LNG receiving terminals that considers the characteristics of the terminal construction. Total of 47 factors considered in site selection is derived through interviews with experts and analyzing the previous cases of site selection by various firms. Furthermore, the derived 47 factors are used for the survey for the previous LNG terminals in PT, IC, TY, SC and BR areas where the survey data is analyzed by factor analysis and multiple regression models to depict the optimal site. By applying the model for site selection, practitioners are able to make decisions for site selection in a systematic approach for new candidates of sites.

  • 최근 다양한 수해양공간개발계획에 있어 플로팅 건축물 도입에 대하여 긍정적인 관심이 증가하고 있다. 플로팅 건축물은 수상에 부유식 구조체 형식으로 조성되는 거주용 시설로 육역의 일반 건축물과 비교하여 수역에 위치하는 점과 구조체가 부체인 점에서 그 특성이 있다. 이러한 플로팅 건축물의 건설을 위해서는 플로팅 건축물 특성에 따른 장단점을 파악하여 적당한 입지를 찾는 것이 가장 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 플로팅 건축물 입지선정을 위해 고려해야하는 다양한 전제조건을 검토하여 플로팅 건축물 입지평가항목을 도출하고 전문가 설문조사를 통하여 각 평가항목별 가중치를 설정하여 플로팅 건축물 입지평가기준을 제시하였으며 입지평가기준을 바탕으로 전남과 전북지역을 대상으로 플로팅 건축물 입지를 선정하였다.

A Model of Location Decisions of Natural Gas Filling Station Considering Spatial Coverage and Travel Cost (공간적 접근성 및 통행비용을 고려한 천연가스 충전소 최적 입지선정 모형)

  • This study proposes a facility location model in consideration of spatial coverage and travel cost as an effort to make objective and effective decisions of natural gas filling stations. The proposed model is developed for fixed stations and consists of two stages. The first stage employs a heuristic algorithm to find a set of locations which satisfy the spatial coverage constraints determined by the maximum travel distance between the filling stations and bus depots. In the second stage, the optimal location of filling stations is determined based on the minimum travel cost estimated by using a modified transportation problem as well as the construction and maintenance costs of the filling stations. The applicability of the model is analyzed through finding the optimal location of filling stations for the city of Anyang, a typical medium-sized city in metropolitan Seoul, based on the demand of natural gas buses. This study is expected to help promote the spread of natural gas buses by providing a starting point of a objective and reasonable methodological perspective to address the filling station location problem.

  • 다수고객을 서비스하기 위한 설비의 입지선정문제는 현 기업환경 하에 많은 분야에서 광범위하게 응용되고 있다. 본 논문은 경쟁사 설비가 기 입지해 있는 상황에서 시장점유율을 최대화하기 위해 정해진 수의 설비를 주어진 입지후보지에 설치하기 위한 입지선정문제를 다룬다. 고객은 도시공학 분야에서 잘 알려진 4개의 도시공간구조 이론에 근거하여 분포시키고, 고객의 수요를 최대로 충족시킬 수 있는 매장의 입지를 선정한다. 실험을 통해 각 도시 공간형태별로 상이한 고객의 분포형태와 계층별 거주지역의 밀집도가 매장의 위치에 미치는 영향을 확인한다. 또한 입지선정문제는 잘 알려진 NP-hard 문제임에 따라 합리적인 시간에 근사 최적해를 도출하기 위하여 유전자 알고리즘을 적용함으로써 기업의 입장에서 이윤을 극대화하는 최적의 설비위치를 결정할 수 있는 모델을 제시하였다.

  • 본 연구는 해양치유시설 공간계획 수립에 요구되는 기본적인 공간환경기준을 개발하기 위한 연구로서 해양치유시설계획의 기본적인 항목인 입지선정, 환경계획, 공간계획을 대상으로 한다. 본 연구에서는 해양치유시설 특성을 살펴보고 해양치유시설계획의 기초가 되는 치유자원과 치유요법을 조사하며 해양치유시설 관련 해외기준을 분석한다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 해양치유시설의 입지선정, 환경계획, 공간계획을 위한 기준을 제시한다.
