This study aims to examine residents' satisfaction and behavioral condition at the commercial street of Historic and Cultural Environmental Districts in Gyeongju. To achieve this, the study relied on empirical study method and additionally, present condition survey was performed with a user interview. residents' satisfaction and preferences analysis was conducted to figure out present conditions and improvements. This work has completed a total analysis of the architectural characteristics and street factors among various factors which influence residents' satisfaction level including physical street equipments and street view factors which are main contents of previous studies and street improvement project. Using statistical analysis, each factor's significance was verified quantitatively. Accordingly, this study presents prior consideration points before planning the commercial street improvement project and the region development project.

This study aims to analyze needs for living space of residents in a farming retirement community In this study a survey was performed about desire for living space and aesthetic aspects of housing environment. Results of the study are as follows; 1. Most residents desire permanently formed dwelling unit rather than assembled temporary structure so that they comfortable in noise-prevented space. 2 The retirement community residents do not desperately prefer individually separated room because open space provides better observsation function for emergencies. 3. They hope their dwelling units are grouped like regular neighborhood and the units have traditional designs such conventional kitchen and sink and wooden floor. Finally in this study it is proposed that Korean rural retirement community be established with maximum use conventional dwelling resources so that the residents benefit old fashioned living tradition even in the recently moved retirement society.

This study has been started in order to provide basic information for the planning of Korean elderly care facilities by analysing For-profit elderly homes of Japan. Japan is famous for her high elderly proportion and also her fast aging speed. Therefore, Japanese experiences of trials and errors related to the supply of elderly homes will be a good guideline for Korea which is undergoing the sharp increase in elderly population. Data have been mainly collected from the official statistics of Japan and Korea. The outcomes of this study are as follows. At first, the definition of For-profit elderly homes of Japan has been proposed clearly. Secondly, the trends of them related to supply and operational characteristics have been analysed. Thirdly, the size and utilization rate of them have been analysed. And finally, the physical characteristics of elderly residences in For-profit elderly homes of Japan have been discussed.

The influx of the apartment housing culture have passed thirty years, but it has been pricipally developed that in terms of the urban's residents. There is very important problem when we think about the improvement of housing's life of dwellers in rural. Therefore, as increased demand of apartment housing and dweller's needs in rural we think that there is worth studing to the residents of rural's apartment housings. The purpose of this study is to understand the housing in rural, to discriminate between rural's and urban's apartment housing plan and to adapt to basic data to satisfy request of rural apartment housing's residents according to the family composition.

In Korea, the rental apartments for low-income bracket have greatly been built and are being built now. But their management system is quite unstable and the residents' participation in the management is excluded throughly from the beginning. As a result, there are increasing complaints about their low quality of management as well as a self-righteous managerial behavior by the housing company. Therefore, it is required to be managed by residents in the rental apartmenr and especially the organization of management, such as decision making-executing-audition body, should be operated by the residents. To achieve this purpose, the management law should be consolidated into one and the method o imposing the expenses of repairing and maintenance should be improved by The Ministry of Construction and Transportation.

공동주택의 침실, 거실 등은 가족의 휴식처로서 매우 정숙한 환경을 필요로 한다. 최근에 많이 건설되고 있는 고층아파트에는 고속엘리베이터가 설치되고 공간절약 및 구조적 기능 등으로 인하여 엘리베이터통로가 침실이나 거실에 인접한 설계가 많이 채택되고 있다. 이러한 고층아파트의 엘리베이터 기계실 인접 세대에서는 엘리베이터 가동에 의한 공기전달음 및 고체전달음이 문제가 될 수 있으며 특히 암소음이 매우 적은 야간의 엘리베이터 소음은 수면방해 및 집중력저하를 일으켜 입주자들의 불만이 야기될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 입주완료후 엘리베이터 소음이 문제가 된 아파트에서 소음발생원인을 측정분석하고 주로 문제가 되는 고체전달음을 저감시키기 위한 엘리베이터 방진대책을 실시하여 그 성능을 확인하고 이 대책안을 문제가 되는 기존아파트나 추후 건설될 아파트의 엘리베이터 소음저감대책으로 제시하고자 한다.

최근들어 사이버 아파트 붐이 일면서 시들해진 건축 경기에 새로운 바람이 불고 있다. 정보통신부는 이러한 흐름에 맞춰 초고속 정보통신 건물 인증제를 도입 법적.제도적 기초를 마련하였다. 이는 어느정도 요건을 갖춘 건축물에 대해서만 그 자격을 부여한다는 것이 이 제도의 핵심. 아직은 시행초기 단계이지만 향후 많은 건축물이 사이버 건축물로 지어질 것이며 이에 대비하고 불량 건축물의 난립을 방지하는 등 다목적성을 띠고 있다. 이에 정보통신부는 초고속 정보통신 건물에 대한 인증제를 도입해 사업자들의 참여를 유도하고 인증을 받은 회사에게는 인증에 대한 홍보효과로 분양촉진의 효과를, 입주자에게는 정보가 인증하는 건물에 대해 신뢰를 가질수 있게 하는등 다중의 효과를 노리고 있다. 정보통신부의 초고속 정보통신 건물인증제의 구체적인 내용과 인증제에 대한 현대 건설의 사례를 살펴봄으로써 초고속 정보통신 건물인증제에 접근해 보고자 한다.

서울 양청구 신정동 일대 총 연면적 45만 $1,943.09m^2$에 3,069가구가 건립되는 신정3지구 아파트 건설사업이 한창이다. 오는 2011년 7월 준공을 두고 토목공사와 골조공사에 여념이 없는 신정3지구는 총 5개 단지에서 국내 내로라하는 건설기업들이 초고를 뽐내며 쾌적한 주거환경을 조성하고 있다. 그 중 2단지와 5단지 시공을 담당하고 있는 금호건설은 건설기술을 넘어 철학으로 접근한다. 그 철학 속에서 쾌적한 친환경 주거공간 완공뿐만 아니라 현장 근로자의 안전을 먼저 생각하는 따듯한 마음으로 무재해 시공에도 열을 올린다. 국내 건설기업 Top 10에 드는 기업답게 현장 운영에 있어서도 Top의 면모를 보여주고 있는 신정3지구 2,5단지(정현영 현장소장 / 이하 2,5단지) 현장은 안전에 있어서도 최고의 수준을 고수한다.

본 논문은 통계적 기법을 사용하여 이주시 아파트를 주택유형으로 선택하는 입주자의 사회$\cdot$경제적 특성을 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 아파트를 선택하는 주민의 인구사회적, 경제적 특성을 분석하는 한편 주거상태와 향후 희망하는 주거상태가 아파트 선택에 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇인가를 로짓모형을 통해 밝히는데 목적을 두고 있다. 부산시의 주민 2000가구의 설문조사결과를 통해 향후 아파트로 이주하고자 희망하는 주민의 특성 및 현 주거와 향후 주거선호와 관련된 사항을 분석한다. 연구결과 가구의 아파트를 선택하는데 있어서 그 가구의 현주거상태와 희망하는 주거수준, 그리고 가구의 사회$\cdot$경제적 특성이 작용하는데 현주택상황과 관련하여서는 현 주택규모가 클수록 아파트를 선택하는 경향이 있으며, 희망하는 주거수준과 관련해서는 희망하는 주택의 방수가 적을수록 아파트를 선택하는 것으로 분석되었다. 가구의 사회$\cdot$경제적 특성 중에서는 배우자의 학력이 높을수록 아파트를 선택하는 경향이 높게 나타났으며, 이 변수는 어떠한 독립변수보다 아파트 선택에 강하게 작용하는 경향이 높게 나타났으며, 이 변수는 어떠한 독립변수보다 아파트 선택에 강하게 작용한다. 이밖에 가구의 월평균소득과 월평균 저축도 아파트를 선택하는데 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

국내 화장실 양변기의 배수 및 세정소음에 관한 실험실 측정결과를 소개하고자 한다. 1989년 대한주택공사에서 조사한 설문조사에 의하면 공동주택에서 외부로부터 들리는 소음에 대한 불만을 조사한 결과, 바닥충격음, 급배수설비 소음, 그리고, 공기전달음의 순으로 나타났다. 이와 같이 급배수시 발생소음은 공동주택 입주자의 주요한 민원중의 하나이다. 급배수설비 소음은 유체의 유동에 의하여 발생하며, 직접 공기중을 전파하여 가는 “공기전달음”과 배관지지 재료 및 구조체 등을 통해 재차 공기중을 전파하여가는 “고체전달음” 으로 구분된다. 여기서 “공기전달음”이란 실내에서 발생한 소리가 구조체를 진동하고 구조체는 인접실의 구조체 주변의 공기를 진동하여 소리가 방사되거나 또는 인접실간에 열려 있는 통로를 거쳐 전달되는 소음을 말하고 “고체전달음”이란 음원이 접하고 있는 건물구조체를 통하여 진동의 형태로 전달되는 소음을 일컫는다. 공동주택에서 배수관은 아래층 천장배관에 해당되므로 배수관에서 발생하는 소음은 아래층으로 직접 전달된다. 이러한 배수설비 소음은 배관재의 종류, 배관스페이스의 구조 및 위치 등에 따라 소음레벨이 달라지게 된다.(중략)
