임팩트 투자의사 결정요인에 관한 연구

  • 임팩트 투자(impact investment)는 사회적 가치와 재무적 이익을 동시에 추구하는 소셜벤처에 투자하는 행위이다. 그동안 국내에서는 정부 주도로 임팩트 투자 생태계가 조성되고 성장하였다. 선순환 투자 생태계를 위해서는 소셜벤처가 가지는 사회혁신의 가치와 임팩트 투자의 연계가 중요하다. 사회적 형평과 시장의 효율의 두 가치 중심으로 수요와 공급이 맞는 임팩트 투자에 대한 이해가 필수적이다. 특히, 임팩트 투자 지원정책과 투자가 공공에서 민간으로 확대되는 시점에서 임팩트 투자의사 결정요인을 규명하는 차별화된 접근이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 임팩트 투자의사 결정요인을 분석하고 우선순위를 도출하고자 하였다. 먼저 문헌분석을 통해 투자 결정에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하고 임팩트 투자 심사역을 대상으로 자문·설문조사를 수행한 뒤, 델파이 기법을 적용하여 주요 투자의사 결정요인을 도출하였다. 다음으로는 임팩트 투자 심사역 10명을 대상으로 AHP분석을 실시하여 투자의사 결정요인의 우선순위를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 상위요인의 중요도는 시장-창업가(팀)-제품·서비스-재무의 순서로 확인되었으며, 세부요인의 중요도는 '시장의 경쟁강도 및 진입장벽-시장성장 및 확장 가능성-팀의 전문성 및 역량-신시장 창출 가능성-영업활동 및 고객관리-창업가의 신뢰성 및 진정성의 순서로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 임팩트 투자에 대한 지원정책과 투자가 공공에서 민간으로 확대되는 시점에서 고유한 투자의사 결정요인을 규명하여 투자를 희망하는 이해관계자들에게 기초 자료를 제시했다는 데 의의가 있다.

An Empirical Study on the Determinants of Impact Investment (임팩트 투자 결정요인에 관한 실증연구)

  • Impact investment involves investing in companies that pursue both social value and financial returns. It focuses on addressing various social problems through innovative solutions while generating profits. The domestic impact investment ecosystem has experienced significant growth with the support of the government and public institutions. In 2021, it witnessed a 3.5-fold increase over three years, reaching a total of 700 billion won in operating assets. In order to foster qualitative growth alongside this quantitative expansion, it is crucial to conduct research specifically on impact investment, which sets it apart from conventional venture investment. This study aims to empirically analyze the unique factors that influence impact investment decisions. Firstly, the factors affecting investment decisions were identified through a literature analysis. Then, a consultation and Delphi survey involving 11 representatives and evaluators from impact investment companies was conducted to determine the major investment determinants. Subsequently, an AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) survey was carried out with 10 impact investment evaluators to ascertain the relative importance of these factors. The analysis revealed the following order of importance for the top factors: market>entrepreneur(team)>product/service>finance. Furthermore, the importance of specific factors was identified in the following order: market competition and entry barriers>new market creation>market growth and potential expansion>team expertise and capabilities. Unlike previous studies that primarily focus on general startup investment factors, this research demonstrates that impact investment places greater emphasis on market-related factors and considers the sustainability and profitability of the business model to be more important than the social impact of social ventures.

Floor Impact Noise Characteristics Depending on the Experimental Conditions Using Impact Ball (실험조건에 따른 임팩트 볼의 바닥충격음 변화 고찰)

  • In Japan, bang machine has been considered to have problems about not only the impact force and frequency response which are different from the real impact sources such as children's jumping and running, but also damage in the wooden structure housing. Therefore, a new impactor for lower impact force to prevent demage in wooden structure housing was developed. The impact ball was adopted as the second standard impact source in JIS A 1418-2 and ISO 140-11. In the present study, floor impact sounds generated by impact ball with drop heights in four floors of mock-up building of Building Research Institute (BRI) similar to typical Japanese wooden structure housing were investigated and also compared to jumping sound. The results show that Impact ball sound dropped at 10 cm to 30 cm was most similar to jumping sound. And The impact sound levels at 250 and 500 Hz were more sensitive to drop height than other lower frequencies. The error that may occur from the difference of height of 10 cm up and down based on the standard drop height caused by the impact ball operated by human hands was approx. 1 dB or less only in its value of characteristic, but it must be carefully taken into Impact ball in the Korea Standard.

  • 우리는 흔히 골프 클럽의 휘둘러 골프공이 맞아 나가는 것을 보게 된다. 본 논문에서는 골프채 헤드가 골프공을 일정속도로 움직여 치고 난 후 골프채의 헤드는 같은 방향으로 일정 속도로 움직일 때 골프공을 치고 날아가는 골프공의 속도를 구한다. 골프공을 치기 전의 속도가 각각 다를 경우의 골프공의 속도를 각각 구한다. 골프를 칠 때 헤드의 속도, 골프공의 질량, 임팩트, 임팩트 후의 날아가는 속도, 그리고 임팩트 후의 이동 방향 등을 쉽게 알아보도록 하는 것이 본 논문의 목적이다.

Muscle Activity in T-ball Swing with Down Syndrome's Children (다운증후군 아동의 T-ball 스윙 시 근육활동 규명)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the muscle activities of pectoralis major, upper serratus, lat dorsi, anterior deltoid, rhomboids, infraspinatus, and posterior deltoid using Noraxon 8 channels EMG system during T-ball swing in children with Down syndrome. Five Down syndrome, one healthy children, and one baseball adult player were participated in the study. Down syndrome's children showed higher muscle activity than one healthy children and one baseball adult player during address to backswing and backswing to impact swing phase. While Down syndrome's children showed lower muscle activity than one healthy children and one baseball adult player during impact to follow swing phase. The strength of the pectoralis major and upper serratus muscle may help to improve T-ball swing movement during impact to follow swing phase.

  • In this paper, the golf club head hit the golf ball moves at a constant velocity, then move in the same direction at a constant velocity of the golf club head, the velocity of the golf ball was hitting and flying the golf ball is calculated. If velocity is different before you hit the golf ball, each of the velocity of the golf ball is calculated. The purpose of this paper is to make it easy to find out the velocity of a club's head, the mass of a golf ball, the velocity or the direction of a golf ball after impact in playing golf. The results of the experiment are represented in tables and figures. And we also propose the comparison analysis between our research and other traditional ones, the implications, and futhur studies in the future. The results of this study, unlike other studies, it was can be seen that measurements of several factors superior to the measurement of the velocity of the golf ball.

  • In this work, experimental errors from an impact hammer test were investigated to develop a statistic-based technique for updating a finite element model. Digital signal processing was analyzed by using theoretical models and experiments when errors occurred during the experimental procedure. First, the duration time and peak level of the excitation signal, the stiffness and position of elastic springs connecting the specimen as well as the support, position and mass of the accelerometer were considered as error factors during the experiment. Then the picket fence effect, leakage, and exponential window function were considered as candidate error factors during the digital signal processing. Finally, methods to reduce errors are suggested.

  • In this study, simplified methods on measurement and evaluation of heavy-wight impact sound was proposed due to provide easy quality control method to construction engineers. The simplified methods include using of rubber impact ball instead of bang machine, reduced number of measuring and impact positions which is prescribed as over 4 points, using of hand-held sound level meter as a frequency analyser and prediction equation for $L_{i.Fmax.AW}$, single number rating, using $L_{Amax}$, and $L_{Lmax}$ at each frequency band. The results showed that a method of boundary driving and boundary measuring is the most similar to the current rating method.
