Analysis on Temporary Residential Prefabricated Modular Structure through Domestic Patent Case Study (국내 특허 사례 연구를 통한 임시 주거용 프리패브 모듈라 구조 분석)

  • This study proposes a temporary residential prefab modular structure to provide residential space to displaced people after a disaster. Patent cases related to prefab structures are collected for related design implementations, and classified. Space in temporary residential prefab modular structures must consider factors such as "Expandability", "Assembly and Disassembly", "Built-in Structure", and "Energy Efficiency", and the cases are classified into "Detailed Assembly Modular Type", "Modular Expandable Type", and "Space Unit Expandable Type". Overseas patents cases will be collected and analyzed in future studies for providing the efficient way for mass production for the lowest production cost.

  • 8 · 31부동산 대책 후속법안이 속속 입법화하고 있다. 후속법안 14개 가운데 주택법 등 7개가 2005년 12월초 정기 국회를 통과했다. 정부와 여당은 나머지 법안도 연말 임시국회에서 처리할 방침이다. 종합부동산세, 2주택자 양도세 중과를 담은 부동산 관련 세법의 경우 여야간 진통을 겪고 있지만 2006년 시행에는 문제가 없을 것으로 정부는 보고 있다. 이들 법안의 시행은 대부분 2006년초~7월을 목표로 하고 있어 주택 · 토지시장에도 큰 변화가 올 것으로 예상된다.

영국의 노숙자 연구: 원인과 정책을 중심으로

  • 이 글은 영국 홈리스에 대한 기존의 연구들을 검토하면서 홈리스의 세 가지 측면을 고찰한다. 첫째, 홈리스의 현황을 파악하기 위하여, 홈리스에 대한 서로 다른 정의와 홈리스 규모에 대한 여러 추정치를 비교 검토한다. 이 글은 또한 거리노숙자 규모를 측정하는 방법을 둘어싼 논쟁을 정리한다. 둘째, 홈리스의 원인을 분석한다. 홈리스의 원인을 규명하는데 다섯 가지 접근이 있다. 이 글은 이런 다섯 가지 접근들의 등장 배경, 내용, 그들 사이의 논쟁을 정리한다. 셋째, 영국 홈리스 정책을 고찰한다. 영국 홈리스 정책의 가장 중요한 특징은 홈리스에게 임시주택 혹은 안정적인 주택을 제공하는 것이다. 이 글은 1960년대 이후 영국 홈리스 정책의 변화 과정을 정리한다. 1997년 집권한 노동당 정부는 거리노숙자 정책을 정부의 최우선 정책과제들 가운데 하나로 설정하면서 거리노숙 문제의 해결에 적극적으로 개업했다. 그 결과 2000년 이후 거리노숙자가 대폭 줄어들었다. 현재 시행되고 있는 거리노숙자 정책은 주거지원 뿐만 아니라 다양한 차원의 지원을 포함한다. 홈리스 예방도 중요한 정책으로 다루어지고, 정보와 인간단체가 협력해서 거리노숙 문제를 해결하고자 한다. 거리노숙자를 줄이는데 성공한 영국의 거리노숙자 정책은 우리에게 많은 시사점을 줄 것이다.

Analysis on Prefabricated Space Structure Based on Overseas Patent Case Study (해외 특허 사례 기반 프리패브 공간 구조 분석)

  • This study analyzes the method for easily constructing a simple space in various environments. It also analyzes cases of modular prefab construction structures and explores various solutions and development directions that can form temporary residential spaces. This research intends to propose the diverse methods and solutions for constructing residential space for users' stable living environment in various unpredictable situations. This study amis to collect and analyze cases of various foreign patents related to the subject. With the analysis on the patents case, the prefab structures are mainly grouped into 4 types of 1) Assembly method using small parts, 2) Prefab module stacking method, 3) Space expansion method, and 4) Production methods of detailed elements. Based on the results, future research will inquire the lower cost and more efficient way of constructing prefab structure.

  • Purpose and Method: In this study, a questionnaire interview survey was conducted for the victims living in the temporary house by the Pohang earthquake, and improvements were derived. Results: As a result, major improvements in terms of facilities are as follows. First, in order to expand the toilet and cooking space, the existing inner gate and the wall are removed and the width of the toilet is expanded. Minimize the inconvenience by adding a cooking table as wide as the extended toilet. Second, a separate sleep compartment is set up to secure storage space in a limited area. And the storage closet is installed below and used as a storage space. At this time, the size of the sleeping space is set to double bed size. Third, curtains and blinds are installed on both windows to secure privacy, thereby protecting privacy and psychological stability. Conclusion: If the remodeling of the temporary house proposed in this study is utilized and applied, it is possible to provide a better living environment. In addition, it is expected that it will be possible to improve the efficiency of space and overcome existing spatial limitations by minimizing inconveniences reflecting the needs of the victims.

  • This paper proposes a design plan of short-term temporary housing for the victims by disaster. Also construction workability and residential environment evaluated by mock-up. In particular, in the event of a disaster, victims have lived the auditorium or gymnasium of the nearby school which is an emergency shelter. However, there was a problem of livability. Therefore, it is the purpose of study to provide temporary housing that resides within 30 days. For this purpose, a composite panel with light weight and insulation select to produce mock-up. The mock-up complete in about an hour. This is because it is made only of the composite panels. The composite panels confirm to be easy to load and construct. And mock-up evaluates insulation and waterproofing performance in the laboratory. As a result, Mock-up has insulation and waterproofing performance. This suggests an alternative to short -term temporary housing.

Proposing a DfMA Modular Housing Model for Disaster Relief Support (재난 지원을 위한 DfMA 모듈러주택 모델 제안)

  • This study examined how to better provide quality temporary housing for people in the event of natural and social disasters. Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) is suitable for creating an efficient planning model for the mass production and transport of a modular house. The proposed DfMA model has the following three characteristics. First is the division of the modular house into service modules and functional modules and to create diversity by developing standard parts and multi-functional parts. Second is a flexible layout suitable for various site conditions. Such flexible layouts would allow identical homes to be mass produced and deployed to a variety of locations, both nationally and internationally. Third is to simplify and minimize the automation process with dry construction to increase production efficiency. Application of this DfMA design method can lead to reduced construction time and cost and improve housing quality.

  • As environmental pollution becomes serious, natural disasters are frequent and damage is increasing. Also, due to population overcrowding, social disasters are frequent, and it is difficult to predict due to the variety of area, extent, and damage. As the disasters have diversified and the scale of the damage has increased, the scale of evacuees and the period of evacuation have diversified. Should be provide facilities that will be protected from second damages to victims who have lost their homes quickly. It supports a prefabricated house, but it is difficult to supply it. In this study, the ultimate goal is to plan an outdoor temporary housing facility that can supply quickly when the capacity of the evacuation facility is insufficient or the evacuation facility is insufficient.
