배전계통을 효율적으로 운영하기 위해 배전자동화 시스템에는 여러 어플리케이션들이 탑재되어 있다. 대부분의 어플리케이션들은 그 기능을 수행하기 위해 기본적으로 부하 데이터를 필요로 한다. 현재 배전계통 부하 관리는 제한적인 데이터를 이용해 산정하고, 하나의 값으로 관리되고 있다. 그 결과 어플리케이션들의 기능을 효율적으로 사용하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 측정 데이터를 이용하여 부하데이터를 관리하는 방법을 제안하여 부하 데이터의 신뢰도를 향상시킬 수 있는 방법을 제안하고 있다.

The KEPCO is developing the practical power distribution operating system. The system adopt Genetic Algorithm and will be used loss reduction, load balancing, service planning for large capacity load and various kinds of simulations in the distribution power system. This paper presents a methodology to evaluate the restoration capability of the feeder and its applications to the system planning and operation in the normal and emergency states. The proposed method is very simple and practical, so its application to the real system operation is expected to increase the system reliability.

A DAS(Distribution Automation System) enhances the efficiency and productivity of a utility. It also provides intangible benefits such as improved public image and market adventages. This paper discusses an approach to the integration of NDIS(New Distribution Information System) and DAS that will allow benefits from both technologies to support a common database and distributed computing architecture, thereby improving the ability of many functions to justify implementation of integrated systems based on transferring' data comparisons.

An unwanted trip of backup distance relays often lead to a blackout. This paper presents investigation report on involvement of backup distance relays in the past blackouts and sensitivity-factor based algorithm to make a distinction between a fault and overload caused by line tripping. A preliminary idea to prevent deterioration of the situation due to unwanted trip of distance relays by utilizing the proposed algorithm is presented.

현재, 미용식품으로 판매되고 있는 대부분의 제품은 피부를 구성하는 콜라겐과 hyaluronic acid 등이 배합되어 있으며, 이러한 것들은 피부에 윤기를 주는 것을 목적으로 한다. 그러나 이들 성분은 고분자물질이기 때문에 섭취시 고분자물 그 자체로 피부로 이행될 것으로는 생각되지 않는다. 일반적으로 콜라겐이나 hyaluronic acid는 소화효소에 의해 저분자의 아미노산이나 펩타이드, 당질로 분해되고 흡수되어 각 장기나 피부조직에서 콜라겐이나 hyaluronic acid로 재생된다고 알려져 있다. 피부조직에서의 재생은 진피 내의 피부선유아세포에서 일어난다. 따라서, 피부섬유아세포의 작용을 활성화시키는 것이 아름다운 피부를 가지는데 중요하다.

This paper presents the standard for dividing/tieing the distribution lines and installing optimally the automated distribution switch-gear in multi-line faults. Also this paper recommends the distribution system design in consideration of the live load transfer of the concentrated load in the last load-side. This recommendation will be useful for designing the distribution network, developing the feeder automation software and operating the distribution automation system.

This paper represents improved service restoration algorithm to deal with concurrent multiple outage areas. Restoration sequence is the most important to use backup feeders effectively. In order to decide restoration sequence, the algorithm calculates restorability of each outage area based on fuzzy evaluation of outage load and total backup feeder margin.
