혈전용해활성이 우수한 효모의 탐색 (Screening of a New Fibrinolytic Substances-Producing Yeast)

  • 한국 식품연구원에서 분양받은 48종의 효모들의 PD broth 배양 농축물들의 혈전용해활성을 조사하였다. Saccharomyces cerevisiae Y99-7의 PD broth 배양 농축물이 25 mm의 용해환(clear zone)을 보여 가장 높은 혈전용해 활성을 보였다. 또한 선발 효모를 PD broth 배지로 $30^{\circ}C$에서 24 h 배양하였을 때 yeast extract-peptone dextrose 배양농축물 보다 높은 혈전용해활성을 보였다.

  • The purpose of this study was to improve the palatability of fermented red pepper soybean paste (Kochujang). Five individual models of Kochujang were prepared the following: control, glutinous rice containing 50% (A) and 100% (B) of barley, glutinous rice containing 1.5% (C) and 3.0% (D) of red rice. These Kochujangs were prepared and fermented for 60 days at 30 in a crock, and examined for changes in their physicochemical properties. There were no distinguishable change in their pH, acidity, formol-N content. L (lightness)-, a (redness)- and b (yellowness)-values were decreased rapidly until 20 days of fermentation. After 60 days, the values of L-, a- and b- of A, B Kochujang were increased than those of control, C, D Kochujang. Sensory profiles of color, flayer, taste and overall quality on the final products which fermented for 60 days showed that there were no differences in quality of each models. HMG-Co A reductase inhibitory activities were observed in 1.5% of red rice containing Kochujang.

스마트배전 운영시스템용 구간부하 추정 프로그램 개발 (Development of Section Load Estimation Program for Smart Distribution Management System)

  • In this paper, we present the section load estimation program of distribution system for smart distribution management system. The proposed program is composed with three parts. One is the consistency check part for switch measurements which consist a section. The consistency check is divided into the current and angle test. For the current test, we examine the input and output power flow for the switch group. For the angle test, the result of power flow calculation at previous step is used. Another is the voltage estimation part for the measured switches. We use the weighted least square (WLS) method for the voltage estimation. The third is the part of final section load calculation. The database structure for accomplishing the developed estimation program is also proposed. To verify the accuracy of the experimental results, case studies are performed using a actual data of Jeju island. The developed program can be effectively applied to the distribution operation systems.

학생 활동 중심의 초등학교 과학 교과서 모형 개발 및 적용: '지구와 우주' 영역을 중심으로 (Development and Application of the Student-centered Elementary Science Textbook Model: Focusing on Earth Science)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the student-centered elementary science textbook model and explore the applicability of the school. For this study we conducted a literature survey and analysis of domestic and foreign books, surveys, and then developed a textbook model of student-centered instruction. We have selected the three elementary school, three grades, fifty-seven students to apply the model developed textbooks. Textbook model of Earth was developed as a center of student activity. Applying the results of development of textbooks in the field, students were interested about the student-centered textbooks and they were felt that the development of textbooks were textbook that students can study on their own. Through this research it could confirm that it should be provided feedback to causes of the reflective thinking of students in the textbook for the development of student-centered textbook.

배전자동화시스템에서 전류방향성을 이용한 단말장치의 고장표시 오류 개선 방법 (An Improved Algorithm of Fault Indicator Generation of FRTU in Distribution Automation System)

  • In this paper, an improved method of fault indicator generation algorithm in FRTUs is proposed for the present Distribution Automation System. In order to find fault area, correct FI information should be generated. But when a single line-to-ground fault occurs, FI information is generated in downside of the fault in some circumstance because existing FI algorithm considers only magnitude. It is found that the upside fault current direction if different from the downside fault current direction. Therefore, in order to prevent to generate the wrong fault indication information for FRTU at the downside of the fault, an improved fault indication generation method is developed. Not only the basic conditions are taken into account, but also the directions from the angle difference between zero and positive sequence currents are considered to generated the fault indication information. In case study, the proposed method has been testified and shown the reasonability in generating correct the fault indication information, for many kinds of faults according to conditions.

배전자동화 중앙장치에서 필터링 알고리즘을 통한 고장표시 오류 개선방법 (An Improved Method of Fault Indication Information Using Filtering Algorithm)

  • In this paper, an filtering method of FI(Fault Indication) information generated by FRTU(Feeder Remote Terminal Unit)s is proposed for the present DAS(Distribution Automation System). In order to find fault area, correct FI information should be generated. But when a single line-to-ground fault occurs, FI information is generated in downside of the fault in some circumstance because existing FI algorithm considers only magnitude. These wrong FI information can be removed by changing existing algorithm. An improved algorithm considers both the direction of zero-sequence current and the phase of three-phase current&voltage. But many FRTUs are distributed in DAS and Changing the algorithm all of FRTU will spend a lot of time and cost. On the other hand, an filtering algorithm proposed in this paper can substitute for it. The filtering algorithm also considers both the direction of zero-sequence current and the phase of three-phase current&voltage. In case study, the proposed method has been shown the reasonability in filtering the fault indication information.

정전복구에 대한 배전계통 상정사고 해석법 (Contingency Analysis about Restoration of outage in Distribution System)

  • This paper identifies the issues of contingency analysis for restoration in distribution systems. Contingency analysis has been applied to transmission systems but not to distribution systems. The distribution system is different from transmission system. So it is hard to apply for existing contingency analysis to distribution system. In this paper, a new contingency analysis method for distribution systems is proposed. The proposed method is based on service restoration capability. It aims to minimize outage left after service restoration in case of a fault in advance. The method estimates the vulnerability which is represented by zone restoration index proposed in [1]. Applying the proposed method, operators could change the system so that it does not leave any outage left after restoration. Case study has been carried out on a five feeder system and its results show effectiveness of the method.

  • 본 연구는 중국 화장품 시장에서 외국계 공급업체와 자국내 소매업체간 관계의 질에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 규명하는데 초점을 맞추었다. 연구대상은 중국 상하이 지역에서 외국 화장품 공급업체와 주로 거래하고 있는 뷰티샵으로 선정하였다. 연구결과, 거래 파트너의 신뢰형성은 상대방에 대한 결속을 강화하고 있다. 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 변수는 공급업자의 능력, 관시, 문화적 민감성으로 나타났다. 결속에 영향을 미치는 변수는 공식화, 공급업체의 거래특유투자 및 문화적 민감성으로 나타났다. 공식화가 신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 가설은 기각되었다. 관시가 신뢰에는 긍정적인 영향을 주지만 결속에는 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았다.

감마선 조사에 의한 단백질분해효소의 특성변화 (Changes of Proteolytic Enzyme Property by Gamma Irradiation)

  • Effects of gamma irradiation onf the activity and the properties(amino acid compositions, in vitro digestibility and SDS-PAGE pattern) of proteolytic enzymes were investigated. The proteolytic activity of soluble human serine protease, enzyme in kiwi and pineapple decreased 10% and 30~65% by 5 kGy and 30 kGy, respectively. In dried pancreatin and lysozyme, the proteolytic and antimicrobial activities decreased 6~14% and 10~20% by 5kGy and 40kGy, respectively. The analysis of above 10kGy-irradiated soluble human serine protease by SDS-PAGE revealed radiolysis of the enzyme into protein or peptides of lower molecular weights. The irradiation of skim milk, hammastein casein, and lysozyme up to 40kGy had no deleterious effect on either the in vitro digestibility or amino acid compositions.

  • Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems are essential parts of power system which employ a wide range of computers and communication technologies. The traditional SCADA system is mainly for information exchange in only one company, and the information is provided only to the operator or administrator. But in the deregulated environment, we need much more information, which can be exchanged among different companies. With the rapid development of internet, we can use it to access information easily. This paper proposes web technologies to be applied in power system in order to display some important information through accessing data from database, and to realize the real time control of the substation. The functions of SCADA system will be implemented by a set of Web-based components. The monitoring and control of standard 154[kV] substation model is already realized in the laboratory test. The Web-based SCADA system is able to provide sufficient information and control for pow or system through an efficient and economical way.
