This research aims to perform an in-depth investigation about meanings and essence of working as clinical research nurses in local general hospitals. In order to interpret and reveal the meanings of role experience, data were collected from objects of 7 participants for 3 months. Data were analyzed by ethnographic research tools of Spradley. Themes conducted from this study were 'new experience about social learning process' and 'joys and sorrows through study participants ', 'lack of specialized learning course in nursing curriculums' and 'roles of general research planner', 'one's own work space' and 'proactive work environment that is relaxing and filled with consideration for others', 'hardship of being temporary employees. Clinical research nurses have experienced expansion of roles through new social learning processes. Conclusively, this study will provide useful basic data to develop new curriculum about clinical research nursing for nursing students and to improve working conditions for clinical research nurses.e purpose of this study is to design and implement a sign language dictionary for the deaf to understand information communication terminologies. When the deafs who have difficulties in communication use the internet, they can get help from this dictionary in accessing various types of information and expressing their intension. In order for the deaf to utilize the internet as efficiently as ordinary people, they must understand information communication terminologies first.

본 연구에서는 경주시 내남면 일대를 대상으로 KOMPSAT MSC(Multi Spectral Camera) 영상(2007.06.12)을 이용하여 TCT(Tasseled-Cap Transformation), NDVI(Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) 알고리즘을 적용하여 분포도를 작성 하였으며 TCT DN 값을 기초로 영상 강조 및 변환을 통한 임상분류에 적합한 밴드 추출과 NDVI 분포도에서의 DN값을 기초로 산림현장 조사 결과에서 취득된 결과와의 비교 분석을 통하여 알고리즘에 대한 임상분류에 있어서의 변별력 분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 KOMPSAT MSC 영상에서의 임상분류를 위한 식생 알고리즘 적용 가능성을 검토하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the menstrual pain, clinical practice stress, and clinical competence and identify influencing factors of clinical competence of 3rd nursing students who start clinical practice for the first tim. The survey was conducted on 155 nursing students from June 1 to October 30, 2020. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis. The degree of influence menstrual pain was 5.01points, clinical practice stress was 2.82points, clinical competence was 3.42points. Menstrual pain was positive correlated with clinical practice stress(r=.319, p=.000), and menstrual pain was negative correlated with clinical competence(r=-.279, p=.000). Clinical practice stress was negative correlated with clinical competence(r=-.333, p=.005). Menstrual pain was main factor that affects clinical competence. The model explained 25.0% of the variables. Therefore, intervention education is needed to reduce menstrual pain in order to improve the clinical competence of nursing students.

To determine clinical nursing instructors' teaching efficacy, students' clinical practice satisfaction, and confirm between correlation, and develop a plan for operating nursing education efficiently for clinical practice. Clinical practice could create an optimal learning situation. We applied CNITEs and CPS to measure clinical nursing instructor teaching efficacy and clinical practice satisfaction. The differences in teaching efficacy by the general characteristics were measured and analyzed; the higher the level of the participants' education, position, clinical career, and clinical teaching career, the higher their teaching efficacy. The higher the age at clinical practice, the higher the clinical efficacy of clinical practitioners with clinical career and higher education level students were more satisfied with the practice subject and nursing instruction than other categories. Therefore, in order to increase the satisfaction of nursing students' practice in the clinical field, we hope to improve various things that can be used not only teaching efficacy but also in clinical practice satisfaction.

Recently, researches for the integration and standardization of clinical data in the Western medicine and Korean medicine is in progress. If an integration of similar clinical data as well as heterogeneous clinical data is possible based on one standardization, we can able to derive implicit medical knowledge from integrated clinical data. In this paper, we implemented Korean clinical database based on internationally known CDISC standardization to efficiently store Korean clinical data and constructed E-CRF system for convenient data input in clinical sites. Furthermore, we showed example of an integration of Korean clinical data from 4 clinical sites. The results of our study will help to establish the foundation for the extraction of implicit medical knowledge from integrated clinical data. Also, our results may support efficient management through data integration, prevention of repetitive or unnecessary clinical trials, facilitation of collaborative study and convenient research through the distribution of refined clinical data.

With the help of information technology, it is the most important to collect clinical data correctly in clinical trials. For this, recently, in many pharmaceutical companies and Clinical Research Organizations (CRO) have tried to adopt an Electronic Case Report Form (eCRF) system. The eCRF system is a computerized system designed for collecting and managing clinical data in clinical trials. Although the eCRF is recognized as a significant system for clinical trials, until now there are no widely useable, due to the huge effort and expense at the initiatory stage of adopting eCRF system. In this study, we inquired the use of eCRF system developed for clinical trial at Korea Institute of Oriental Medicine. Especially, we focused on the time required for entering clinical data into the eCRF, hours of use, and the number of queries according to the time flow.

This study was conducted to understand the correlation between clinical practice stress, grit, self-efficacy, and clinical performance of nursing students and to identify factors affecting clinical performance. A survey was conducted on 160 students in 3rd and 4th grade students enrolled in a nursing department located in G city. As a result of the study, clinical performance was negatively correlated with clinical practice stress(r=-.383, p< .001) and positively correlated with grit(r=.310, p< .001), self-efficacy (r=.327, p< .001). Factors affecting the clinical performance of nursing students were clinical practice stress(β=-.37, p<.001), clinical practice satisfaction (β=.35, p< .001), self-efficacy (β=.31, p< .001), grit (β=.28, p< .001) and the explanatory power was 42.8%. Based on the results of this study, in order to improve the clinical performance of nursing students, it is necessary to reduce the clinical practice stress and make them satisfied with the clinical practice.
