Clinical Application of Exosomes for COVID-19 and Diagnosis (COVID-19 치료 및 진단을 위한 Exosome의 임상적 적용)

  • Exosomes are nano-sized membrane-bound extracellular vesicles containing various biological molecules, such as nucleic acids, proteins, and lipids, which can be used to modulate physiological processes. The exosomal molecules secreted by cells can be extensively used as tools for diagnosis and therapy. Exosomes carry specific molecules released by the cells they originate from, which can be transferred to surrounding cells or tissues by the exosome. For these reasons, exosomes can be exploited as biomarkers for diagnosis, carriers for drug delivery, as well as therapeutics. In stem cell technology, exosomes have been an attractive option because they can be used as safer therapeutic agents for stem cell-based cell-free therapy. Recently, studies have demonstrated the safety and efficacy of mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes in alleviating symptoms associated with coronavirus disease 2019 as they have anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory potential. Performing multiple studies on exosomes would provide innovative next-generation options for clinical diagnostics and therapy. This review summarizes the use of exosomes focusing on their diverse roles. In addition, the potential of exosomes is illustrated with a focus on how exosomes can be exploited as powerful tools in the days to come.

The effects of Pre-briefing Team-based Learning in Standardized Patients Simulation (표준화 환자 시뮬레이션 실습교육기반의 간호교육에서 사전브리핑을 활용한 팀 기반 학습 효과)

  • Simulation practice training is used in nursing education as an education method to improve the adaptability to the clinical field, but responds to unpredictable situations and negatively affects practice satisfaction. This study applied a team-based learning utilizing a pre-briefing inequality controls ago to investigate the effect of self-efficacy, simulation practice satisfaction and clinical performance of the nursing college in the simulation based nursing education and after quasi-experimental study. Data collection in the fourth grade and P University Nursing 72 peoples, the study period is from November 15 from October 14, 2019. As a result, the experimental group that applied team-based learning using pre-briefing showed higher self-efficacy, simulation practice satisfaction, and clinical performance than the control group. Therefore, applying team-based learning to the pre-briefing process can be an important learning strategy for simulation practice training, and suggests a follow-up study to confirm the effectiveness by standardizing the pre-briefing step later.

The effects of self-efficacy and job stress coping on the resilience in clinical nurses (임상간호사의 자기 효능감 및 직무스트레스 대처가 극복력에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was conducted to verify the effects of self-efficacy and job stress coping on the resilience. The subjects were 240 hospital nurses in Jeonbuk and 231 questionnaires were used in the analysis after exclusion of nine due to insufficient data. Data were collected from May to June, 2017 and analyzed with the SPSS 23.0 program. Specifically, differences in resilience based on the characteristics of the participants were analyzed by t-test and ANOVA with Duncan's post hoc test, while correlations between variables were analyzed by Pearson's Correlation Coefficient. Additionally, the effects of self-efficacy and job stress coping were evaluated by multiple regression. Self-efficacy and job stress coping were found to be positively correlated with resilience. In addition, self-efficacy and job stress coping were identified as factors influencing the resilience of clinical nurses, and self-efficacy had a greater effect on resilience. To improve the resilience of clinical nurses, it is necessary to develop resilience improvement programs.

Factors Influencing the Satisfaction of In-School Clinical Practice Due to COVID-19 (COVID-19로 인한 교내 임상실습 영향요인)

  • This study aims to identify the factors that affect the satisfaction of practice among nursing students who participated after replacing it with on-campus practice in a situation where practice was not possible due to COVID-19. Data were collected from 144 nursing students who participated in the clinical practice alternative campus practice conducted from September 13 to December 3, 2021 at a university located in G province. Data analysis was analyzed by ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The subject's satisfaction with practice is a general characteristic, self-efficacy (r=.540, p=.000), self-leadership (r=.553, p=.000), and critical thinking ability (r=.382, p=.000). , there was a significant correlation between major satisfaction (r= .248, p=.003). Variables that affect the clinical performance of the subjects were self-efficacy 20.4% (𝛽=.266, p=.047), self-leadership 51.2% (𝛽=.271, p=.047), and satisfaction with practice The explanatory power of the variables was 33.8%. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and apply a curriculum that can increase self-leadership and self-efficacy in order to increase the satisfaction of nursing students' practice.

Influencing Factors of Satisfaction of Clinical Practice in Nursing Students in the Convergence Era (융복합시대 간호대학생의 임상실습만족도에 미치는 영향 요인)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate levels of self-efficacy, nurse image, vocational identity, and clinical practice satisfaction, to examine relationships among them, and finally to investigate predictors affecting of clinical practice satisfaction in nursing students. The participants were 227 nursing students in D city who were surveyed in September 2018 using self-report questionnaires. Self-efficacy, nurse image, vocational identity, and clinical practice satisfaction were related positively among variables. In the multiple regression analysis, self-efficacy, nurse image, vocational identity, health condition, relationship with practical colleague and 'satisfaction of nursing students in patient's recognition of nursing students' were influential factors significantly associated with the clinical practice satisfaction. Those factors explained 17.9% of the clinical practice satisfaction of nursing students. The most important factors were 'satisfaction of nursing students in patient's recognition of nursing students' and nurse image. In order to improve clinical practice satisfaction of nursing students, whole nurses should consider helping nursing students and patients to build up positive nurse image.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify student's patient education experience, satisfaction with clinical nursing practice and self-efficacy in Maternity nursing practice. As the result, The nursing students had difficulties in accessing the patient, education time, and lack of self-confidence. There was a statistically significant difference in satisfaction of patient education experience with method of education, time of practice, and satisfaction of maternity nursing, satisfaction with clinical nursing practice with attitude of students, satisfaction of clinical practice, practice place, self-efficacy with grades, satisfaction of maternity nursing, practice place. In order to overcome the difficulties and limitations of maternal nursing practice, we maintain close cooperation with the hospital staff and propose it as a strategy of teaching method and practice guidance reflecting the needs of nursing students.

Effects of the simulation on the Ego Resiliency, Self-Efficacy and Satisfaction of Major of the Nursing Students (시뮬레이션 교육이 간호대학생의 자아탄력성, 자기효능감, 전공만족도에 미치는 효과)

  • This study examined the effects of simulation training for nursing students who completed one year of basic nursing education. The study focused on effects of simulation training exercises on areas including self-resilience, self-efficacy, and satisfaction during the course of study. The raw experimental study of a single group was a pre-post design. The general characteristics and ego resilience were measured to analyze the effects of simulated training, self-efficacy, a major pre-acquisition and satisfaction. The improvements of the self-resilience (t=-7.38,p<.001) and self-efficacy (t=-4.93,p<.001), Major satisfaction (t=-5.28,p<.001) were statistically significant. Therefore, the simulation training has a positive effect on nursing students in terms of the self-efficacy, major satisfaction. The purpose of this research is significant in that it is presented before the nursing college students begin clinical practice as the starting time of simulation training.

Influence of Problem-solving Ability and Self-efficacy on Medication Safety Competence among Clinical Nurses (간호사의 문제해결능력, 자기효능감이 투약안전역량에 미치는 영향)

  • This study attempted to identify factors affecting the clinical nurse's medication safety competence. Data collection was conducted with 154 nurses working in two tertiary general hospitals. Data were analyzed using by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis with SPSS 26.0 program. As a result of the study, medication safety competence had a statistically significant correlation with problem-solving ability and self-efficacy. The factors influencing medication safety competences were in order of self-efficacy, problem-solving ability, work pattern, and current site work experience, which together accounted for 64.7% of the total variance. Therefore, in order to improve the clinical nurse's medication safety competences, prioritizing the development of a program to enhance self-efficacy and problem-solving ability is required.

The effect of Self-Efficacy, Major Satisfaction and Clinical Practice Stress on Core Nursing Skills Performance Confidence of Nursing Students

  • This study was conducted to investigate the effects of self-efficacy, major satisfaction, and clinical practice stress on the confidence in performing core nursing skills of nursing students. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire for 142 3,4th graders of K University's nursing department in Gyeongsangbukdo and analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. As a result of the study, the confidence in performing core nursing skills according to general characteristics showed a significant difference in grade(F=-2.08, p<0.05). Confidence in performing core nursing skills showed a significant positive correlation with self-efficacy(r=.50, p<.001) and major satisfaction(r=.62, p<.001), and factors influencing confidence in performing core nursing care were found to have 41.7% explanatory power with major satisfaction(β=.49, p=.002) and self-feeicacy(β=.24, p<.001). Based on the results of this study, it seems necessary to establish an educational strategy to improve the confidence in performing core nursing skills and to improve self-efficacy and major satisfaction.

A Clinical Study on the Therapeutic Effects of the Pulsed Nd:YAG Laser on Dentinal Hypersensitivity (상아질지각과민증에 대한 펄스형 Nd: YAG 레이저의 치료효과에 관한 임상적 연구)

  • 저자는 치과용 레이저를 이용한 상아질지각과민증 치료효과를 임상적으로 평가하고자 상아질지각과민증환자 24명을 대상으로 각 환자마다 상아질 지각과민 치아 중 레이저로 치료 할 치아1개(실험군)와 치료하지 않을 치아 1개(대조군)를 선정하여, 치과용 air-syringe에 의한 냉자극과 치과용 탐침자에 의한 기계적 자극을 가한 후 Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)을 통해 지각과민증 정도를 평가하였으며, 이후 실험군 치아의 치경부 마모면에 광섬유 레이저에너지 전달방식의 펄스형 Nd:YAG 레이저의 일종인 Sunlase Master(Sunrise Technologies Inc., U.S.A., 파장 1064nm, 펄스지속시간 120(sec, 광섬유직경 320(m)를 사용하여, 0.3-1.0W, 10Hz 조건으로 환자의 반응에 따라 1회2분을 초과하지 않는 범위 내에서 비접촉식과 접촉식을 병행하여 3회에 걸쳐(초진 당일, 1일후, 3일후) 레이저를 조사한 후 처음조사 직후, 그리고 초진 1일후, 3일후, 7일후, 14일후 VAS를 채득하여 조사전과 비교, 분석, 평가하였던 바, 상아질 지각과민증이 각각 약 50%, 약36%, 약45%, 약 53% 감소하였으나 (p(0.05) 경시적으로는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 그리고 24명중 9명에 대해서는 초진 30일 후 까지 레이저조사치료효과를 평가하였던 바, 상아질지각과민증이 처음조사 직후, 감소하였으며 (p(0.05)역시 경시적으로는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 초진 30일 후 상아질지각과민증이 초진 14일 후에 비해 약간 증가되는 경향을 보여, 레이저조사 치료효과가 약화되는 경향인지 여부에 대해 향후 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.안되었다.기란 현실적으로 불가능하므로, 본 연구에서는 이러한 제약점을 극복할 수 있는 근사적인 지체시간을 계산하는 방법을 제시한 점에서 의미를 갖을 수 있다.수들은 직업의 선택이나 소득을 예측하기 위한 요소들로 포함될 수 없었다. 따라서 후속연구에서는 이를 보완해야 할 것이며, 최근 들어 우리 나라에서도 재택근무에 대한 관심이 대두되고 있으나 아직 개념정의나 그 중요성과 가치, 그리고 실태 파악과 같은 연구가 활발히 이루어지지 못하고 있으므로 이에 대한 심층적인 연구가 행해져야 할 것이다.d similar flower proceeding dates in all branches. but "Daepung" showed similar flower proceeding dates in all branches.est in HB.
