Development of Information Systems Model Applying Fuzzyset Theory (퍼지이론을 적용한 정보시스템 모형의 구축)

  • This paper presents a practical application of possibilistic programming in a information system projects planning model. The estimate of the parameters of the model is often a problematic task for the decision maker(DM), Who has imprecise information or express his considerations subjectively. In this case. possibilistic decision making models can provide an important aspect in handling practical decision making problems. We suggest CPM(Critical Path Method) applying possibilistic programming. CPM is an approach to planning and coordinating large projects by directing managerial focus to the project's most critical aspects and providing completion time of project and beginning time of each activity. This model is an aid in the control of considering aspiration levels by the DM, the fuzziness of decision making, and computational efficiency. The problem is solved by using GINO computer package and the best compromised solution is found.

Chromatic Number Algorithm for Exam Scheduling Problem (시험 일정 계획 수립 문제에 관한 채색 수 알고리즘)

  • The exam scheduling problem has been classified as nondeterministic polynomial time-complete (NP-complete) problem because of the polynomial time algorithm to obtain the exact solution has been unknown yet. Gu${\acute{e}}$ret et al. tries to obtain the solution using linear programming with $O(m^4)$ time complexity for this problem. On the other hand, this paper suggests chromatic number algorithm with O(m) time complexity. The proposed algorithm converts the original data to incompatibility matrix for modules and graph firstly. Then, this algorithm packs the minimum degree vertex (module) and not adjacent vertex to this vertex into the bin $B_i$ with color $C_i$ in order to exam within minimum time period and meet the incompatibility constraints. As a result of experiments, this algorithm reduces the $O(m^4)$ of linear programming to O(m) time complexity for exam scheduling problem, and gets the same solution with linear programming.

  • Considerable number of offshore platforms have been built in Korean shipyards ever since 1976. Unlike for the cases of building ships, however, negligible efforts have been made to establish planning methodology for building onshore platforms. Severe congestion has been shown in the processes of assemblying modules of platforms. The module which is the upper part of a platform is a steel structure accommodating various types of outfittings and machinaries. The production planned without proper consideration on allocating work loads by trade used to show severe interferences among trades of workers and resulted in delayed completion. In this paper, a method of planning module assembly in consideration of leveling work loads by trade is discussed. A system of planning has been formulated and tested on a exampled case of producing a mix of 72 modules. The test showed a possibility of saving 31% of manpower and trimming 11% of through put time.

  • 전원설비 투자계획은 주어진 기간 하에서 최적 발전기 투입용량 및 시기를 결정하는 문제이다. 전원설비의 준공일정은 다양한 사회적 요인의 영향으로 불확실성에 노출되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 전원설비 준공 불확실성을 고려한 전원설비 계획 문제를 제시한다. 발전설비의 준공지연 불확실성은 이산 확률론적 밀도함수를 갖는 확률변수로 표현된다. 최적화 문제에서 확률변수를 고려하기 위해 2단계 확률론적 계획법이 도입된다. 주문제-부문제로 분해된 최적화 문제는 쌍대함수 정보를 교환하는 반복연산을 수행하여 최적 전역해에 도달할 수 있다.

  • A method of optimal active and reactive power control for economic operation in electrical power system is presented in this paper. The major features and techniques of this paper are as follows: 1) The method presented for obtaining the equivalent active power balance equation applying the sparse Jacobian matrix of power flow equation instead of using B constant as active power Balance equation considering transmission loss, and for determining directly optimal active power allocation without repeating calculations. 2) More reasonable and economic profit by minimizing total fuel cost of thermal power plants instead of using transmission loss as objective function of reactive Power control can be achieved. 3) Particularly in reactive power control, computing time can be considerably reduced by using Fuzzy Linear Programming instead of using conventional Linear Programming.

  • In developing an aircraft, configuration determination and requirement proofing depend on flight test results. Since the flight tests require much time and high cost, systematic flight test planning and analysis are needed to reduce cost and development time. This paper presents a desirability function approach to present an integrative measure of vibration levels at important positions and suggests a fractional factorial design which is one of the experimental design methods to help perform systematic flight tests. A method to perform flight tests in stages is also suggested to further reduce the number of flight tests.

  • Recently, container terminal operators have made efforts to develop an efficient remarshalling plan in response to the increase in automation of equipment handling and transport of containers in the terminals. Usually, containers are handled by multiple AYCs(automated yard cranes) in-yard in an automated container terminal, and terminal operators establish a remarshalling plan using slack time to increase the efficiency of ship operation. This study develops the optimal mathematical model through mixed integer programming as a solution to the problem of dispatching multiple AYCs. Considering the difficulty of direct application to the field due to computation time, we analyze the five prototypical dispatching rules for real world adaptation. A numerical experiment found that the maximum weight ratio (MR) rule and the maximum weight (MW) rule are the ideal dispatching solutions to the multiple AYCs dispatching problem.

  • This study deals with the algorithm to finding the maximum capacity and their schedule of extra freight while honoring planned timetable of trains on railway network. Time-expanded network, a kind of space-time graph, can be shown both planned train timetable and dynamic features of given problem. Pre-processing procedure is a series of infeasible arcs removal from time-expanded network honoring planned timetable. In the result, this preprocessing transforms dynamic features of given problem into static maximal flow problem which can be easily solved.

  • 지도는 지구표면의 입체적인 지형을 일부 또는 전부를 일정한 비율로 축소하여 자연물과 인조물을 규정된 기호로써 지면에 그린 것을 말하며, 등산 계획 및 산행에 있어서 절대적으로 필요한 것이다. 따라서 지도는 등산중에 언제나 손쉽게 펴 볼 수 있도록 휴대하여 등산중에 자기 위치를 알아보고 다음 목적지의 지형을 지도상에서 미리 연구한 후에 행동하여야 한다. 그러므로 지도는 산을 찾는 등산객의 눈이 되며 안내자가 되어 주는 것이다. 그렇기 때문에 독도법 훈련은 평소부터 가까이 하여 충분히 읽을 수 있도록 노력해야 하겠다.

  • 북한은 최근 당중앙위원회 제8기 제3차 정치국 확대 회의에서 주민들에게 필요한 소비품의 생산을 늘리기 위해 경공업 공장들에 원자재들을 우선 보장하는 규율을 확립하고, 소비품 생산과 공급을 계획적으로 실속 있게 조직하여야 한다는 것에 대하여 언급하였다. 이것은 코로나19로 모든 무역활동이 중지된 상황에서 필수품의 생산을 늘려 이에 대한 내수시장을 일정 정도 확보하려는 의도로 해석된다. 본고에서는 원자재 구매, 생산과 판매 등 은행을 통한 북한의 기업관리에서 수요자와 공급자 간에 실질적으로 적용되는 다양한 결제방법을 계좌(돈자리) 개설, 제출 단위와 적용 근거, 해당 서류들을 따라가며 고찰함으로써 북한기업의 실질적 운영에 대한 구체적인 이해를 돕고자 한다. 자료로는 관련 도서와 문헌, 북한 관련법, 간행물 등을 참고하였다.
