  • 목 적 : 본 연구는 기간별 구자 투약이 생쥐의 생식능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 방 법 : 이를 위해 30일, 60일, 90일 및 120일간의 구자 투약이 생쥐의 총 정자수, 활동 정자수, 정상형태 정자수, 고환조직 및 hyaluronidase activity를 측정하여, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 결 과: 1. 총 정자수는 60일과 90일 투여 후 대조군에 비하여 증가하였다. 2. 활동 정자수는 60일, 90일 및 120일 투여 후 대조군에 비하여 증가하였다. 3. 정상 형태 정자수는 60일, 90일 및 120일 투여 후 대조군에 비하여 증가하였다. 4. 고환 세정관의 조직학적 변화는 60일 투여 후에 가장 현저히 나타났다. 5. Hyaluronidase activity는 모든 투여군에서 대조군에 비하여 증가하였다. 결 론: 이상의 결과를 통해 60일 이상의 구자 투약이 남성 생식능력을 활성화 할 수 있다고 사료된다.

Work-Familiy Interface and Organizational Outcomes in Female Managers: The Moderating Effects of Family-friendly Organizational Culture (여성관리자의 일-가정 상호관계와 조직성과: 가족친화적 조직문화의 조절효과 분석)

  • Work-family interface including work-family conflict and work-family enrichment has an effect on organizational performance such as job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This empirical research mainly investigated influence of family-friendly organizational culture on work-family interface and organizational performance. Three key variables apply for this research : work-family interface, organizational performance and family-friendly organizational culture. A total 750 questionnaire was collected from female managers in various companies for hypothesis testing. The empirical analysis shows that reducing work-family conflict and enhancing work-family enrichment positively contribute to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The Family-friendly organizational culture plays a moderating role between work-family interface and organizational performance. As a result, the findings support the fact that family-friendly organizational culture impact on organizational performance through work-family balance.

Non Working Day Estimation in the Construction Project in Cheongju and Chungju Region Considering Weather Condition (기후조건에 따른 청주지역의 작업불능일 산정)

  • In this paper, non working day for the construction project in Cheongju and Chungju region considering weather condition was estimated. In Cheongju region, non working day for outside and half outside work was 157days and for interior work 144days. For Chungju region, non working day for outside and half outside work was 160days and for interior work 144days. Non working day affected by temperature was 144 days at both Chungju and Cheongju. Non working day due to low temperature was 109 days and it due to high temperature was 45 days for Choengju. In Chungju, it was 11Sdays for cold weather, while it due to hot weather was 29 days.Non working day due to rainfall was 23 days at both region. To reduce the deviation between estimated non working days and measured ones, proper selection of the duration is required.

Relationship among Elongation Periods of Young Spikes, Internodes and Leaf-sheaths in Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) (소맥의 유수, 절간 및 엽초의 신장시기와의 관계)

  • The growth of spike, internode and leaf sheath in winter wheat(Tritican vulgale Vill.) was investigated by measuring them 10 times from April 15 to May 30, with 5 days intervals, in 1980. The variety used was Glumil(Suweon #215) which was newly developed at Wheat and Barley Research Institute in Suweon, Korea. During the periods investigated, the spike elongated from 0.6cm to 8.3cm. The spike began to elongate rapidly from 20 days before heading (April 25) and finished nearly off the elongation at 5 days before heading (May 10). The length of the spike showed highly significant correlation with that of 3rd internode ($r=0.974^{***}$), and. with that of first leaf sheath($r=0.954^{***}$) from the top of wheat plant. Correlation between the length of the 3rd internode and that of the first leaf sheath was also very high($r=0.995^{***}$). A major elongation of the spike occurred concurrently with the elongation of the third internode and with that of the first leaf sheath.

Improved method of the conventional flow duration curve by using daily mode discharges (일 최빈유량을 이용한 유황곡선 개선방안)

  • The conventional Flow Duration Curve has limitations that it does not consider hydrologic persistence of daily discharge, that the daily discharge is greatly affected by the maximums or minimums, and that the date of occurrence and duration of a specific discharge cannot be known. In this study, we propose a Daily Mode Discharge Curve, which consists of aligning the daily discharge each year by the date of occurrence, calculating the daily mode discharge, and averaging them every 5 days. As a result of reviewing the long-term observational daily discharge data at 8 points upstream and downstream of the mainstream of the 4 major rivers in Korea, it was found that the daily discharge at all points shows hydrological persistence, and the distortion of it was alleviated by using Daily Mode Discharge Curve. We also suggest that the Daily Mode Discharge Curve is useful for utilizing reference discharge such as Drought, Low, Normal, Plentiful, and Flood Discharge.

  • The response to short day treatment in rice plant has been more sensitive along the progress of the growth until 35 days after seeding. The minimum number of short day cycles needed for heading of photoperiod-sensitive rice variety, BPI 76, were 29, 12 and 11 when treatment was started from seeding, 30 days and 35 or more days after seeding respectively.
