The purpose of this article is to show a model on enhancing labor market flexibility and to compare labor market flexibility, considering that the model on labor market flexibility, universally acceptable, are not found. The writer classified the scope of labor market flexibility into three parts such as indirect adjustment, direct adjustment and policy adjustment. The writer further classified the contents of labor market flexibility into eleven sub-parts. This kind of classification regarding labor market flexibility is unique and comprehensive. Based on this classification, the writer measured the degree of labor market flexibility of four countries such as USA, Japan, Germany, and Korea. According to the results, the ranks of labor market flexibility are USA, Japan, Korea, Germany.

This study examined the stock return co-movement among Korean digital contents industry, American NASDAQ, and Japanese NIKKEI225. This is to identify the reaction of Korean digital contents industry on the movement of foreign stock market. To investigate the co-movements, during the period of 1999 to 2005, daily logarithm difference returns of each stock market indices are tested by the methodology of Granger(1963, 1969)'s causality test. The positive influence from NASDAQ index to Korean digital contents industry index are found, but not vice versa. It means that the market value of firms in Korean digital contents industry affected by the movement of American NASDAQ market which composite with digital IT firms. However, the co-movements with NIKKEI225 did not found.

일본의 POD서비스시장 규모는 2006년 1,765억 엔으로서, 연평균 10% 이상의 성장을 계속하여 2009년에는 2,447억 엔에 달할 것으로 예측된다. POD대응기의 2006년도 출하대수는 약 4,000대이며, 연평균 15-20%의 성장을 계속하여 2010년에는 약 7,400대에 달할 것으로 예측된다. 현재 개인정보보호를 배경으로 한 아웃소싱 수요가 현재로선 대부분을 차지하지만 POD 활용의 폭은 꾸준히 확대되고 있다. 특히 가변형(Variable) 인쇄 등 용도의 확대와 공급처(Vendor)의 제품/솔루션의 개발이 향후 POD시장 발전의 주요 포인트가 될 것으로 보인다.

본 일본연수 참가기는 한국과 일본 양국의 재단법인 한·일(일·한) 산업·기술 협력재단에서 연수관련 비용 모두를 지원하고(참가인원 40명) 한국측 중소기업진흥공단과 일본측 재단법인 국제기술협력위원회가 실무기관이 되어 2004년 7월 26일부터 10월 23일까지 총 13주동안 실시한 연수기간중(국내 중소기업진흥공단 연수원 합숙교육 5주, 일본 규슈 KAITA연수원 합숙교육 8주) 일본현지 연수 8주동안의 이론교육과(이론 16 과목, 기업현장연수17개사)현장체험을 통해 느낀바를 요약 정리한 민승찬지도사의 일본연수 참가기이다. 민승찬지도사는 이외에도 2001년도 중소기업청 해외시장개척요원으로 선발되어 영국·아일랜드 등에서 국내중소기업제품들의 유럽시장 개척을 위해 6개월간 활동하였고, 2003년에도 일본CASIWA 생산공장 등 5s 및 TPM 성공기업 현장연수에 참가하여 효율적 생산시스템 운영방식을 현지 연수를 통해 수료하는 등 경영지도사로서의 폭넓은 자질 향상을 위해 노력하고 있다. - 편집자 主-
