The popularity of data science, influenced by the trends from the United States around 2010, has significantly impacted the education of various statistics departments at domestic universities. However, it is challenging to find research papers in domestic academic journals that address the efficient teaching of data science topics in relation to computing environment. This article will discuss and propose the establishment of a suitable computing infrastructure for the education and research in statistics and data science departments in domestic universities.

This study scrutinizes the necessity and cases of the public and pension cooperation and tries to present the way of construction of information infrastructure for the pension systems suitable for Korea. The developed countries have recently been focusing on strengthening the multi-pillar pension system, while pension education and information services have emerged as an important element of the pension cooperation. The frame of the multi-pillar-pension system in Korea has already been constructed, but it is not substantial. Especially bad information on the pension system has seriously hindered the consolidation of the pension system. In order to solve this problem, we analyzed cases of public-private cooperation systems in Iceland, New Zealand, Netherlands, and Sweden. In order to build a basic infrastructure for construction pension cooperation in Korea, it is necessary to promote information exchange and cooperation among pension organizations and to improve the pension portal of NPS 'My Pension'. In addition, this study suggests establishing an association of private and public pension schemes, which manages the integrated information and education of pension systems.

This paper introduces an online collaboration infrastructure in order to build a nationwide collaboration ecosystem in research and education areas. The proposed infrastructure involves domestic research institutes, education institutions and related commercial service vendors. It also includes various systems and services which can promote their online collaboration. Especially it provides the user authentication framework based on identity federation which facilitates the share of various ICT resources across different organizations, thereby enabling the efficient R&D collaboration. We deploy and validate the user authentication framework of the infrastructure on KREONET.

The introduction of BIM in domestic construction industry has become more active. Library development and standardization in civil-engineering are unexhausted. This research develop and standardize prototype library for railway infrastructure. We define target facility for library based on railway standard drawings and select BIM software according characteristic of each facility. In this research, we develop libraries composed of 199 files and 489 types for alignment, roadbed and track and make specifications as defined attribution item and description. As we consider for application to diverse use case, develop prototype library in low LoD. We expect that library can increase 3D design productivity and ensure consistency of quality.

최근 친환경 교통수단중 하나인 전기자동차 보급을 위한 정부정책이 강화되고, 관련연구개발 및 시범사업, 실증이 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 아직까지 국내에서는 본격적인 전기자동차 생산단계에 이르지 못하고 있고, 전기자동차 배터리에 전력을 공급하는 충전인프라 구축도 미흡한 실정이다. 전기자동차와 충전인프라는 마치 일반자동차와 주유소와의 관계와 비슷하여 전기자동차 운행을 위해 충전인프라 구축은 필수적이다. 그런데 보통 충전인프라는 전력계통, 충전기와 운영시스템 등으로 구분할 수 있다. 이 가운데 충전기는 전력을 계통으로부터 수전 받아 차량의 배터리에 공급하는 역할을 담당하며, 특히 급속 충전기의 경우 380V, 85의 교류전력을 수전하여 최대 110A, 450V 직류를 공급하는 관계로 충전 중 내부온도관리가 중요하다. 이를 관리하기 위해 적절한 냉방설비 확보, 충전전력 조정 혹은 발열원(부품) 개선 등의 방법이 있으며 이에 관해 상세히 논해보고자 한다.

이 논문은 LS전선, 서울 메트로, 철도기술연구원(KRRI)이 공동으로 연구한 '도시철도 연계 EV 충전 시스템' 프로젝트와 LS전선, 환경공단이 공동 개발한 '전기 자동차 충전 인프라 구축 사업'을 바탕으로 내용을 구성 하였다. 전기 자동차 충전 인프라 시스템 구축은 크게 3가지 이슈 -전력 연계, 충전 시설, 충전기 운영 통신 시스템-가 있다. 전기 자동차 충전 시스템을 철도 전력 인프라망을 연계했을 때 얻을 수 있는 이점들, 충전 인프라 운영 시스템에 대한 실증 내용을 논하였으며 추가적으로 향후 계획도 포함되어 있다.

초저지연 인프라 기술은 인터넷 및 멀티미디어 정보 교환을 목적으로 만들어져 대역폭 증대에 힘써온 범용 통신망의 한계를 초월하여 실시간 시민감형 통신 및 산업 공정 제어 계측 정보 교환을 위하여 지연을 극소화 하고 확정할 수 있는 통신 인프라를 구축하기 위한 기술이다. 본고에서는 초저지연 인프라 구축을 위한 핵심 기술인 시간 제어 네트워크 기술과 전광 네트워킹 기술을 소개하고 산업 및 연구 기관의 관련 분야 활동 상황과 국제 표준화 동향에 대해 알아본다.

부산항 신항 서컨테이너터미널은 선박 대형화와 완전 무인 자동화부두 구축이라는 설계컨셉에 따라 접안 가능한 최대선박은 3만 TEU 선박으로 결정하고 그에 따라 제반 시설들의 규격을 증대하였으며, 상부 자동화 설비들의 운영에 지장이 발생하지 않도록 대형 유수실, 월파차단벽 등의 침수 방지시설과 크레인 및 AGV구간 부등침하 방지를 위해 41.5m의 광폭케이슨과 176m의 광폭 DCM기초를 적용하고, 최신 설계기준에 의거한 내진 I 등급 구조물로 계획하는 등 안전하고 이용성이 뛰어난 컨테이너 터미널이 구축되도록 하였다.

The study herein has focused on offering foundation infrastructure in order for seamen who arrive at Korean ports to use internet service smoothly in waiting time and free time. It also concentrated on how to build communication infrastructure for efficient operations when improving existing ports and developing new ports. For this, it has grasped the tendency of researches concerning the existing port communication and has also investigated the status and problems of communication infrastructure being used currently in ports. So it has suggested several realistic development methods based on mesh network and has reviewed them in terms of the stability, economic feasibility and efficiency. Additionally, this research offers the results of the performance test conducted on major equipment in market by the suggested methods. This research can be a good guideline in building wireless communication systems of ports and is expected to contribute to creating traffic volume by improving the image of ports.

This study investigated the needs of u-City related civil servants upon guideline which is constituted for efficient promotion of the u-City IT infra construction. It utilized explanatory design in mixed method as a research design. In the research result, respondents needed as follows : 1)law and institutions involved in construction processes, 2)information about engineering techniques with general terms in u-City constructions, 3)reference service models. It proposed implications of constructing the new guideline based upon research results.
