The location information of wired 112, 119 emergency call is provided immediately by subscriber database of KT. But emergency call made by mobile phone should be ask location information to mobile network. This paper proposes the network protocol for mobile emergency service refer to TIA/EIA/J-STD-036-A with reviews about technical issues, legacy factors and related researches. The mobile emergency service is divided to mobile emergency rescue service and mobile emergency alert service. The network reference model for mobile emergency rescue service is released in domestic sector. In this paper, the interfaces between modules of the network reference model, and service scenarios, message flows are defined. Supplement to mobile emergency rescue service, the network reference model, interfaces and message flows for mobile emergency alert service are developed.

With the introduction of ISDN network, the D channel protocol has bee defined as a signalling method for ISDN user-network interface. Therefore the NT2(Network Termination 2) which carry out concentration and switching function, must process the D channel related information. This paper describes how the D channel protocoal is applied and implented in a small ISDN subscriber concentrating system that has NT2 functions. The application protocol proposed is addressed taking into consideration the compatibility with ISDN standard facilities, TE(Terminal Equipment) or ET(Exchange Terminator), This protocol has been implementes using a general multitask operating system and it has the features of the minimized information processing and the simpified algorithm which are suitable for a small system. Its application programs are divided into various tasks to facilitate the addition and the modification of function. In this paper, we briefly outline the protocol defined in CCITT and show the application protocol that has fitted in a small concentrating system with NT2 functions. Also we present the experimental results and implementation method of this protocol.

Due to the dramatic improvement of Internet technologies and digital content authoring, many independent media creators produce various digital items and share them with others. In this situation, the independent media platforms must support the well-defined usage rights(licenses) specification, usage monitoring, and license trading trace for enabling complex types for selling, buying, using and reproducing digital items created by independent media creators. In this paper, we design an extended policy model based on the ODRL policy class model and implement a user interface prototype to specify multi types of usage rights like use, own, share, and cede. Our proposed model can be referenced to create license management modules of the independent media platforms.

소켓 프로그래밍(socket programming) 인터페이스를 지원하는 C/C++, perl, python 과 같은 언어들은 폴링(polling) 기능을 갖는 select() 함수를 제공한다. 이 select()함수를 이용할 경우, 단일 쓰레드(또는 프로세스)로 다중의 클라이언트 요청을 처리할 수 있다. 최근 네트워크 프로그래밍 분야에서 주목받는 자바 언어의 경우, 최신 JDK 1.4 의 비동기 입출력 패키지에서 select()함수를 제공하고 있으나, JDK 1.3을 포함한 그 이하의 버전에서는 아직까지 이 함수를 제공하지 않고 있다. 일반적으로 다중 쓰레드를 이용하여 소켓서버 응용프로그램을 개발할 경우, 코드가 단순해지고 응답이 빠른 장점이 있는 반면에 네트워크 연결이 증가할수록 다수의 쓰레드를 관리하는 일이 CPU에 큰 부담이 된다. 반면에 소켓폴링(socket polling)을 사용할 경우, 이러한 연결 유지에 대한 부담이 줄어드는 대신, 다중 쓰레드를 이용하는 방법에 비하여 구현이 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 시뮬레이션 환경에서 세가지 소켓 프로그래밍 모델에 대하여 그 성능을 비교평가 하였다. 이 세가지 모델은 단순 다중 쓰레드 모델(typical multi-thread model), 단일 쓰레드 소켓폴링 모델(socket polling with single-thread model), 다중 쓰레드 소켓폴링 모델(socket polling with multi-threadmodel)이다. 본 논문에서는 다중 쓰레드 소켓폴링 모델을 제안하고 JDK 1.3.1을 이용하여 구현하였다. 이 모델의 경우 복잡한 구조에도 불구하고 단순 다중 쓰레드 모델와 유사하거나 더 나은 성능을 보여주었다. 또한 동일한 용량의 쓰레드 풀(thread pool)을 사용하더라도 단순 다중 쓰레드 모델보다 더 많은 수의 클라이언트를 수용할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구팀에서 수행중인 MoIM-Messge서버의 네트워크 모듈로 다중 쓰레드 소켓폴링 모델을 적용하였다.

Recently the studies on user-centered design and form-development have become issues of general interest as the key methods for successful design. For form analysis on user it is important needs that an integrated approach of existing methods and development of expert tool for designer. Moreover analysis methods and tools have to meet with the designers needs of visual result, clear direction, concrete formative factor, user's emotional response and designer-friendly interface. This study proposed the main concepts of form analysis tool based on the user's emotional response ; integrated management, variables set-up, visual result of analysis, in-depth analysis with data mining and correlation, and reinforcement of user-centered analysis. Specific analysis tool consists of 5 functions: Project Management, Analysis Frame Set-up, Data Input-output, Basic Analysis, and In-depth Analysis. The feasibility of proposed tool was verified by a case study of mobile phone design in under-graduate class.

XML is the most widely used document format by advantage that self-contained for platform. So, currently the most used among other document format. but XML appeared new problem that memory and transmission. And that be used in environment a request restriction memory and fast transmission as like mobile field. Although discussion of XML binarization is going on progress. And fast Infoset configuration using XML Information Set is receiving attention that a way to lower file size of hold down a existing usage. In this paper, we designed of module using fast Infoset and PER among ASN.1 Encoding Rule for XML binarization. And we implementation of encoder constructed interlace by stage of translation from XML into binary XML.

There are currently various file encryption solutions for encrypting and storing files on disk. However, the existing file encryption solutions handle encryption and decryption all at once by file or directory. In this paper, we propose a system call supporting partial encryption function of the file. The user sets the encryption information with the system call interface at a portion where encryption of the file data is desired. And then the user writes file data, the data is encrypted and stored. Also if the user sets decryption information and reads the file data, the necessary part is decrypted by applying the set information. For the proposed system call, It consists of inspection module, management module, encryption module, decryption module, and HMAC module as per required system call. And it was implemented on the Linux environment. Also the operation of implemented system call was verified on the development board, and the performance was analyzed by measuring performance speed.

In this study, the new model of presentation remote controller in which has improved the conventional function and deteceted the level of human's tension on a real time basis is suggested and tested. Existing presentation remote controller was just used turning the pages. But new model controls presentation and check tension level on real time using the smart phone's bluetooth interface. The proposed system is comprised with the PPG (Photo-Plethysmo-Graphy) sensor, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi modules. The configured system is to process (within 150 ms) the pulse signals of the presenter and stored the data. As a result, it can check and make up for the week presentation part and used as sources for improving self-confidence. This is the result obtained from the process of capstone design irregular course for 20 weeks of a graduate-to-be in four-year college.

In this paper, we build a web ERP system that is focused on the logistics, storage, materials management to establish internal enterprise information system for small business. This system is possible to be transformed to separated modules so it is possible to be modified and added easily. And it is also implemented to provide mobile interlace for mobility extension. The ShopE.R ERP system is a solution that can be reorganized flexibly according to variable changes in the corporate business processes.

지금까지, 전기통신망과 장비들의 관리에 대해서는 많은 연구들이 진행되었지만, TMN 상위 계층의 서비스 관리와 비즈니스 관리에 대한 연구는 많이 수행되지 못했다. 최근 전세계적으로 TMN 상위 계층의 관리기능 구현을 위해서 CORBA 기술을 적용하고자하는 관심이 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는, 정보모델과 상호운용에 관한 TMN과 CORBA의 주요특징들을 비교하고, TMN 프레임웍와 효율적인 CORBA 기술 연동을 위한 플랫폼 구조를 제안한다. 제안된 구조에서, TMN 관리 정보를 CORBA IDL 인터페이스로 변환해주는 GDMO/ASN.1 - CORBA IDL 변환기가 고안, 구현되었고, JIDM의 상호 작용 변환의 구현을 위해서 TMN/CORBA 게이트웨이 또한 고안되었다. 그리고 이러한 기능의 확장을 위해서 모듈 형식으로 라이브러리들과 코드 생성기들이 설계, 구현되었다.Abstract Up to now, a lot of efforts have been made for the management of telecommunication networks and equipment, but less effort has been made for the realization of higher-layer service and business management. There are recently worldwide growing interests for applying CORBA technology for the realization of higher layer Telecommunication Management Network (TMN) management functions. In this paper, we compare the features of TMN and CORBA with respect to information model, and operational behavior. And then, we propose a platform architecture for the efficient integration of CORBA technology within TMN framework. Within platform architecture, GDMO/ASN.1 to IDL translator has been designed and implemented for translating TMN management information into CORBA IDL interface. The TMN/CORBA gateway is also designed for realization of the interaction translation specification of JIDM task force. The libraries and code generators have been designed and implemented in a modular fashion to provide the functional extensibility.
