The printout management system should analyze the pattern of existence of personal information (resident number, card number) in the output log and users should be provided with functions such as warning message pop-up, forced printing termination, mailing to administrator, independently logs management. Authentication management can also be performed only by registered users by installing an agent on a user PC, and it should have a restriction function to permit or deny work according to user information. In addition, when printing/copying/scanning using this equipment, it is possible to use document printing and multifunction copier after ID card authentication and ID/PW should be input to device when ID card is not used. In this study, we developed these interfaces with WOWSOFT co., Ltd, a security company that has better technology than the existing printout security methods, to construct the printout management system. Also we designed the interface of basic functions necessary for printout management and contributed to the establishment of printout management system.

멀티미디어 시스템에서 사용자에게 고품질의 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 자원을 효율적으로 관리해야 한다. 이를 위해서는 서비스의 적절한 품질 유지에 필요한 요구사항들의 범위를 정하고 그 범위 내에서 융통성 있는 서비스를 제공하도록 하여야 한다. 따라서 각 멀티미디어 응용은 다양한 서비스 품질을 기술할 수 있어야 하며 운영체제에는 서비스 품질 관리자가 있어 각 응용의 서비스 품질을 보장하여야 한다. 서비스 품질 관리자는 멀티미디어 응용에게 서비스 품질 기술에 대한 인터페이스를 제공하고, 각 응용의 서비스 품질 기술에 따라 시스템의 자원을 할당할 수 있어야 한다. 또한 응용의 요청에 대한 수용 여부를 결정하는 기능과 각 응용의 서비스 품질을 보장할 수 있도록 서비스 품질의 집행 기능도 가져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 시스템에서 멀티미디어 응용의 서비스 품질을 보장하는 서비스 품질 관리자를 제안한다.

정보 시스템의 눈부신 발전과 인터넷의 급속한 보급으로 인하여 누구나 웹상에서 그들의 정보 요구를 충족할 수 있게 되었다. 그러나 웹상에서의 정보 교환의 폭발적 증가로 인한 시스템의 중요 정보 및 자원 유출이 심각한 문제로 대두 되고 있다. 그러므로 관리자가 시스템에서 보유하고 있는 자원의 유출을 방지하고 시스템의 사용 원칙에 위배되는 해킹 행위를 추적하기 위한 감사 기능이 제공되어야 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 감사 추적의 중요한 정보가 되는 유닉스 시스템의 로그 파일을 자동적으로 분석하는 시스템(WALAS)을 설계하였다. WALAS 는 UNIX 시스템 내의 방대한 로그정보의 최적화를 통해 관리자가 해킹이나 사용자의 잘못된 시스템 사용 등을 효율적으로 감시하고 조사, 분석하는데 있어서의 자동화된 로그 파일 분석 시스템이다. WALAS는 관리 대상 호스트의 로그 정보로부터 보안 정보를 추출하여 침입을 판단하며 침입으로 판정되면, 이를 웹 기반의 관리자 인터페이스로 전달하게 된다. 또한 방대한 양의 로그 정보를 적절히 분류하고 분석하며, 실시간으로 호스트 로그 파일을 모니터링하여 침입 발견 시 관리자의 즉각적 대응이라는 이점을 제공한다.

As construction projects are getting larger, more complex and specialized, the size and scale of the structures are increasing and large-scale projects with multiple participants involved have continuously been ordered. Due to the nature of a large-scale construction project, when there are interferences and conflicts in process, schedule and area among project participants, the project requires more time and efforts to resolve the issues as it progresses further. This study suggests the interface management model that is time-saving and physically beneficial in solving interface issues based on case study. This study provides a practical management model including the organization of interface consultative group, checklist preparation, LIST management and PMIS application, which will be useful for the construction sites seeking effective know-how to manage design interferences and changes.

최근 초고속 통신망의 원활한 관리와 운용을 위해 이질적인 통신망을 연동할 수 있게 하는 일관성있는 통신망 구조와 다양한 기술적 환경이 요구된다. 이런 추세에 따라 차세대 인터넷 네트워킹 서비스를 위한 분산 망 관리와 객체지향 개념 및 기존 통신 개념을 포함하는 TINA 구조를 기반으로한 망 관리 영역을 제시하고, 이들의 다양한 관리 영역별로 특수화된 정보 관리와 네트워크 간의 호환성 있는 정보 엑세스를 위한 인터페이스가 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 망 관리자들이 통합된 인터네트워킹 상태에서 웹 브라우저의 단일 인터페이스를 통해 네트워크 상태를 확인, 모니터링할 수 있는 실제적인 시스템 개발을 위한 분석과 설계 및 프로토타이핑에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 이를 위해 UML 방법론을 채택하고 이를 지원하는 CASE 도구를 이용해 분석과 설계를 수행하였으며, 망 관리자의 일관성 있는 투명한 관리를 위해서 CORBA와 Java 기반의 분산 객체 기술을 이용해 시스템을 개발하고자 한다.

다수의 네트워크에 접근이 가능한 멀티호밍 기술이 구현된 모바일 라우터는 연결된 사용자들이 요구하는 다양한 서비스 요구 사항에 맞추어 적절한 네트워크를 선택하고 서비스를 제공할 수 있어야 한다. 이를 위해서 본 논문에서는 사용자의 응용 프로그램의 요구 사항과 네트워크의 특성, 그리고 모바일 네트워크, 관리자의 정책이라는 세 가지 정보를 모바일 라우터 내에서 관리하면서, 최적의 네트워크를 선택하여 해당 네트워크와 연결을 가진 인터페이스를 통해 사용자의 트래픽을 전송할 수 있는다중 인터페이스 선택을 위한 프레임워크를 제안한다.

WWW(World Wide Web)의 발전은 인터넷의 대중화에 크게 기여를 했다. WWW은 쉬운 사용자 인터페이스와 다양한 멀티미디어 정보의 제공, 통일된 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스, 그리고 전세계 어디에서라도 손쉽게 접근할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다. WWW이 점차 발전하면서 인터넷을 통한 대용량의 멀티미디어 데이터의 처리가 필요하게 되었다. 이러한 변화에 따라 대용량의 데이터를 저장, 관리, 검색할 수 있는 데이터베이스 시스템과 WWW을 연결한 것이 WWW 데이터베이스이다. 본 논문에서는 기존에 서면으로 제출되어 심사되고 HARD COPY 형태로 보관되어 오던 논문심사 관리 과정을 개선하기 위해 WWW 데이터베이스를 사용한 논문심사 관리 시스템을 개발한다. WWW 데이터베이스를 사용함으로써 기존의 방법에서 발생되던 논문의 우편 전송 시간의 지연문제, 논문심사 시간의 지연문제, HARD COPY 논문 관리의 한계 등을 해결하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 논문 심사 관리 시스템을 사용함으로써 학회 회원은 WWW을 이용해서 논문을 논문심사 관리 시스템 서버로 제출할 수 있다. 논문심사 과정의 내역이 데이터베이스에 저장되기 때문에 논문 제출자는 WWW을 이용해서 논문심사 결과를 조회할 수 있다.

In the process of development the e-learning course at Cyber University, one important factor to be considered for the effective e-learning contents is the User Interface(UI) of the e-Learning content platform. The User Interface is important because the well-designed UI can help students to perform effectively and easily learning activities. Despite the importance of the usability, few attempts have been carried out to design the e-learning contents UI from the usability perspectives. Thus, the purpose of this study is to explore the usability design elements for the e-learning contents UI. For this purpose, a usability evaluation study on the e-learning contents UI of a cyber university at Seoul was conducted. Implications for the improvement of the current e-Learning contents UI was presented.

최근 각광 받고 있는 서버 기반 컴퓨팅(SBC, Server-based Computing)은 많은 수의 서버가 필요하기 때문에 많은 수의 서버를 관리할 수 있는 관리자 시스템의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이에 관리자 네트워크를 필요에 따라, 코맨드 센터(CC, Command Center), 서버 에이전트(SA, Server Agent), 관리자 인터페이스(Manager Interface), 유저 에이전트(UA, User Agent)등 네 가지 모듈로 분리하여 필요한 시스템 기능을 구현하는 것만으로 저비용으로 신뢰성 있는 네트워크를 구축할 수 있는 네트워크 프레임워크를 개발하고, 그 성능을 측정하였다.
