본 논문의 목적은 초등학생들의 커뮤니티 프로그램 사용 빈도가 인터넷 중독에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것이다. 본 논문은 초등학교 5, 6학년 학생들을 대상으로 각종 커뮤니티 프로그램의 사용 빈도를 조사하고 그 결과에 따라 커뮤니티 프로그램 사용 빈도가 비교적 적은 집단과 사용 빈도가 많은 집단을 나누어 정보통신윤리 의식 및 인터넷 중독 진단에 많이 사용되는 K-척도를 활용하여 진단을 시행한 후 결과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 커뮤니티 프로그램 사용 빈도가 많을 수 록 인터넷 중독 위험성이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 또래집단과의 원활한 커뮤니케이션과 정보 공유 등에 좋은 영향을 미치는 커뮤니티 프로그램이지만 적지 않은 시간을 할애하고 집중함으로써 인터넷 중독의 위험에 빠질 수 있음을 알고 이에 대한 대책을 마련해야 할 것으로 판단된다.

We want to achieve the reliable information system such as e learning system in the internet environments. The difficulty of the program reliability estimation comes from faults that occurred from program and data files are distributed among several servers. This paper is focus on a modeling approach based on Colored Petri Nets to estimate the program reliability in an internet environment. The procedure of analyzing the reliability is as follows. At first, we propose an internet program model. This model is transformed into a Colored Petri net, and the reliability is estimated. We adapt this model to the analyzing the reliability in the internet environment. This method is very simple, and is very helpful to develope program

현대 산업이 무선인터넷 산업구조, 이동통신 서비스 사업자 중심의 무선인터넷 사업 패러다임으로 변화되어 소형 임베디드(Embedded) 장비를 이용하여 장소의 제약없이 다양한 응용프로그램의 사용과 인터넷의 접속이 가능하게 되었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 플랫폼에 독립적인 자바기술을 이용하여 임베디드장비를 이용하여 지하철 운행시간 검색이란 응용프로그램을 구현하였다.

2012년 지상파 방송은 아날로그 송출을 종료하고 디지털 방송으로 전환된다. 이렇게 전환되는 지상파 디지털 방송은 무료로 누구나 시청할 수 있는 보편적 서비스를 지향하기 때문에, 케이블TV, 위성TV, IPTV 등의 다른 매체와는 달리 기술적 보호조치 없이 방송되고 있다. 또한 DTV 방송프로그램은 원본과 똑같은 화질로 개인이 쉽게 저장할 수 있고 인터넷을 통하여 누구나 쉽게 접근이 가능하기 때문에, DTV 방송프로그램의 무단복제와 인터넷을 통한 불법재배포는 큰 문제점으로 대두되고 있다. 이러한 불법 대량배포는 방송프로그램의 저작권을 심각히 침해할 뿐만 아니라, 방송사의 고품질의 방송프로그램을 제작환경을 더욱 열악하게 만들고 있다. 또한 일반 사용자는 인식하지 못하는 사이에 인터넷을 통해 불법 콘텐츠를 사용하게 되는 악순환에 빠지게 된다. 이에 본 논문은 KBS에서 추진하고 있는 여러 콘텐츠 보호 기술들을 하나의 보호 고리로 연결하는 KBS 보호기술 체계를 소개하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 KBS는 아래의 3가지 보호 기술을 개발하여 체계적으로 연결하여 적용하고 있다. 첫째, 프로그램의 저작권과 배포 정보를 나타내는 프로그램 보호신호(PPI, Program Protection Information)와 워터마크를 방송 신호에 삽입하여 수신기에서의 프로그램 보호를 추진한다, 둘째, 인터넷 OSP(Online Service Provider)와의 제휴를 통하여 콘텐츠 필터링 기술을 도입하여 프로그램 불법 업로드, 다운로드를 방지한다. 셋째, KBS 저작물 인터넷 모니터링 시스템을 개발하여 인터넷 상의 불법 프로그램 배포정보를 획득하여 불법배포가 진행되는 사이트에 보호를 요청한다.

WiBro(Wireless Broadband) service is the world standardized fourth-generation communications in Korea. The services through internet-based applications using WiBro communication-based is increasing. WiBro service in the Internet-based applications when using the service, the application may need to analyze the vulnerability. In this paper, we use the Internet when in WiBro service, to analyze the vulnerability. And, Internet-based applications for vulnerabilities that could lead to hacker attacks is analyzed. It will be studied that security measures through analysis of vulnerability of WiBro services and applications.

In order to help them to use the Internet properly, a study on development and application of Internet-addiction healing program using video communications was conducted and proved fruitful. The eight-session program was performed on students categorized into the high risk group for about three weeks(three times a week). After the completion of the program, the students took a self-test and the changes of the scores were analyzed. Furthermore, qualitative analysis was performed on counseling process to compensate for the reliability reduction posed by limited sampling. This study can be summarized as follows. First, the symptoms of teen Internet addiction were alleviated. The effectiveness of the application of the program was verified by the fact that all the subjects were categorized into the general user group from the high risk group. Second, in the six sub-regions of the Internet-addiction self-testing, the scores changed positively. Third, the students were actively engaged in the counseling process due to the fact that the Internet addiction healing program by means of video communications had aroused their interests.

본 연구는 인터넷 접속 환경이 유선에서 무선으로 급속히 전환되고 인터넷에 접속할 수 있는 시간과 공간의 제약이 없어지면서 인터넷 중독자 문제가 많은 사회문제를 야기하고 있는 시점에서 인터넷 중독자수 예측 및 중독자 치료 프로그램의 효과를 분석하기 위한 연구이다. 청소년을 대상으로 통계청 추정인구와 공공분문의 통계자료를 바탕으로 중독자 예측 및 회복효과 측정 프로그램을 개발하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 스마트기기의 보급의 확대의 영향으로 청소년 인터넷 중독자 수는 점차 증가하다가 청소년 인구감소의 영향으로 2016년을 기점으로 감소하는 것으로 분석되었다. 중독예방과 치료를 위한 예산 증가 시나리오 분석 결과 인터넷 중독 잠재적 위험과 고위험군에서 모두 효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었고 중독 다음 단계로 전이 되는 것을 예방하는 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 인터넷 중독 고위험 사용자의 전문치료 수준을 강화했을 경우 그 효과가 큰 것으로 나타났다.

Recent dramatical development of computer technology related to internet technology intensifies the dispute over software of computer or smart device. Research on software has been flourished with political issuing of fierce competition among nations for software development. Particularly industrial growth in ethernet based big data and IoT (Internet of Things) has promoted to build and develop open source programs based on java, xcode and C. On these circumstances, issue on software piracy has been confronted despite the basic security policy protecting intellectual property rights of software and thus it is of substantial importance to protect the rights of originality of source program license. However, the other issue on source technology protection of developer is the possibility of hindrance to advancement in industry and culture by developing programs. This study discuss the way of enhancing legal stability of IoT application program development and reinforcing precision in inspection of program plagiarism by analyzing the source programs with newly introducing text mining technique, thus suggests an alternative protective way of infringement of personal information due to duplicating program.

The purpose of this study was to develop the internet-addiction preventive counseling program for elementary children and their parents and to examine its effects. The study problems were established as the followings: First, Does the counseling program for parents and children reduce the level of children's internet-addiction? Second, Is the counseling program effective in mediating children's internet-using time? Third, Is the counseling program effective in improving children's daily life? Subjects were 7 elementary children who scored higher than the warning level at an Korean Internet Addiction Scales administered 280 fourth-grade children at K elementary school and their parents who agreed to participate in this study. The counseling program, which consisted of 6 sessions, was executed to children and their parents every week during winter vacation. Data were collected through Korean Internet Addiction Scales and behavior check list. The results of this study were followings: First, the counseling program was effective in reducing the level of children's internet-addiction, Second, the counseling program was effective in mediating children's internet-using time, and Third, the counseling program was effective in improving children's daily life.

인터넷은 한마디로 "정보의 바다"라고 할 수 있다. 다른 방향에서 본다면 인터넷이란 하나의 거대한 도서관이라고도 할 수 있다. 도서관에서는 각 정보를 색인화하여 쉽게 정보를 찾아 볼수 있게 되어 있고 새로운 정보가 나오면 추가로 색인을 재 정리하는 시스템으로 되어 있다. 인터넷도 도서관의 색인 시스템과 마ㅏㄴ가지로 전세계의 전산망 특히 산업보건과 관련된 기관에 접속하여 키보드로 산업보건정보를 찾을수 있게 되어 있다. 그렇다면 우리가 어떻게 전세계에 산재되어 있는 대형, 소형, IBM, 매킨토시 컴퓨터의 전산망에 접근하여 정보를 찾아 낼 수 있는가? 하고 의문을 갖는 사람들이 있을 것이다. 인터넷이 바로 그것을 가능하게 해준다. 그러면 어떻게 인터넷에 접근을 할 수 있는가? 많은 대학의 전산망, 교육망, 연구망을 통해 인터넷에 연결되어 있고 여러가지 상업서비스도 생겨나서 인터넷접속이 얼마든지 가능하다. 그러나 여기에는 또 한가지의 문제가 있다. 인터넷은 UNIX 운영시스템으로 구성되어 있기 때문에 약간의 UNIX언어를 알아야 인터넷 접근이 가능하다는 것이다. 이런한 문제 때문에 일반인들은 인터넷의 접근을 회피하게 된다. 그러나 이러한 단점은 World Wide Web(WWW)와 Web browser라는 프로그램이 나오면서 해결되었고 요즈음 일반적으로 많이 사용하고 있는browser는 Mosaic과 Netscape라는 프로그램이다. Netscape은 UNIX운영시스템이 탑재된 work station이나 대형컴퓨터에 보다 많이 이용되고 일반 개인용컴퓨터 사용자는 Mosaic 프로그램 버그(bug)가 적기 때문에 주로 사용하고 있다. Netscape도 사용법에 있어서는 Mosaic과 별 차이가 없다. 필자는 Netscape보다는 Mosaic을 주로 사용해 왔기 때문에 Mosaic을 이용하여 인터넷에 접근하는 방법과 필자가 접속해 본 미국의 산업보건관련 기관을 소개하고자 한다.
