The Effect of Merchandise Characteristics of Internet Fashion Shopping Malls on the Shopping Values, Purchase Satisfaction, and Repurchase Intention of Female Consumers (인터넷 패션 쇼핑몰의 상품특성이 여성 소비자의 쇼핑가치, 구매만족도 및 재구매도의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study analyzes how the merchandise characteristics of internet fashion shopping malls influence the shopping values, purchase satisfaction, and repurchase intentions of female consumers. The survey was conducted from October $11^{th}$ to $29^{th}$ in 2008, and 401 responses were used in the data analysis. The statistical analysis methods were frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results show that the merchandise characteristics of internet fashion shopping malls were merchandise information, merchandise assortment, and merchandise price. The merchandise information and merchandise assortment of internet fashion shopping malls influence the shopping values of female consumers. The merchandise information and shopping values of female consumers effect the purchase satisfaction and repurchase intention in internet fashion shopping malls.

  • The purpose of this study was to suggest marketing strategies to internet fashion shopping malls identifying factors that customers consider important. Data were collected by survey questionnaire and the subjects were 322 men and women in their twenties and thirties living in Seoul and Kyung-gi. SPSS 10.0 package were used and reliability, frequency, cross tabulation, chi-square, paired t-test, ANOV A and Duncan test were conducted for data analysis. The results were as follows. I) Subjects placed the most importance on providing the precise and detail information of products but its satisfaction level was low. 2) Subjects considered the ‘low price’ very importantly but its satisfaction level of it was not high. 3) Subject's importance and satisfaction level of ‘point system’ were about an average. 'Point system' has to be activated by using systems such as 'point network system' by pointbanking co. as one of price-cutting strategies. 4) Internet fashion shopping mall users treated 'the security system of personal data' importantly while they were not sufficiently satisfied with the system. 5) Female placed more importance on design and color of products and suppliance of the trendy items.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the determinants of store loyalty for the Internet fashion shopping malls. As determinants, this study included self-image, perceived risk, and conformity. This study hypothesized that positive self-image influences the Internet fashion shopping mall loyalty through perceived risk and conformity. Regarding the relationship between perceived risk and conformity, this study hypothesized that perceived risk positively influences conformity. Using convenience sampling method, data were gathered by surveying university students living in Seoul. Two hundred forty four questionnaires were used in the statistical analysis, and factor analysis and path analysis were conducted using structural equation modeling in analyzing data. The results showed that positive self-image significantly influenced the internet fashion shopping mall loyalty indirectly by influencing perceived risk. The results also showed that perceived risk positively influenced conformity which positively influenced the internet fashion shopping mall loyalty.

  • The purpose of this study was to characterize the effect of Net fashion value regarding to the factors of purchase-decision at internet shopping mall and the preference for fashion design. The subjects for this sample survey, were junior high school and university students who had dwelled at pusan and ulsan in south korea. This study had 824 samples of each aged from 13 to 24 who had purchasing ability of fashion apparels at the interned shopping mal1. The sampling data in this survey was analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, T-test, LSD-test, MANOVA and ANOVA of SPSS WIN package. The results of this study was as follows; 1. It was proved that advertising, pursuit of services and products, pursuit of information were considered first from Net generations fashion value. Next things were perception of danger and pursuit of convenience. It was proved that they considered it important A/S, recall, exchange and post management. 2. It was proved that there was difference at the preference for fashion design of according to Net generations fashion value. Color was considered to be the most important one. 3. Men had higher political value than women and 1318 teenagers had higher fashion value than semi-adult. Under high school educational course Net generation had more theoretical value than above university educational course Net generation did. Also, with the factor of average monthly income, political value was considered to be the most important. People whose monthly expenditure on purchase was above 50,000 won had higher social value than people whose expenditure was under 50,000 won but under 50,000 won had higher political value than above 50,000 won did.

  • The purpose of this study was to fed out the effects of sensibility elements and screen composition elements on purchase intention on the internet fashion shopping mall. A total of 200 responses were collected from a Questionnaire survey. The sensibility words were used for sensibility elements analysis. Screen composition elements were divided into 5 factors by factor analysis; product property, convenience of shopping, service, design, and promotion. The study showed that the satisfaction of sensibility elements and screen composition elements led to a positive purchase intention.

  • 국내 섬유 및 패션산업은 세계적인 경쟁력을 갖추고 있으나 낙후된 디자인 기술, 비효율적인 생산관리, 다양한 고객 요구변화에 신속한 대응부족, 비효율적인 유통구조 등으로 인하여 경쟁력 향상에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서, 정부에서는 패션산업의 경쟁력강화를 위하여 대구지역을 중심으로 밀라노 프로젝트를 추진하고 있으나 대부분이 건물 신축 등 하드웨어적인 측면을 강조하고 있어 디자인 기술향상, 생산관리, 전자상거래 활성화 등 의류 및 패션산업 특성을 감안한 소프트웨어적인 전략 및 지원이 부족한 실정이다. 이에 따라, 본 연구에서는 3D 가상현실 기법을 의류 및 패션산업에 적합하게 개발하여 국내 패션산업의 세계화와 경쟁력강화에 기여하고자 한다. 주요 연구내용을 살펴보면, 소재의 2D, 3D 입체화 표현기술, 3D Virtual 표현기술, 2D, 3D Model 및 의상 DB 개발, Mapping 기술 등을 통합한 Virtual Dressing System(VDS)을 개발하고자 한다. VDS를 통하여 고부가가치 섬유의 신속한 개발, 디자인 기술 향상, 다자간 공동생산지원에 따른 효율적 생산관리가 가능할 것으로 기대된다. 또한, 웹기반 하에 Virtual Dressing System을 개발함으로써 의류 및 패션상품을 3D 형태로 입체적으로 볼 수 있게 함은 물론 가상 코디네이션 연출까지 가능케 함으로써 인터넷 쇼핑몰 상에서 의류, 패션상품의 판매 증대에 기여하고자 한다.

  • This study analyzed the effective and suitable promotion method to increase visitors on the internet fashion soho shopping mall by surveying of female university students. The methods were in-depth interviews for 20 students and questionnaires for 363 students. The results indicated that the main routes of visiting the internet fashion shopping mall were keyword search window, banner advertisement window, and open market. Others were price comparison sites, the rank shop, fashion magazines or internet news, information in e-mail, broadcasting sponsor advertisements, name cards, and leaflets. So the effective methods to increase the number of visitors is to implement keyword advertisements, banner advertisements, and enter the open market to expose the brand names and item information. Being on price comparison sites or rank shops, advertisements in the fashion magazines, internet news or e-mail, broadcast sponsorships, and distribution of leaflets or name cards were also effective methods.

  • The purpose of this study were to investigate influences of perceived value and perceived risk on purchasing behavior for imported apparel from official dealer and unofficial dealer in internet shopping mall. A total of 363 female subjects with ages ranging between 20's and 30's completed the questionnaire. The results of this study were as follows. 1) Imported apparel through official dealer had no influence by impulse buying for convenience and efficiency value, information value, after-purchasing value. On the other hand, imported apparel through unofficial dealer had a negative influence by impulse buying for convenience and efficiency value. 2) Imported apparel through official dealer had a negative influence by impulse buying for function and service risk. But for imported apparel through unofficial dealer, not only function and service risk but also private information risk were influenced by impulse buying. 3) All of imported apparel through official dealer and unofficial dealer had no influence by flow for convenience and efficiency value, information value, after-purchasing value. 4) All of imported apparel through official dealer and unofficial dealer were influenced by flow for function and service risk. That is to say, when consumer find satisfaction about quality of products, whether real thing or not, guarantee of quality, consumer's purchasing behavior will be enhance.

A Study of Situation based Coordinate Service in Internet Fashion Shopping Malls - Focused on Men in Their 20s - (인터넷 쇼핑몰의 상황별 패션 코디 서비스에 관한 연구 - 20대 남성을 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the internet fashion shopping behavior of men in their 20s, and to develop the internet shopping website with situation-based clothing coordination services for male comsumer in their 20s. The study was implemented through a normative descriptive survey method using a questionnaire. The survey was conducted in April and May 2006, and the sample group consisted of 280 men in their 20s from Busan and the provinces of Gyeongnam and Gyeongbuk. The data was analyzed by following statistical methods: frequency analysis, one-way-ANOV A, and Scheffe's test. The results are as follow: first, regarding internet the usage trend of male consumers in their 20s, it was shown that they usually spent more than 15 minutes and less than 30 minutes for internet shopping the price range from their experiences of clothing purchases was relatively high for they bought jackets or suits was relatively high. Second, an analysis on men's pattern of clothing purchase showed that many respondents purchase single items such as shirts or pants online. Third, in terms of their experiences of online purchase of coordinated clothes, 69% said "none." Yet, they showed positive assessment to a question whether they are willing to purchase clothes by using a situation-based coordination service or a 1:1 online coordination services. Fourth, the relationship between consumers' reactions to online situation-based clothing coordination services and respondents' demographic characteristics showed statistically significant different results in terms of occupation.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the discriminative factors of on-line consumer satisfaction. Data were obtained from an online questionnaire survey with 1089 online shoppers who had the experience of either purchasing or visiting a fashion on-line shopping mall from the panel of an online survey agency(www.inr.co.kr) and 1049 responses were analyzed. For analysis of data, descriptive analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, $\chi$$^2$-test, one-wav ANOVA, Ducan test and stepwise regression analysis were applied. The results of this study were as follows: Firstly as a result of differences of purchasing experience and future purchasing intention via internet, 4 consumer groups were generated: internet patronizing group, trial and unsatisfied experience group, future purchasing intention group, and internet carelessness group. Secondly each group differences was found in demographic variables such as age, marital status, income and employment status. Croup differences were also found in personal, product, and store variables except tangibility. According to consumer groups, different factors were directly impact on consumer satisfaction.
