This paper is to analyze how the information security leadership of top management affects controls of information security. Controls of information security include the activity related to making information security policy, the activity related to making up information security organizational structure and job responsibilities, the activity related to information security awareness and training, the activity related to technical measures installation and operation, and the activity related to emergency response, monitering and auditing. Additionally we will analyze how Internet incidents affect controls of information security and find implications.

인터넷의 급속한 확산과 전세계 통신서비스의 확장으로 인해 세계는 정보의 공유와 다양한 삶의 변화를 가져오고 있다. 교통수단의 발달로 전세계가 일일생활권에 접어들었다면 인터넷과 통신수단의 발전으로 인해 세계는 동일문화권을 형성하고 있다. 주체할 수 없이 수많은 정보와 서비스속에서 사고 있지만, 아직도 좀더 편리하고 안전한 정보의 공유와 윤택한 삶을 영유하기 위한 많은 문제점이 있으며, 이러한 발전 속에서 더 많은 문제점들이 나타나고 있는 것이 현실이다. 또한 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위한 다양한 해결책들이 쏟아져 나오고 있다. 본 고에서는다루게 될 내용은 전체적인 공개키 기반구조를 살펴보고 이를 디지털 위성방송 한정 수신 시스템에 적용한다. 공개키 기반구조에 대해서는 인터넷에서 사용자를 인증하기 위한 X.509 인증서에 대해 살펴보고, 인증서를 이용한 서비스에 대해 살펴본다. 또한 최근 각 나라별 공개키 기반구조 표준안의 진행 상황을 알아보고 IETF PKIX 표준안으로서 공개키 관리 프로토콜, CRL CRL 확장, 인증서, 그리고 인증서 확장에 대해 살펴본다. 곧 실현될 디지털 위성방송의 유료화 서비스는 가입자 인증과 서비스에 대한 접근 통제가 가능해야 한다. 따라서 가입자에 대한 관리부분에 공개키 기반구조를 적용함으로써 가입자에 대한 인증과 서비스 및 접근 통제를 가능하게 한다.

The media addiction of teenagers became a social problem in the era of media convergence. With the national efforts, parents has limited their children's media usage for proper parenting. However, current media environment where personalized media devices such as smartphone and tablet PC are common raises questions about whether the problems of media addiction can be solved with previous approaches. Thus, this study examines how the parental controls to teens' media usage affect their media usage and emotions. According to the results that analyzed 884 teens' responses, the parental controls did not affect their usage. On the other hand, it was appeared that excessive parental controls stimulated to teens' negative emotions. These results show that parental controls are not longer effective in current media environment, which implies that new efforts from their family or government are required in order to prevent teens' media addiction.

When configuring MDM services only with applications without a central control server, a method that allows security control to be released based on GPS signals in areas sufficiently far from the security area of the workplace is generally applied by embedding and distributing location information of workplaces in MDM applications. This study proposed a method in which each individual directly enters the location information of the security control area needed for them in the distributed app and maintains it as setting information without embedding location information of a specific area such as work in the MDM applications. The method proposed in this study can improve universality, compatibility and the security control level of MDM services, and minimize deployment costs.

정보기술환경이 모바일, 클라우드, BYOD 기반으로 변화함에 따라 과거 통화기능에만 머물던 모바일 단말은 인터넷을 활용한 전자상거래 및 모바일 오피스를 뒷받침하는 기반으로 전환되고 있다. 하지만, 단말의 분실과 도난, 악성코드 감염으로 인한 도청 및 정보유출 등의 위협이 발생하고 있으며 특히, 기업의 핵심정보가 유출되는 경로로서 활용되는 사례가 발생하여 이에 대한 조치가 시급하다. 기업은 핵심정보의 유출을 방지하기 위해 출입통제를 강화하고 스마트폰 카메라에 대한 스티커 부착을 통해 보안을 강화하고 있지만 원천적인 보호조치로는 미흡한 실정이다. 높은 수준의 보안을 유지하기 위하여 RFID, Beacon 등을 활용하여 위치기반서비스가 적용된 보안통제기능을 적용하고 위험평가기반의 출입자 보안정책을 수립하여 모바일 디바이스를 직접 통제할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

접근통제(Access Control)의 목적은 여러 자원들에 대하여 허가되지 않은 접근을 막는 것이다. 허가되지 않은 접근이란 자원의 불법적인 사용, 노출, 수정, 파괴 등을 포함한다. 즉, 접근 통제는 각 자원에 대한 기밀성, 무결성, 가용성 및 합법적인 이용과 같은 정보보호 서비스에 직접적으로 기여하게 되며, 이러한 서비스들의 권한부여를 위한 수단이 된다. 본 논문에서는 X.509 계층구조의 한계점을 극복하기 위해 인터넷 드래프트 표준으로 제안된 SPKI(Simple Public Key Infrastructure) 인증서를 분석하고, 이를 DB 접근통제 수단으로 이용하는 방안을 제시한다.

인터넷의 발달로 엄청난 양의 정보가 유통됨에 따라, 과학기술분야의 연구자들에게 이러한 정보를 분석하여 검증된 형태의 분석정보를 신속하게 제공하는 것이 기술혁신을 위한 연구개발 성과와 직결되고 있는 추세이다. 인터넷 시대 이전에는 극히 제한적으로 통제된 형태로 유통되던 정보가 현재는 정형과 비정형, 정보 표출의 형식을 갖춘 기관과 자유분방한 개인의 역할이 혼재하면서 정보수집과 분석의 양상이 사뭇 달라지고 있다.

이러한 평가는 북한의 경제 현실에서 오는 각종 인프라의 취약성, 체제유지와 보안상의 여러 가지 비합리적인 통제 구조와 환경들, 바세나르조약 등 국제적인 제재 조치 등 국내외적으로 복합적인 문제에서 야기되고 있는 것이다. 이러한 북한 인터넷 현황과 여러 문제점에 관한 논의는 먼저, 북한이 일본, 중국 등 해외에 서버를 설치하고 운영하고 있는 북한의 홈페이지를 직접 살펴본 후에 검토하는 것이 도움이 될 것이다.

Internet addiction, one of adverse effects of the informatization, has become a very serious social problem. The purpose of this study is to seek solutions for the adverse effects of the informatization by analyzing the causal factors of internet addiction to maximize prevention of the internet addiction for college students. The three causal factors of the internet addiction: personal factors, familial factors, and social environmental factors are defined as the second confirmatory factors, and the first confirmatory factors for the each second confirmatory factor are reviewed for influential factors of internet addiction. The study concluded that the personal factors are the most influential factors of internet addiction for college students; furthermore, self-control and self-efficacy are key variables of the personal factors. Therefore, it can be effective ways to prevent internet addiction if countermeasures on self-control and self-efficacy of the personal factors are presented.
