It's getting popularized to collect information connecting web sites with massive information through the internet and advanced search engines. Users can handle digital materials like E-book wherever the internet is available and they will demand digital information increasingly. This study analyzes literature investigation, statistics analyses of the attached library of Kyushu University, drawings and field investigation to suggest a new model of a library which handles traditional paper-formed materials and digital-formed materials at one place with growing importance of digital materials. It results that a library performs a important role like a learning space and functions as a sociocultural communication space. Also it shows that it is required to basically reinvestigate the role of 'space' in the library with a great importance of digital materials. In the hybrid library combined with subjects and reorganized at one place, One-stop services like library materials and manpower can be provided for users staying at the same area.

Due to the development of private education and changes in the educational environment, the need for an academy management system is emerging for various tasks of academy management in the community and mobile environment with students. However, solutions developed for existing academy tasks, such as attendance management for students, announcement, and instructor management to sponsors, are specialized and specialized in large academy, making it difficult to use in small and medium-sized academy. Also, there are problems that are not suitable for most academy and cannot reflect various requirements of institutes because of the high cost. In order to solve these problems, this paper designed a B2M-based academy management system that can quickly improve information processing, improve credibility, and reduce the cost of processing tasks based on optimized functions such as academic administration and manager management, attendance management, and student management.

The trend of studying is changing, and it is not a place to study but also a new cultural environment. The study cafe, which is relatively free and comfortable compared to a stuffy library or reading room, is suitable for an unmanned system that can generate greater profits by reducing labor costs. However, the system that can manage this systematically is still insufficient and needs to be supplemented. In this paper, we developed an Android application that integrates the unattended study cafe and provides convenience to users through additional functions. The user and the manager are separated so that the user can use the desired study cafe in the corresponding region through reservation and inquiry of the seat. The manager manages seats and members and allows the outside of the cafeteria to check the current situation. In addition, community and noise measurements and member time visualization capabilities have been added to enhance application utilization.

One of the social aspects that changes as the use of the Internet becomes widespread is communication in online space. In the past, only one-on-one conversations were possible remotely, except when they were physically in the same space, but nowadays, technology has been developed to enable communication with a large number of people remotely through bulletin boards, communities, and social network services. Due to the development of such information and communication networks, life becomes more convenient, and at the same time, the damage caused by rapid information exchange is also constantly increasing. Recently, cyber crimes such as sending sexual messages or personal attacks to certain people with recognition on the Internet, such as not only entertainers but also influencers, have occurred, and some of those exposed to these cybercrime have committed suicide. In this paper, in order to reduce the damage caused by malicious comments, research a method for improving the performance of discriminate malicious comments through feature extraction based on parts-of-speech.

Recently, as more and more cyclists ride bicycles for their health and more people commute by bicycle, the number of cyclists has increased. However, as the number of users increases, many accidents occur, and the handling of bicycle accidents is unstable. It is inadequate to prepare for accidents in other ways except for safety equipment. Therefore, there is a need for a safe and convenient way for modern adults to ride. Unlike other apps, in this study, by adding a safety function, you can shoot a black box while riding, and a function to inform you that it is an accident-prone area is implemented. In addition, a function that can detect an accident using the Android built-in sensor and automatically make emergency contact is added. Cyclists can secure safety and convenience in one app without the need to use additional apps. Furthermore it develops an app system that allows you to talk about riding and share your route through the Riding Community bulletin board.

As the ownership of pets has steadily increased in recent years, the need for an effective pet management system has grown. In this study, we propose a pet management system with a deep learning-based emotion recognition SNS. The system detects emotions through pet facial expressions using a convolutional neural network (CNN) and shares them with a user community through SNS. Through SNS, pet owners can connect with other users, share their experiences, and receive support and advice for pet management. Additionally, the system provides comprehensive pet management, including tracking pet health and vaccination and reservation reminders. Furthermore, we added a function to manage and share pet walking records so that pet owners can share their walking experiences with other users. This study demonstrates the potential of utilizing AI technology to improve pet management systems and enhance the well-being of pets and their owners.

This study segments information users according to depth and variety of use diffusion in order to differentiate between the influence of fashion information spread and diffusions from each segmented group. Data were collected from a fashion community to perform a social network analysis that used UCINET 6.0. Members completed the survey materials and the network materials were utilized in the analysis to test the hypothesis. The segmented groups of information users determined the study results according to use diffusion and the variables that affect them. The variables affecting information diffusion outcomes indicate different significant influence factors on each segmented market. Information variety and complexity represents elevated information reproductions and verbal acceptances from information diffusion outcomes.

This research intends to analyze the implications of current adult guidance system from an angle of people with developmental disabilities in an sudden changed information age. Through it, this research intends to seek improvement of adult guardian system for people with developmental disabilities, a main group of the system, from an angle different from the aged. It focuses on significance and improvement for the significance of adult guardian system for people with developmental disabilities, which are weak for self-decision. Furthermore, for the improvements, this system should be able to be information exchange and communities through the using internet in the cyber space.

Academic libraries have been facing threats and opportunities at the same time because of a successful combination of information and communication technologies such as the internet. This study presented the need for library development in academic libraries, to assist with increasing costs and declining budgets and fulfilling users' expectations of additional information services. It suggested as a guide for library development of academic libraries in Korea through providing examples of various methods and cases for library development. As a result of research, this study provided the basic ideas of academic library development, which includes forming a community of friends of library and developing fundraising and fee-based information services.
