많은 분야에서 계획이나 정보기술전략으로 인터넷에 근거한 서비스를 제공하거나 이용한다. 본 논문에서는 여러 가지 요인들과 함께 조직체들의 업무에서 정보보호에 필요한 사항들을 분석하고 접근하기 위한 방법들을 고려한다. 특히, 인터넷 기반하에서 지원되는 중요 서비스들과 이들 서비스들을 보호하는데 이용 가능한 보안제어수단과의 연계성을 원격접근, 전자상거래, R&D, 인터넷의 가용성 측면에서 보안요구 사항을 분석한다.

최근 인터넷의 급속한 보급으로 인해 다양한 서비스들이 제공되고 있으며 이에 따라 각 서비스와 장치들을 구별하기 위한 다수의 주소 체계가 사용되고 있다. 전자 메일, 인터넷 전화, 인터넷 팩스 등 다양한 인터넷 정보 자원 및 서비스에 대해 단일의 접근성을 제공하는 ENUM 기술은 사용자들의 서비스 이용 편의성을 향상시키는 기술로써 많은 관심을 끌고 있다. 본 논문은 RFC2916에 따른 ENUM 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 SIP에서 요구되는 기능에 관한 설계를 기술한다.

Despite the rapid increase in the use of mobile Internet, only a few studies examined digital divide issues in the mobile internet environment. Prior studies on digital divide mainly focused on the usage environments of consumers. The present study analyzes mobile digital divide by considering user environments and the cognitive values of users. Therefore, we estimated the cognitive value of users in mobile Internet environments through contingent valuation method (CVM). We also analyzed the digital divide factors that cause this value difference. We found that domestic users perceive mobile Internet value up to 51,723 Korean Won per month. We analyzed the value differences of digital divide factors, such as "accessibility," "competency," and "usability." Based on this analysis, we found that a difference of 31,878 Korean Won was generated due to accessibility. Competitiveness resulted in a difference of 7,736 Korean Won, whereas that of usability resulted in 6,463 Korean Won. Accessibility is the most important digital divide factor that maximizes the difference of cognitive value of users in a domestic mobile Internet environment.

웹 접근성은 주어진 웹사이트를 이용할 때 전문적 능력에 관계없이 웹 사이트에서 제공되는 모든 정보에 편리하게 접근하고 이용 할 수 있도록 보장하는 것이다. 최근 전 세계적으로 웹 접근성에 대한 많은 관심과 관련 기술들이 개발되고 있으며, 국내에서도 인터넷 웹 접근성 콘텐츠 접근성 지침이 한국정보통신 표준으로 제정 되어 이를 기준으로 한국형 웹 접근성 평가프로그램이 개발 보급되었다. 또한 웹 접근성 향상을 위한 국가표준 기술 가이드라인이 정해져 공공부문 및 민간 부문에 웹 접근성에 대한 지침 준수를 단계적으로 적용하고 있다. 이에 초등학교는 2011년까지 웹 접근성 지침을 준수해야 하는 상황에 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 국내 지역별 초등학교 홈페이지의 웹 접근성을 평가 비교하여 국내 초등학교 홈페이지의 웹 접근성에 대한 실태를 확인하였으며, 웹 접근성에 대한 관심을 증가시키고, 웹 접근성의 향상 방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 청소년의 인터넷 중독에 대한 문제를 이해하기 위한 새로운 접근방법을 소개하고 있다. 기존 연구의 대부분은 인터넷과 온라인 게임 자체에 집중하여 청소년의 행동을 조절하기 위한 제도적, 기술적 방법을 소개하였다. 이러한 접근방법은 본질적인 청소년 사이버 문화에 대한 이해가 결여되어 단기적인 성과는 거둘 수 있지만 장기적이고 거시적인 관점에서 문제를 해소하기에는 제한적이다. 본 연구에서는 청소년의 정체성 성립과정과 자극과 반응 모델, 관계질서 모델 등을 통하여 본질적인 인터넷 중독 해소를 위한 접근방법을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과물은 향후 지속될 실증적 연구에 토대가 될 것이며 청소년의 인터넷 중독 예방 활동을 위한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The Internet of Things technology is regarded as the next major technology that will be the driving force behind the fourth industrial revolution. The characteristics of entities for Internet of Things application are changing more actively and actively, requiring a more detailed approach, but existing access control technologies are designed around users, requiring access control techniques that maintain efficiency and security with less system load to apply complex and variable content. Therefore, research on role-based access controls that are appropriate for Internet of Things entities is essential. In this study, the relevant research for the study of access control of the Internet of Things entities and the RBAC and AC methods that can define the properties of the various entities within the Internet of Things.

Until now, the study of Internet addiction have focused on (1)Internet overuse (2)addiction (3)the real situation of disability in order. This approach have given a social awareness about Internet addiction as well as have been used as base for introduction of psychological and emotional means to prevent and treat Internet addiction. However, There are very few an ethical approach that is related in human values that what purpose does people use Internet for and how to use Internet. Accordingly, This study provides teleological, deontological, virtue and responsible ethics of Internet addiction. And, this study insist that Internet addiction is a wrongdoing on the basis of four ethical views. Based on these claims, this study stress the needs for Internet ethical education as a program to prevent and treat Internet addiction and se to tu1rn pop1 computer ethics into theoretical computer ethics.

최근 인터넷 웹 콘텐츠의 접근성에 대한 표준화의 준수와 웹 접근성 향상을 위한 노력이 정부, 공공기관, 기업까지 확산되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 웹 접근성 표준 지침에 패하여 알아보고, 표준 지침별 평가 항목에 대하여 비교 분석한다. 또한, 웹 접근성 인증 기준에 의한 중요도에 대해서도 분석한다. 그리고 웹 접근성 평가도구인 KADO-WAH 프로그램을 활용하여 교육 관련 홈페이지를 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 지침에 따라 지침별 준수율을 비교 분석한다.

인터넷 사용자의 급증으로 인해 인터넷 기반 문서 보안을 위한 기존의 HTML에서의 취약점 및 확장성의 증대를 위해서 XML의 필요성이 증대되었다. 객체 지향 개념을 도입한 클라이언트-서버 기반의 환경하에서 차세대 웹 문서를 위한 표준으로서 XML이 탄생하게 되었고 응용 프로그램과 XML 간의 연동이 차기 객체지향 웹 기술을 위한 중요한 이슈로 부상하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 차세대 웹 표준 언어인 XML을 사용하여 웹 상에서의 공통문서에 대한 사용자별 접근 제어(Access Control) 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 다수 사용자가 접근하는 공통문서에 대하여 사용자별로 문서의 일부만을 접근하도록 한다. 이 접근 방법은 간단한 XML 태그를 적용하므로 시스템의 복잡성을 증가시키지 않으며, 또한 문서의 부분 접근 규칙을 가변적으로 변경시키기가 용이하다.

현재 추진하고 있는 전자정부와 연계한 이동공공서비스(Mobile Public Service) 시범사업 추진을 통해 PC를 기반으로 하는 유선 전자정부의 시.공간적 접근성 및 활용성 한계를 극복하고, 무선인터넷 기술을 통하여 전자정부서비스에 '이동성','휴대성' 및 '접근 용이성'을 제공하여 대 국민 서비스 질을 향상시킬 계획이다.
