인류문명사는 미지의 새로운 세계를 개척하고 신기술과 지식을 창조하기 위한 끊임없는 도전의 역사이다. 그 과정에서 남보다 먼저 신대륙을 선점하고 선진기술을 개발한 집단이 세계를 재패해 왔다. 오늘날 지구상에는 탐험할 만한 미지의 대륙이 거의 사라졌다. 하지만 지난 10여년 동안 인류는 컴퓨터와 인터넷에 사이버공간이라는 ‘보이지 않는 대륙(Invisible Continent)’을 창조하고, 그 곳에 인류가 그 동안 창조한 모든 정보와 지식 그리고 기술과 제품들을 차곡차곡 쌓아가고 있다. 특히 최근에는 정보기술의 급속한 발달에 힘입어, 정보기술 선진국들과 일부 다국적 정보통신 기업들은 한 단계 더 발전하여 현실공간과 사이버공간을 융합한 ‘사이버국토’ 또는 ‘사이버도시’, 나아가 ‘사이버지구촌’ 건설에 투자를 확대하고 있다. 사이버국토는 현실국토공간을 사이버공간에 그대로 반영하여 최적융합함으로써, 사이버공간에서 시간·공간·인간 즉 삼간(삼간)을 통합하고, 기존의 모든 디지털활동을 수용하며, 시뮬레이션이 가능한 제2의 국토건설을 지향하고 있다. 또한 사이버국토 건설의 경험과 기술을 바탕으로 향후 전개될 사이버지구촌시대를 선도하고, 건설 과정에서 얻게되는 통합정보기술의 선점을 통해 세계 정상의 정보기술 강국으로 도약하는데 목표를 두고 있다. 이러한 사이버국토를 구축하기 위해서는 관련법률과 제도를 정비하고, 관련기술과 산업을 국가발전의 핵심 엔진으로 육성하며, 대국민 흥보와 관계자 교육을 강화하는 전략이 필요하다.

웹 기반 교육시스템에 컴포넌트 개념을 도입하여 재사용하는 연구는 소프트웨어 재사용 측면에서 생산성 증대에 기여한다. 이 논문에서는 웹 기반 교육시스템에 컴포넌트 개념을 도입하여 재사용성을 높이는 연구의 연장으로 컴포넌트를 인터넷상에 개방하면서 그 컴포넌트에 대한 검색을 하거나 컴포넌트를 이해하고자하는 사용자들에게 도움이 되는 정보들이 상세하게 기술되어야 함을 전제로 개발자의 WBI에서 요구 사항에 부합되는 컴포넌트를 검색하기 위한 컴포넌트 명세 모델과 아키텍쳐에 기반한 컴포넌트 검색 모델을 XML형태로 명세하고 클래스 다이어그램으로 표기하였다. 컴포넌트에 대한 표준명세서가 정의되지 않았기 때문에 본 시스템에서는 정의된 명세서 이외의 다양한 컴포넌트 명세서를 수용할 수 있는 유연성을 가진 검색 방법을 사용하였다.

인터넷기반의 서비스는 메신저, VoIP 등의 통신서비스를 수용하고, 음악, 영화, 교육, 게임 등 컨텐츠 서비스와의 연계도 자연스럽게 확대되고 있다. 차세대 통신네트워크인 BcN은 IP 전달망을 기반으로 접속, 제어, 서비스계층간에 독립적인 계층구조를 가지며, 다양한 통신+방송+데이터 융합 서비스를 안전하고 보장된 품질로 제공하기 위한 망 인프라이다. 다기능 단말과 다양한 접속 서비스 등 복합적인 통신환경을 사용하는 고객에게 다양한 융합서비스를 효율적으로 제공하기 위하여 컨버전스서비스 제공구조의 정립은 차세대통신서비스 제공자에게 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 현재 BcN 컨버전스 환경을 기술하고, ITU-T에서 진행중인 통합서비스 관련 표준화 동향을 정리하며, BcN 컨버전스 서비스 제공방안을 고찰하였다.

This study examined the Japanese and Chinese journalist's views on anti-Korean wave, who are the public and authoritative discourse producers in Japan and China, respectively. In so doing, the study aims to understand the ways in which the phenomena of anti-Korean wave take place and are diffused. According to the findings, anti-Korean wave in north-east Asia is affected by anti-Korea sentiments that have been induced from historical and political relations as well as cultural conflicts. In specific, the anti-Korea sentiments found in both Japan and China are geopolitical particularity and historical relations function to frame their cultural receptions of Korean pop culture. In other words, the phenomena of anti-Korean wave in both countries do not stem directly from local audiences' either discontents or apathy on Korean pop contents. However, while Japanese anti-Korean wave seems to be mere expressions of anti-Korea sentiments, Chinese sentiments of anti-Korean wave are triggered and transferred by, or articulated with their anti-Korea sentiments.

The large portion of communication service areas move from a legacy wire-line voice service to mobile data service. For the purpose of satisfaction on market need, many communication systems should be installed and upgraded based on a mobile wide-band transmission facility. Recently, large part of communication service is based on internet protocol by packet switch techniques and required new technologies such as multimedia processing, QoS achievement, and mobility managememobile communication network such as IS-95A/B and CDMA2000-1X. In this paper, I analyzed the network architecture and service provision methods. in CDMA2000-1X nt. In korea, a CDMA communication technique is standardized for digital mobile communication systems. By using the analysed results, I will extract an efficient method for network evolution and a core technique for next generation mobile communication network.

한국증권선물거래소의 유가증권 매매체결시스템은 안정적이고 신속한 데이터 처리에 초점을 둔 시스템이다. 인터넷과 HTS(Home Trading System)의 대중화로 인해 대량의 데이터로부터 적시에 정보를 추출하고 분석하고자 하는 요구가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 현재의 통계정보시스템은 이와 같은 요구를 수용하기 어려우며 개발자의 별도 노력이 요구된다. 또한 목표성능에 대한 요구가 매우 높아짐에 따라 시스템 및 어플리케이션의 증설과 개선작업이 빈번하지만 그 효과를 예측하기 어려우며 정량화 된 근거자료의 부재로 의사결정을 지연시킨다. 따라서 이와 같은 요구사항들을 해결하기 위해 기존의 통계정보시스템을 활용하고 추가적인 데이터들을 다양한 차원에서 분석 가능하도록 웨어하우스 데이터베이스를 구축하며 성능예측을 위한 요소들을 추출하고 데이터마이닝을 수행하여 의사결정에 도움을 줄 수 있는 다차원 모델링 기반의 거래분석 시스템을 제안한다. 거래분석 시스템의 구축으로 사용자는 웹상에서 적시에 다차원 분석보고서를 생성할 수 있다. 또한 관리자는 외부적 환경변화에 따른 향후 시스템 성능 감소를 예측할 수 있으며 내부적 요인을 제어하여 이를 상쇄할 수 있는 방안을 찾을 수 있게 된다.

The purpose of this study is to explain the word-of-mouth communication that evolve differently from traditional marketing communications using existing mass media in an environment of the flooding of new products. In particular, people use digital devices as internet users and various communication is activated in blogs and communities. It is expanding that companies use market maven as a facilitator of communication. The role of Market maven due to the spread of the Internet seems to be more meaningful for marketing activities. Market maven is a look at how it should study moderate effect on word of mouth of new products. Empirical results show that perceived curiosity and perceived innovativeness of new product has a positive impact on the word of mouth of new product, and was confirmed in a moderate effect of market maven.

In this study, we implemented IoT Sensor Network using Mobius Platform and implemented four kinds of Z-wave sensors applicable to smart home service to verify its performance. The 12 common service functions (CSF) provided by Mobius enable application services including status monitoring of sensors to be implemented quickly. The standard service procedures and protocols have eliminated the design process of the system and shortened the meeting time for establishing protocol between application software developer, gateway developer and sensor developer, and discussion time for adjustment of opinion. We confirmed that the application service based on the implemented sensor network and the implementation of IoT sensor can shorten the development schedule, and confirmed that most of the products purchased in the market can be accommodated without change. We hope that such speediness and openness will be able to meet the demands of various services and contribute to expanding services and creating new markets.

In recently, thanks to the development of computer and internet, and reinforcement of digital media literacy of ordinary people, many users of comics and animations recombine contents into various ways, including UCCs. In a glance, it seems these outputs violates the copyrights of contents. But in reality, they helps the growth of the ecosystem of contents market, with increase of contents users. The reason of these reproductions inclines the characteristics of animation media. Animation, which are constituted by plastic symbols, auditory symbols, and narrative symbols, and Comic, which supports stories of Animations, affects as 'Imaginary signifier'. These signifiers helps users of contents to dismantle and reassemble stories. These aspects are seen in doujin culture, animation soundtrack fandom, and voice actor fandom. But In this article, we will concentrate into cosplay culture. Cosplay culture shows more active appearances than another fandoms. In especially, cosplay stage and daily cafe show more active reproductions of characters and communications. However, they are done by youth fans, which has not enough financial abilities: therefore, events are not sustainable and discontinued. And they have another limits, like lack of opportunity of performance. In the reality of Korean society, which needs of community making by community member, and hybrid culture, comics and animation productions in Korea are in need of access positively and encourage reproductions of active receivers of animations.

In the near future IPTV services will be emerged the various types through Internet, but IMS based IPTV service is one of the very attractive IPTV services. This paper describes the interconnecting architectures of Web based IPTV contents provider to IMS(IP Multimedia System) network and describes the three difference architectures as method to find its IP address. One is the architecture using DNS or HSS to find IP address of Web based IPTV contents provider and connecting gateway function to I-CSCF in IMS. The other is the architecture connecting gateway AS to ISC interface of S-CSCF in IMS. This paper describes the characteristics of traffic generating due to interconnect the Web contents provider, and the traffic model of each architectures. The proposed each architecture is emulated the session establishment delay characteristics in CoD service of IPTV by the simulation. This paper shows that the architecture connecting gateway AS to ISC interface of S-CSCF is the excellent method compare to other two methods in view of the session establishment delay.
