The brilliant achievements in computers and the internet technology make it easy for users to get useful information. But at the same time, the damages caused by intrusions and denial of service attacks are getting more worse. Specially because denial of service attacks by internet worm incapacitate computers and networks, we should draw up a disposal plan against it. So far many rule-based intrusion detection systems have been developed, but these have the limits of these ability to detect new internet worms. In this paper, we propose a system to detect intrusion and generate detection rule against scan-based internet worm, paying attention to the fact that internet worms scan network to infect hosts. The system detects internet worms using detection rule. And if it detects traffic causing by a new scan-based internet worm, it generates new detection nile using traffic information that is gathered. Therefore it can response to new internet worms early. Because the system gathers packet payload, when it is being necessary only, it can reduce system's overhead and disk space that is required.

VoIP(Voice over IP) 기술은 다양한 인터넷 응용 서비스 보급의 대중화에 기여한 주요 통신기술의 하나이다. 이에 따라 인터넷 이용자가 급격히 증가하고 인터넷 전화의 수요가 증가하게 되었다. 특히, 음성 뿐만 아니라 영상에 대한 기술이 접목되어 V2oIP(Voice and Video over IP) 라 일컬어 지는 기술이 보급되면서, 인터넷 영상전화에 대한 대중화가 이루어 지고 있다. 한편, 다양한 인터넷 응용 서비스 보급의 대중화에 따른 가정 내에서의 네트워크 환경 또한 부각되고 있어 정보가전분야에 큰 변화가 일고 있다. 이에 홈서버 중심의 홈네트워크환경이 구축된다. 따라서, 기존의 pc 를 단말기로 한 인터넷 환경 및 제반 응용 서비스가 그대로 홈서버 중심의 홈네트워크환경으로 옮겨져야 할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서의 전체 시스템은 임베디드 리눅스 기반인 Qplus 운영체제를 기반으로 하는 홈서버상에 HoCoS(Home Collaboration Service) 시스템이 탑재되며, 이 시스템은 크게 영상전화 시스템과 공동작업 시스템으로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 상기 시스템 중 SIP(Session Initiation Protocol)기반의 홈서버용 영상전화 시스템에 대한 설계 및 구현에 대해 기술하고자 한다.

It has been increasing that the use of Mobile Internet these days. And the demand of user is changing from the text based services to multimedia based data services like pictures, sounds and streaming videos in Mobile Internet. In this paper, It is proposed a remote monitoring system that .an transfer the video data through WAP(Wireless Application protocol) based Mobile Internet used generally in anywhere. And this system is a low-cost efficient system compared with a existing high-cost Internet Camera system, using video module connected to Internet directly and PC-based server. In this paper, It is explained a design and implementation of such WAP-based remote monitoring system.

WiBro(Wireless Broadband) service is the world standardized fourth-generation communications in Korea. The services through internet-based applications using WiBro communication-based is increasing. WiBro service in the Internet-based applications when using the service, the application may need to analyze the vulnerability. In this paper, we use the Internet when in WiBro service, to analyze the vulnerability. And, Internet-based applications for vulnerabilities that could lead to hacker attacks is analyzed. It will be studied that security measures through analysis of vulnerability of WiBro services and applications.

본 논문에서는 인터넷 상의 영상에 기반한 교통 감시 시스템을 구현한다. 영상 기반의 교통 감시 시스템은 루프 감지기 등의 센서를 이용한 방법에 비해 비용과 설치, 유지, 보수면에서의 장점으로 인하여 많이 연구되고 있다. 제안한 시스템은 인터넷상에서 FPA(Field Processing Agent)와 TSM(Traffic Surveillance Manager)으로 구성되며, FPA는 TSM에게 도로 영상과 차량의 속도, 도로 점유율과 같은 교통 정보를 제공한다. 차량의 평균 속도와 도로 점유율은, 도로색 영상과 연속된 입력 영상간의 샘플링 지점의 색상 차이변화를 이용하여 추출한다. 제안한 방법은 근사적인 교통정보를 추출해 주며, 입력 영상 전체에 대한 처리 과정 없이 제한된 영역만을 처리하기 때문에, 실시간 감시 시스템을 구축하는데 용이하다.

최근 인터넷기술을 통한 정보제공 및 검색이 급증하면서 간편한 웹 브라우저만으로 정보검색이 가능해졌다. 기존의 정보시스템들은 사용자가 소프트웨어에 대한 지식을 어느 정도 가져야만 해당 정보시스템을 이용할 수 있지만 인터넷은 사용자가 단순한 웹 브라우저만을 이해하면 다양한 정보를 활용할 수 있게 해주었다. 본 연구에서는 사용자가 쉽게 사용할 수 있는 웹 기반의 프로젝트 관리시스템을 제안한다. 이를 위해 웹 기반에서 다수의 사용자가 정보를 공유하고 이를 하이퍼텍스트 형식으로 표현할 수 있는 프로젝트 관리시스템을 소개한다.

본 논문은 P2P 네트워크에서 어플리케이션 레벨의 영속성있는 저장 시스템에 대해서 살펴본다. 인터넷 클라이언트의 성능 향상과 인터넷 접속 기술의 발달로 Peer-to-Peer (P2P)라는 키워드로 대표되는 다양한 파일 저장, 검색, 공유 어플리케이션이 소개되었다. 그러나, 기존의 서버 기반의 분산 저장 방식은 xDSL 기반의 가변 IP 기반의 현재 인터넷 환경에서 불안정한 성능을 보이고, 파일을 저장하고 나서 검색 발견의 확률이 떨어지는 문제점을 가진다. 본 논문에서는 시스템의 가용성(Availability)을 높이기 위한 파일의 분할 저장, 중복 저장 방법을 소개하고 이의 효과를 분석해 보인다.

인터넷의 접속환경이 유선에서 무선으로 급격하게 진행되고 있지만 무선에서 사용되는 인터넷 지원 환경은 Text 기반의 WAP 서비스가 주종을 이루고 있어서 멀티미디어 서비스와 같은 다양한 잇점을 제공하는 새로운 프로그램 개발방식과 구조가 필요한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 Mobile 기기와 웹 서버간의 멀티미디어 및 다양한 컨텐츠 제공이 가능한 J2ME 기반 모바일 서버 연동 기법을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 기법은 현재 많은 무선인터넷 서비스 업체에서 적용하고 있는 VM(Virtual Machine)에 적용시 예상되는 서버 연동 문제를 해결할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

최근 인터넷 시장의 가장 큰 이슈는 무선환경과 컨텐츠의 유료화 움직임이다. 다양한 모바일 컨텐츠들이 무선인터넷을 지원하는 단말기의 보급과 더불어 빠른 성장세를 보이고 있다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 무선 인터넷 환경에 적합한 각 무선 응용프로토콜르이 보안을 고려한 보안 메커니즘을 설계하며, WAP, ME및 i-Mode방식에 대한 보안 요구사항을 분석한다. 또한, 향후 IMT2000에서도 사용 가능한 상업용 모바일 서비스 플랫폼을 검토하고, 표준화가 진행중인 자바모바일 서비스 플랫폼을 기반으로 하는 J2ME 기술인 CLDC와 MIDP를 이용해서 M-Commerce 환경에서 사용되어질 보안 플랫폼을 제시한다. 본 논문의 결과는 향후 활성화될 M-Commerce의 안전한 응용서비스 제공을 위한 보안 플랫폼 구현의 기반이 될 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 e-행정서비스의 개념을 소개하고 실제 국내에 이를 구현하기 위한 방안을 제시한다. 이를 위해 선진 4개국의 사례를 도입기간, 시스템 체계, 시스템 범위, 도입 환경 등에 대해 살펴보고 논의한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 e-행정서비스 실현 방안으로는 인터넷 패러다임에 부응한 추진전략의 수립, e-행정서비스 통합시스템의 구축, 정부 공개키 기반구조 체계의 정립, 다목적 스마트카드 도입, 인터넷 시대에 적응할 수 있는 행정정보화 관련 법 제도 보완, 그리고 마지막으로 인터넷 기반기술의 신속한 도입을 위한 유연한 환경 조성 등이다.
