Effects of Reference Price Advertisements by Service Reputation (서비스 명성에 따른 준거가격광고 효과)

  • Price is an important marketing issue in current competitive environment characterized by various distribution channels such as economic circumstance and the Internet. Many companies, for their best profits, use a price discrimination strategy such as price discount that reinforces consumer's purchasing behavior and they employ advertising strategy by presenting reference price with information of price discount in advertisements. Accordingly, many research verifies the advertising effects of presented reference price in advertisements, this study tries to expand the existing study area which is limited on reference price of product by examining the its effects on service area. It also aims to verify the effects of reference price advertisements by the level of service reputation. For this experiment, a factorial design with service reputation and presented method of reference pricewas used. The result of this study is that attitude toward price and use intention on presented reference price in service advertisements are higher than not presented it. In the case of high service reputation, advertising effect on presented reference price in service advertisements are greater than presented price discount rates in service advertisements. And in the case of low service reputation, advertising effects can be much greater by just presented reference price in service advertisements. Therefore, in service advertisements, strategic views on presented methods of reference price by the level of service reputation are essentially needed.

  • The quantitave increase and qualitative development in the game industry leads to bitter competition and makes game companies struggle to find better ways promoting their own games. The game trailer is one of the critical ways to publicize diverse games by showing visual images directly. There are three reasons why the game trailer comes into the spotlight these days; the rapid growth of the Internet speed handling the large size of files, the remarkable development of visual image quality just like digital movies, and the advent of video websites such as You Tube that shows huge amount of videos regardless of the type and size. However, there are not enough amount of research on the game trailer because using game trailers as the marketing source is still at an early stage. Therefore, this research focuses on providing characteristics of game trailers that are available for practical market analysis. First, this research shows that game trailers can be divided by the category of display, style, and contents type. Second, this research provides the component parts of game trailers that are divided into contents factors such as characters, backgrounds, events and promotional factors such as title, production company name, distribution company name. Third, this research explores research frames that would be needed to analyze marketing strategies, effects of game trailers, production pipelines and so on. These categorizations would be useful for producing game trailers efficiently and utilizing them effectively.

인터넷을 이용한 육상물류중개시스템 개발에 관한 연구

  • 오늘날 날로 증가하는 물류비는 개별 기업은 물론 국가 전체의 수출 경쟁력을 약화시키는 주요 원인으로 지적되고 있다. 그러나 그동안 우리나라에서는 물류비 절감을 위한 종합적이고 체계적인 대책이 이루어지지 못하였다. 특히 본 논문의 연구대상인 육상물류의 경우 그 비중이 전체 화물 운송의 60% 이상을 차지함에도 불구하고 심각한 교통체증 및 물류기반 시설의 미비, 효율적인 정보시스템의 미비 등으로 인하여 물류비가 계속 증가하는 양상을 보여 왔다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 우리나라 육상물류시스템이 안고 있는 문제점의 해결을 위한 방안들 중의 하나로 정보기술의 활용에 관한 내용을 다루고 있다. 즉 영세한 기업들도 누구나 손쉽게 이용할 수 있도록 인터넷을 이용한 육상물류중개시스템의 개발에 관한 내용을 소개하고 있다. 육상물류중개시스템은 복합화물주선업체인 (주) 대형물류와 함께 개발한 시스템으로 인터넷을 통하여 화주의 화물 운송의뢰를 접수받아 이를 여러 운송업체에게 제공해주는 역할을 수행하게 된다. 특히 육상물류중개시스템은 화물의 운송과 관련하여 발생하는 다양한 정보들을 데이터베이스에 저장하여 두었다가 세관을 비롯한 터미날에 대한 각종 신고업무에 이용할 수 있으며, 이밖에도 교통정보 및 화물 위치정보 등 다양한 서비스를 제공해줄 수 있다. 따라서 운송업체의 공차율을 줄이고 화주에게는 자신의 화물에 대한 정보를 실시간으로 전달해 줄 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 또한 이러한 육상물류중개시스템은 현재 개발중인 통합데이터베이스를 기반으로 한 항만물류원스톱서비스 시스템과 연계되어 차후에는 물류원스톱시스템으로 발전할 수 있을 것이다. 연구가 진행되고 있는 인공신경망과의 모형결합을 통해 기존연구와는 다른 새로운 통합예측방법론을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 통합방법론은 크게 2단계 과정을 거쳐 예측모형으로 완성이 된다. 즉, 1차 모형단계에서 원시 재무시계열은 먼저 웨이블릿분석을 통해서 노이즈가 필터링 되는 동시에, 과거 재무시계열의 프랙탈 구조, 즉 비선형적인 움직임을 보다 잘 반영시켜 주는 다차원 주기요소를 가지는 시계열로 분해, 생성되며, 이렇게 주기에 따라 장단기로 분할된 시계열들은 2차 모형단계에서 신경망의 새로운 입력변수로서 사용되어 최종적인 인공 신경망모델을 구축하는 데 반영된다.ocioeconomic impacts are resulted from the program.   • Recently Standards Developments Organizations (SDO$\_S$) in the field of Information and Communication recognize that "More new and more complex standards should be developed in shorter time". To cope with this challenge they try to construct Standards Information Cooperation Network (SICN) or Electronic Document Handling (EDH) systems for efficient standards development process. This paper presents the design and implementation of an Extranet based Web system dedicated to effective on-line standards making environments. The system, which is called SICN (Standards Information Cooperation Network), is a workflow-based network application created with a view to fostering faster standards development with functionalities such as an electronic signature mechanism, electronic voting, comment gathering and dynamic links for ready retrieval of standards information stored in a database.   • In this study, we investigated how to achieve differentiation for the ISM (Internet Shopping Mall) to improve profitability, which is required for survival in the fiercely competitive ISM industry. We analyzed implementation level key managerial factors that could contribute to the differentiation of the ISM. The research model is constructed through integration of two distinctive research streams of e-commerce. The one is B2C differentiation strategy research, most of which are conceptual and conducted at a strategy level, and the other is empirical research analyzing the antecedents of customer satisfaction at the ISM. This study is organized as follows. First, we draw upon transaction cost theory to organize constructs representing customer value associated with the customer buying decision process. Next, after reviewing comprehensive managerial factors that could impact on customer value, we selected 15 managerial factors that could contribute to the differentiation of the ISM to deliver value to customers. Finally, the resulting structural model is validated through empirical analyses. The results provide insights for future studies on ISM differentiation.

  • 1856년 7월7일 영국에서 에드워드 찰스 힐리 와 에드워드 엘리스 알렌(Edward Charles Healey & Edward Ellis Allen)에 의해 골판지가 처음 발명되었고, 15년후인 1871년12월19일에 현재의 골판지상자 형태의 특허가 미국의 알버트. L. 존스(Albert. L.Jones)에게 취득된지 130여년이상이 지난 이 시대에는 실로 다양한 분야에서 골판지를 사용하고 있지만, 주 사용분야는 포장산업의 분야이다. 과거에는 포장의 주목적은 첫째 포장 내용물(상품)의 보호 둘째 상품의 운송과 적재 및 취급의 편리성 셋째 상품 구매동기 유발의 순서이었으나 최근에는 첫째와 둘째의 목적은 필수불가결한 것이고 세번째의 상품 구매동기 유발의 목적에 더 큰 비중이 있는 추세이다. 따라서 포장재의 규격은 생산자의 입장에서는 보다 단순해지고 규격화 되는 것이 생산코스트의 절감과 생산성향상의 지름길이지만(그러나 더욱 복잡해지고 비규격화 되는 것이 제품 부가가치가 더 높을 수도 있기 때문에 여기에는 보다 신중한 판단이 필요하다.) 각종 통신기술, 인터넷과 I.T산업의 발달과 더불어 소비자가 언제라도 상품의 다양한 정보에 쉽게 접할 수있는 이 시대에는 다양한 소비계층의 NEED를 모두 만족시켜 줄려고 하는 상품 개발자의 제품설계 및 개발과 판매전략에 의해 더욱 더 상품은 다양해지고 있다.(필자의 판단으로는 앞으로 보다 더 다양해지고 복잡해지고 있는 추세이다.) 즉 다시말하면 이러한 다양한 형태의 포장재의 변화를 수용하여, 가장 높은 가격경쟁력으로, 적시에 가장빠르게 생산하여 공급할 수있는 능력을 갖춘 포장재 제조업자만이 미래에는 적자생존 할 수있다는 결론이다. 더욱이 우리나라의 현실은 대한민국 골판지 포장산업의 특성상 세계적으로 유래가 없는 적은 판매마진(과도한 출혈경쟁으로 인함)으로 인하여, 생산설비만 계속 증설하여 생산량과 규모에 의한 경제성 만으로 수치채산성을 맞추는 형태로 발전하여 왔기 때문에, 각 골판지 생산공장의 수익성은 악화일로로 치닫고 있는 실정이다. 즉 아주 적은 규모의 공장이나 아니면 많은 자금력을 이용한 대형공장만이 수익성을 유지하고 있는 것처럼 보인다.(지금과 같이 시장의 성장이 없는 골판지시징에서 시장의 총규모는 정해진 상태이고, 여기에서 서로 나눠 가지는 형태이므로, 최악의 경우는 어느 한쪽만이 살아 남는 제로섬 게임이 될 수 있으므로, 실제로는 가장 적정한 규모의 공장이 가장수익성이 높다.) 여기에서 필자는 이러한 위기에 처해 있는 우리나라 골판지산업의 생산공장에서 생산성을 저하시켜 제조원가를 높이는 요인들을 살펴보고, 이 요인들 중에서 주된 요인중의 하나인 소로트오다가 더욱 더 많아지고 있는 현실과 다가오는 미래의 상황에 대비해 골판지 공장의 완전자동화(Ubiquitous in Corrugating Factory)에 대비한 가장 효율적인 소로트생산 운영방법에 대해서 집중적으로 이야기 해보고자 한다.

The impact of the privatization of a state-owned telecommunications carrier on universal service in Korea (한국통신 민영화가 보편적 서비스제도에 미친 영향)

  • Since telecommunications reforms began around world in the 1980s, many scholars have attempted to uncover its effects on the telecommunications sector. Nevertheless, research focusing largely on the impact of privatization on universal service has been relatively less frequent than other research on telecommunications reform such as the effect of competition on efficiency, investment, and universal service, and the impact of privatization on efficiency. From this perspective, this study attempted to explain the impact of the privatization of a state-owned telecommunications enterprise on universal service in Korea. This work may contribute to providing policy-makers and scholars in telecommunications with some useful policy suggestions by concretely illustrating how the privatization of Korea Telecom has influenced universal service policy formulation and the universal service system in Korea.

  • Business environment is changing rapidly because of the introduction of the newest Technologies development and the newest management skills. With the development of Information Technology (IT) and the rapid growth of Internet based business, there have been great improvements of business processes and total costs of many firms. Many firms realize that they have to change their organizational structure and managerial skills in order to carry on their corporate goals(growth and development) according to business paradigm shift. The purpose of this dissertation is to watch how consumer product manufacturer(C corporation) could build effective SCM strategies under Electronic Commerce paradigm shift and how it can reform its organizational structure in order to perform its business goat. C corporation has been doing a groat role in logistics and distribution for the last 50 years with logistics know-how in domestic market, however there were many problems such as lack of shared information, demand Paradox, order batch, stock shortage and duplicated processes among vendors and chain members. Most of problems were based on lack of shared information and old business processes.

  • In the past, customers utilize a secondhand book market as a major counter for their purchasing used books. With expansion of internet and IT devices, many customers would like to buy their used books in an on-line secondhand book store which has more price competitiveness and ease. Nowadays a new concept off-line secondhand book market which has the advantages of both on-line and off-line is a growing trend instead of existing secondhand book markets in the economic recession. In this study, we established customer service satisfaction for 'Aladin store', which is the advanced concept off-line secondhand book store, with the most typical service quality test technique SERVQUAL. First, we selected appropriate service quality factor for the advanced concept off-line secondhand book market such as Aladin store. After that, we analyzed which factors are influencing repurchase intentions, through customer survey. The conclusion provides the secondhand book store's service quality improvement and strategy toward customer satisfaction including the existing used book stores.

  • The emergence of the internet causes the electronic trade of movies, music, software and other digital content products to be an eminent share of international commerce. The purpose of this study is to examine legal issues of electronic commerce chapters of the Korea US FTA and tasks of the digital contents industry. Results of the study show that several implications based on the industry are offered. The Korean government needs to do the following: settle of classification issue in digital contents, settle of customs issue in digital contents, settle of issue of non-discrimination principle in digital contents, settle of exclusion issue in audiovisual services, improve of global competitiveness, unify of export support system, establish of overseas expansion strategy in genre and regional contents, train of global experts and protect of intellectual property in digital contents.
