  • The objective of Starts-up education rears leading company that minimize a risk & connect them with successful idea. Internet Starts-up education is serviced in public & civil parts, it is insufficient to reach successful Starts-up support. This study is targeting on review the present condition of the Internet Starts-up education, research which it sees Internet Starts-up education actual condition investigation through investigation student of education satisfactorily and education contents and the plan to grope an Starts-up education progress coat problem and developmental plan it did. A Study on News Reporters' Information Seeking Behavior on the Web (기자직의 웹 정보탐색행위 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the overall web information seeking behavior of news reporters and analyze its correlation with parameters that characterize information needs, preferred sources of information, information technology and internet use and satisfaction. For this purpose, a survey of205 news reporters working at domestic newspaper companies, including daily newspapers, magazines, and online newspapers was conducted. News reporters' primary purposes of seeking web information were to simply check facts and collect overall background information. Their information needs had close association with their position, media type, and familiarity with the internet, but with little association with gender, age, and reporting area.

Effect of Internet Addiction by Using Digital Textbook in Teenager (디지털교과서 활용이 인터넷 중독에 미치는 영향)

  • Society and science digital textbooks were developed in 2014. That have been using in some elementary and middle school. But some people worry about the internet addiction of student accelerated by using digital textbook. However I didn't agree that, because studies about that had not been performed enough. So I analyzed effect of internet addiction by using digital textbook. As a result, Internet addicted students at class to be not using digital textbook are twice as many as Internet addicted students at class to be using digital textbook. But the difference between two groups do not means according to cross analysis. Therefore, I can't conclude that using digital textbook have an adverse effect on internet addiction.

Factors Influencing the Post Acceptance Behavior of User in the Internet Banking (인터넷 뱅킹 사용자의 수용 후 행동에 영향을 미치는 요인)

  • The primary purpose of this paper is to identify the influencing factors on the post acceptance behavior of user in internet banking. For this purpose, a research model and hypotheses are developed based on the relevant literature reviews. Data have been collected from 248 users who have used internet banking and the research hypotheses were tested by covariance structural model analysis. The results of this empirical study are summarized as follows. First, security, confirmation, and perceived ease of use have positive influence upon user's perceived usefulness. Second, security, economy efficiency, and confirmation have positive influence upon user's satisfaction. Third, loyalty incentives have positive influence upon continuance intention. Lastly, user's perceived usefulness have positive effect on the satisfaction, and user's perceived usefulness and satisfaction positively related to continuance intention in internet banking. The findings have significant implications for internet banking service providers.

  • Airline industry which is depressed owing to terror attack on September 11 and Iraq War in early 21 century through high fuel cost and continuous recession in the second half of 90's is gradually recovering from the year of 2004. So demand of airline industry is rising step by step and investment of airlines toward customer service is also going up. Recently some mega carriers in head customer service in-flight internet service. In addition, so do domestic airlines and others ant to be backward. Many Study on usage attitude toward internet have been argued continuously as a result of everyday life using internet. Although there were survey for the revenue perspective of the firm, study on the side of the consumer is so rare. This study used the model of DEA -conjoint what users of the in-flight internet service now attitude and preference important factors to use. As a result, factors chosen are method to charge, service speed of internet, quality of contents provided and ease of approach toward information. This study presents airlines supplying in-flight internet service now to differentiation strategy for each segment.

  • The customer retention of internet shopping mall become important nowadays as internet shopping mall is expanding quickly. In this situation, the present study aims to analyze the components of internet shopping mall service quality and it's relationship with satisfaction, and retention. The CRM is a very important point for company marketing, it is also necessary to construct trust and commitment. Especially it has been recognized that when we deal with online shopping, the correlation with customers is very important. At this point one purpose of this study is to find out those effects on satisfaction of the service quality. Another purpose is to find the factors which effect retention. Structural equation modeling is used to test the model building in this paper based on the data from survey of 223 online shopping mall customers. The results in the study provide our supports to the model and indicate that: first, service quality has a positive effect on satisfaction. Second, satisfaction, trust and commitment have strong relations and they affect customer retention in the internet shopping mall service.

Factors Associated with Drinking Experience, Smoking Experience, and Internet Addiction among Elementary School Students (초등학생의 음주 및 흡연 경험, 인터넷 중독 영향 요인)

  • This study examined the status of and factors associated with drinking experience, smoking experience, and internet addiction among elementary school students. Cross-sectional data were collected by questionnaire from 1,061 children among the fifth and sixth grades in public elementary schools in Gyeonggi province. The prevalence of drinking and smoking experience, internet addiction of participants was 22.7%, 2.9%, and 4.2% respectively. Multiple logistic regressions showed that the likelihood of drinking and smoking experience, and internet addiction was commonly higher with those who was a male and had higher aggression level. The likelihood of drinking experience was lower with those who had higher family support, while was higher with those who had higher friend support. That of internet addiction was lower with having higher friend and teacher support. Prevention strategies to prevent drinking, smoking, and internet addiction among elementary school students should consider student's gender, control aggression, and enhance social support in family and school environments.

  • Internet lowers the search cost to acquire information about products and sellers price information. Because consumers can easily compare prices among different Internet retailers, the price competition among merchants in Internet has been intensified. For online retailers, it is important to differentiate their sites from competitors based upon services rather than prices. This study investigates which factors influence on consumers price sensitivity in Internet book markets and examines whether consumers price sensitivity has any effect on the type of preferred Internet bookstore (hybrid or pure online book stores). Survey is conducted to empirically investigate the relationship among the various consumer attitudes and price sensitivity. The result shows that price search and price importance have effect on the choice of Internet bookstore. Consumers with higher price sensitivity preferred to purchase books from pure Internet bookstores rather than hybrid (click-and-mortar) bookstores. This study provides an exploratory framework that tries to understand consumer behavior about price sensitivity that might provide some marketing implications to lessen the price competition of Internet retailers.

The Effect of Internet Addiction on Depression and Job Stress among IT Engineer (전산직 종사자의 인터넷 중독 정도가 우울감 및 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향)

  • 본 연구는 전산직과 비전산직 종사자의 인터넷 중독 정도가 직무스트레스 및 우울감에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자, 2009년 10월 25일부터 12월 9일까지 서울 및 대전에 소재한 2개의 공공기관 건물내 근무하고 종사자 500명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 일반적 특성, 직무스트레스, 우울감 정도, 일상적인 인터넷 이용, 인터넷 중독 자가진단을 조사하였다. 주요 결과는 첫째, 일반적 특성에 따른 직무스트레스 요인별 분류에서는 개인 관련요인이 낮은 연령과 미혼인 경우, 아파트 외 기타에서 거주하는 경우 높게 나타났고, 조직 외 요인의 직무스트레스에서는 전산직에 비해 비전산직이 통계적으로 높게 나타났다(p<0.05). 둘째, 인터넷 중독에 따른 직무스트레스에서는 직무 관련요인, 개인 관련요인, 조직 외 요인 모두 일반 사용자보다 잠재적 위험사용자가 높게 나타났다(p<0.05). 셋째, 우울감 정도에 따른 직무스트레스에서는 우울감 정도가 정상인 경우에 비해 경미함 및 중증도의 경우가 직무 관련요인, 개인 관련요인, 조직 외 요인 모두 높은 직무스트레스를 나타냈다(p<0.05). 넷째, 직무스트레스와 우울감을 종속변수로 한 다중회귀분석 결과를 보면 직무스트레스는 결혼여부, 가족구성원 수, 인터넷 중독이 유의한 변수였고, 25.6%의 설명력을 나타냈다. 우울감은 결혼여부와 인터넷 중독이 유의한 변수였고, 26.4%의 설명력을 나타냈다. 전산직 및 비전산직의 인터넷 중독과 직무스트레스 및 우울감은 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났고, 인터넷 중독이 심할수록 직무스트레스가 높았으며, 우울감 정도가 심할수록 역시 직무스트레스가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

  • We examined the factors affecting user satisfaction and persistent intention of use for the Internet-only banking services. Firstly, this study extracted factors that influence the acceptance of Internet-only banking services based on previous studies. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of perceived relative advantage, perceived convenience, perceived usefulness as independent variables based on Technology Acceptance Model for two dependent variables ; user satisfaction and intention for continuous use for internet-only banking service. The study showed that perceived relative advantage, perceived convenience, and perceived usefulness have a significant effect on user satisfaction and intention for continuous use as a result of an empirical analysis of 204 customers of internet-only banking services. Based on the results of the study, some practical implications for customer retention are suggested.
