일시적이고 수동적으로 진행되던 청소년 환경교육이 최근 새로운 변화를 맞고 있다. 사이버 환경교육이 바로 그것. 인터넷의 활용으로 체계적인 환경교육이 가능해지면서 학생들의 능동적 참여도 늘고 있으며 이에 따라 인터넷 매체의 특성을 살린 각종 교육 아이템도 속속 개발되고 있다. 이러한 온라인 상의 청소년 대상 환경 교육 사이트들이 어떻게 운영되고 어떤 서비스를 하고 있는지 살펴보았다.

World-Wide Web으로 인하여 인터넷 상의 다양하고 고품질의 자료들을 교육 자료에 손쉽게 활용할 수 있는 시대가 도래하였다. 그러나 이러한 자료들은 교육적 효과를 극대화시키기 위해서 좀 더 정제되고, 교육과정에 맞는 흐름을 가질 필요가 있다. 이러한 과정의 흐름을 제공하기 위해서는 웹 상에서 분산되어 독립적으로 존재하는 디지털 문서들을 교육 목적에 맞게 새로운 순서, 즉 문맥화된 순서를 가진 자료로 재구성할 수 있어야 하며, 문서간의 부드러운 내용 전개를 위해서 부가적인 설명이나 기존 문서에 빠져 있는 내용들을 보완할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문의 연구과정에서 개발된 가상교육 시스템은 교사가 교육용 지식문서를 작성하여 면대면(face to face) 교육에서는 직접 학생들을 교육할 수 있는 교육 자료로 사용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 웹을 통해서는 학생 스스로가 부족한 부분을 원하는 시간에 학습할 수 있는 능동적인 교육 환경을 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 가상교육 시스템에 가상문서 개념을 도입함으로써 인터넷 상의 수많은 리소스들을 인용하는 것에 대한 부하를 막을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 상의 디지털 컨텐츠를 전문적인 지식을 가진 교사가 교육과정에 맞게 쉽게 재구성해 줄 수 있도록 가상교육 시스템을 설계 및 구현한 내용에 대해 기술한다.

The purpose of this study is to research, such as the following. And to the empirical results that affect the potential growth factors in the organization and development of human resources through staff training for enterprises to grow into a competitive enterprise. Through the analysis we propose a systematic training of the human resource development needs of the company. The results are as follows. First, the number of courses, the degree completion has had a positive effect on job satisfaction. Second, the number of courses can have a partial mediating effect on financial job satisfaction. Third, corporate education funding ratio has a negative effect and Business support form has a positive effect on turnover intentions. Fourth, the control variables of marital status has a positive effect on psychological job satisfaction and company size had a negative impact on turnover intention. The implications of this study are as follows. Organizational commitment to act as a mediating effect can be maximized through realistic training plan and quality training. There is also a need to be made a high quality education content development through the advancement of learning styles.

최근에 인터넷의 이용이 확대되면서 통계학 관련분야에서도 많은 변화가 나타나고 있다. 통계관련 분야에서는 교육과 컨설팅 분야에서 인터넷의 이용이 매우 활발하게 움직이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 분야에서 현재까지 개발된 내용의 현황을 살펴보고, 사용 목적과 구현 방법에 따라 분류하고자 한다.

This study examines how the family background and educational aspiration of adolescents affect the usage pattern of internet among adolescents. Recently, the focus of studies on digital divides shifts from the gap in the access to the internet to the difference in usage pattern of internet. Building on these studies, this study deals with the concerns that the difference in usage pattern of internet among adolescents potentially lead to the reproduction of social inequality across the generations. The analysis of the Korean Youth Panel Study reveals that the higher educational attainment and higher income level of parents, the children tend to spend more time in searching with the internet and spend less time in doing the internet game. The level of educational aspiration exerts similar effects on internet use of adolescents. The results also show that the effects of educational apsiration is larger among older adolescents. The implications and limitations of this study are discussed.

정보통신 기술의 발전은 우리의 생활 전반에 걸쳐 빠르게 흡수되며 급속히 진행되고 있다. 특히 교육의 패러다임이 변화됨에 따라 오늘날 인터넷을 기반으로 한 가상교육의 형태는 학생들로 하여금 더 많은 지식 습득 기회를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷상의 교육 시스템에서 개인의 정보를 수집하고, 개인별 교육성향을 분석하여 개인별로 적절한 서비스를 제공하기 위한 연구를 하였다. 데이터 마이닝 기법 중 연관규칙과 클러스터링 협업 필터링을 이용하여 학습자의 교육성향을 파악할 수 있다. 이를 마케팅에 적용한다면 학습자의 선호도를 상승시키고 해당 회사에 신뢰도가 높아져 이익을 증가시킬 수 있는 시스템으로 활용될 수 있다.

Elementary school students have a great deal of interest in Internet games which provide integrated multimedia and so they become to know well the terminology used in network such as game server, Internet service, transfer time, etc. In addition, they are used to understand the technological phenomena occurring in internet. They, however, have difficulty understanding concepts and principles regarding the phenomena mentioned above because the educational contents in elementary school computer textbooks consist of only ICT education and its applications, i.e., tool-based technology. In this paper, we apply educational learning on network concepts which are the basis on the internet to classroom instruction by using problem oriented models. We conclude that the educational contents in elementary school computer education should be transferred to the area with principles and concepts.

The information society based on Internet has positive effects to provide us with abundance and comfort as well as enhancement of quality of life. But it also has negative effects which bring about more serious social problems than real life. These negative effects of the cyber space are especially critical to elementary school students who do not have good judgment capability and clear concept on cyber space. To solve these problems, we have to let them have ethical sense to respond to the dysfunctions of Internet. We need to enforce Internet ethics education at home and in school so that they can behave as responsible and moral behaviors in this information society. Because the most of the elementary school students usually use Internet at home, the role of their parents can be particularly important factor in Internet ethics education. The purpose of this paper was to identify the current status of the consciousness on Internet ethics of the elementary school students who are the creators of new culture on Internet and their parents who make great influence on their education, and to study what influence the consciousness on the Internet ethics of parents has made on the Internet usage of their children. Through this study, we try to provide the desirable direction for Internet ethics of elementary school students.

7차 교육과정과 정보화시대를 맞이하여, 수학 교수-학습에서도 기술공학적 교구의 사용이 권장되고 있다. 이에 따라 많은 교원양성 기관과 단체들이 기술공학적인 교구에 대해 다양한 의견을 내고 있다. 여기에서는 먼저 기술공학적 교구의 사용에 대해 teaching 보다 학생의 learing을 중심이 되도록 하고 또한 인터넷과 네트웍 기반의 컨텐츠를 강조하는 원칙을 제시하고, 또 거북 기하학습 환경과 움직이는 기하학습 환경을 하나로 통합하여 인터넷에서 연결하여 쓸 수 있도록 http://javamath.snu.ac.kr 주소에 자바로 구현한 자바수학 마이크로월드의 설계에 대해 논한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Internet copyright education on ethical consciousness, moral judgement and piracy intention in Internet copyright. The result of empirical research shows that Internet copyright education effects on piracy intention through moral judgement in order to make a right or wrong decision about the actual piracy behavior. On the other hand, the internet copyright education does not effect on ethical consciousness and piracy intention directly. This result implies that internet copyright education do not actually impact on the attitude and consciousness of online piracy, and that right understanding and proper internet ethic education program have to be considered to protect negative consequences by online piracy.
