인체진동을 고려한 다관절 전동의수의 설계와 PID제어 (Design and PID Control of Myoelectronic Hand considering Human Vibration)

  • This purpose of this study was to design the effect of recovering of a hand amputees by myoelectronic hand. It was designed with 2 degree of freedom in tile laboratory. Myoelectronic hand had only one degree of freedom and one movement until now. Also this myoelectronic hand had multi-joint system. Myoelectronic hand data was obtained by measuring hand and data was applied when it was designed myoelectronic hand. PID controll of myoelectronic hand was used to it. Displacement control was applied the first link of finger. Experiment was accomlkished in Tip grasp, power grasp and Hook grasp modes. Displacement controll was good in low frequency. Velocity control was applied to each mode. This myoelectronic hand with a hand amputees could do some jobs such as grasping materials. Further studies were needed to evaluate the effect of a myoelectronic hand with more precise laboratory equipment.

  • Two problems in the measurement of 6-DOF head vibration in very low frequency range were investigated in this study. One is how much error was involved in the estimation of three rotational and three translational motion at any specified point from measured 6 translational accelerations. The other is quantitative and qualitative influence of gravity on DC and AC component of the estimated accelerations in 6 degree of freedom, which were derived from pick-ups fixed on a helmet. In the study the effect of nonlinear terms on the estimation of 6 degree of freedom accelerations was negligible but gravity effect must be considered carefully.

우리나라 발파진동 허용기준의 문제점에 대한 고찰 (A Review on the Problem of Korean Blast Damage Criterion)

  • 국가의 발파진동과 소음에 대한 규제 기준은 공학적인 기술검증 절차에 의해 설정되어져야 한다. 발파진동에 의한 공해는 인체에 미치는 영향과 구조물이나 시설물에 미치는 영향이 전혀 다르게 나타나므로 각각의 특성에 맞는 기술적인 검증을 거쳐 규제기준이 설정되어져야한다. 현재 국가에서 규정하고 있는 발파진동에 대한 규제 기준은 환경부의 소음 진동 규제법과 건설교통부의 터널시방서의 발파진동허용기준이 전부이다. 환경부의 발파진동 규제기준은 사람의 주거환경을 대상으로 설정하였으므로 인체에 대한 발파진동의 반응현상을 근거한 선진국의 연구자료와 법규정 등을 인용하여 부분적으로는 문제점이 있으나 비교적 타당성이 있는 기준이 설정되었다고 사료된다. 그러나 건설교통부에서 발파진동 규제 기준으로 제시한 터널시방서의 발파진동허용기준은 발파공학적인 기술특성을 알지 못한 상태에서 부실하게 규제 기준을 만들어 정상적인 발파 공사를 방해할 뿐만 아니라 선진국과 국내에서 지극히 정상적으로 발파 공사를 수행하고 있는 공법까지도 발파진동허용기준에 저촉되어 공법을 폐기해야하는 문제점이 발생되었다. 본고는 건설교통부의 발파진동허용기준에 대한 문제점을 지적하고 합리적인 발파진동허용기준에 대한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 유럽 18개 국가의 표준제정기구가 회원으로 구성되어 있는 유럽 규격제정 위원회(CEN:Comite europeen de Normalisation 또는 European Committee on Standardization)는 유럽 내에서 시판. 사용되는 모든 제품이 만족해야 할 규격 또는 규제안(regulation)을 제정하는 일을 담당하고 있다. 이들이 제정하는 규격의 기본적인 내용은 국제규격이나 각 나라의 규격과 대동소이하지만 그 내용에 있어서 구체적인 제품을 지정하기 때문에 보다 세분화되어 있으며 상업적인 성격을 띈다는 측면에서 ISO, DIN. BS등의 국제표준규격과 성격을 달리한다고 할 수 있다 특히, 이 위원회에서 공동으로 제정된 사안은 각 회원국에서 수정 없이 그대로 국가 인증규격으로 사용하므로 산업계에서는 상당한 영향력을 지닌 기구라고 할 수 있다.(중략)

  • In earth moving construction equipment used for rough and dangerous works, seat suspension system is the only means for reducing the vibration transmitted to the operator. Thus ISO(International Organization for Standardization) 7096 suggests a recommendation for the vibration characteristics of the seat suspension system in order to protect the human beings from excessive vibrationl. In this research, a new mechanical type seat suspension system is designed and a mathematical model, effective design parameters of the seat suspension system are determined and concept design strategy is presented.

ISO 2631-1을 이용한 국내 고속철도차량의 인체진동 노출량 평가 (Evaluation of Human Exposure to Vibration on Domestic High-speed Train using ISO 2631-1)

  • Vibration exposure of domestic high speed trains(KTX and ITX-saemaeulho) to passenger traveling on the Gyung-Bu line was measured to evaluate health effect which is based on ISO 2631-1. The vibration exposure was compared with the frequency weighted root mean square(r.m.s.) and vibration dose value(VDV) of the two trains’ vibration. It is concluded that vibration exposure of the two train during round trip of Busan-Seoul in single day is evaluated to be safe for the passenger’s health according to the health guidance caution defined on ISO 2631-1. Futhermore KTX’s vibration exposure is found to be significantly lower than ITX-saemaeulho thanks to lower vibration magnitude as well as shorter trip time.

  • The evaluation of the ride quality had been performed by the subjective method before ISO2631(International Organization for Stadard 2631) and BS6841(British Standard 6841) was precented, but many research programs have been performed by the objective method after that. On this study, the ride quality was evaluated related with the objective method which considered the vibration which the human body feels on the driver's seat while driving on the road. In particular, we made the shock absorber nonlinear model and also selected the suitable shock absorber in the part of the vibration which the human body feels into the simulation. The shock absorber of suspension was dealt with 3 cases respectively with the front wheel and rear wheel. The vibration of the car driving on the road can be transferred to the wheel, the suspension, the vehicle body, the seat and the human body. The signal which was gained from the seat(hip) and the floor(foot) of the human body was changed to the vibration signal which the human body felt through using the frequency weighting function. And then the performance of the shock absorber was calculated through the statistic processing.

  • Thirteen taxi drivers as the subject in the experiment were exposed to vertical vibration which is controlled on a rigid seat reflecting vibration on passenger vehicle. They were employed not only to get human response of objective measurement but also to make subjective evaluation of the vibration. The subjective evaluation was estimated using the absolute discomfort threshold of the controlled vibration, which was achieved with the three-down one-up method that is widely used in the field of psychophysics. As the result, apparent mass and apparent eccentric mass as objective human response tend to gradually decrease when frequency of the vibration increases. The absolute discomfort threshold was increased in case of increasing the frequency. Concludingly, the subjective discomfort evaluation is highly correlated with the objective human responses at the range of idle vibration on passenger vehicle.

  • 본 연구에서는 생활공간에서의 음 환경이 인체에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 긍정감성 유발 음환경으로서 시냇물 흐르는 소리를 배경으로한 명상음악을 제시하고 부정감성을 유발하는 음환경으로서 '헬리콥터소음'과 '마루삐그덕 소음'을 제시하여 자율신경계 생리반응으로서 심전도의 HRV를 분석하였다. HRV는 AR(autoregressive) 모델로 구하였으며 Power spectrum을 LF(0.01 - 0.08 Hz), MF(0.08 - 0.15 Hz), HF(0.15 - 0.5 Hz) 영역으로 나누어 LF. MF. HF 영역의 Power 및 LF/HF와 MF/(LF+HF) Power Ratio를 분석하였다.
