공동주택에 설치된 소화 및 제연시스템에 관한 화재연동 실태분석

  • 최근에 신축되는 주상복합건축물이나 대단위 아파트단지는 지상층에서 보면 각각이 독립되어 있는 별도의 소방대상물로 보이지만, 실제로는 지하층을 통하여 연결된 하나의 소방대상물이다. 이러한 건물의 지하층에서 화재가 발생하면 열이나 연기가 다른 동으로 확산되어 피해가 커질 수 있으며, 특정동의 소방펌프에서 고장이 발생하거나 우발적인 선로합선 등으로 인하여 수신기에 이상이 발생하면 전체 동에 설치된 소방시설이 정상적으로 작동되지 않는 경우가 발생하게 된다. 화재감지기의 신호에 따라 작동되는 제연댐퍼, 준비작동식 스프링 클러설비 등이 수신기에서 연동되는 과정을 인천송도에 위치한 글로벌주상복합 단지를 토대로 하여 소화 및 제연설비의 연동실태를 분석하였다.

Experimental and Numerical Studies for Sedimentation and Consolidation Characteristics of Dredged Soil in Songdo Area, Incheon (인천 송도지역 준설토의 침강 및 압밀특성에 대한 실험 및 해석적 연구)

  • Accurate settlement estimation of dredged soft soil deposits is significantly important to prevent potential disasters during land reclamation. An application of the non-linear finite strain consolidation theory is inevitable in dealing with a very soft ground formation such as dredged fill. In this paper, a series of the sedimentation-consolidation test, self-weight consolidation test and CRS test were conducted to clarify sedimentation and consolidation characteristics of dredged fill in the Songdo area, Incheon. In addition, the settlement of dredged fill was numerically simulated using the PSDDF program. The dredged soil obtained from the Songdo area was classified as low-compressible silt (ML) based on USCS (Unified Soil Classification System), and the final bulking factors were estimated to be 1.56 and 1.17 by Yano's method and the numerical simulation, respectively. This difference is attributable to relatively high reclaimed height and large permeability of dredged soil in this region.

  • This study discusses the conceptual definition of a balcony and the emergence of basic-type and expansion-type floor plans according to the balcony utilization. In addition, the change in building density is analyzed with regard to real cases, and base data are offered for future urban policies in Incheon Metropolitan City. The context of the Building Acts could be understood through the analysis of various balcony definitions and characteristics, and the analysis was divided into basic and extension types according to the legalization that occurred in 2005. The issue of density according to balcony expansion is discussed through theories, and a planned attempt at density management in the target area is investigated. The building area, floor area, and floor area ratio are discussed with regard to the target area, and the density management is empirically proven, which is different from the Unit Plan.

  • This study is to analyze the present situation of Incheon design and to research Incheon industrial design with the special character of the city. Next, the final purpose is to apply this study for the Incheon International Design Competition event that will be held first time sponsored by Incheon Metropolitan. Incheon is Metropolitan which has 2.6 million people and the entrance of seoul Metropolitan which is the center of export industry and one of the greatest industrial city. It is growing the hub of International trade city of the twenty-first centry due to the opening of Incheon International Airport and the new development of Song-do city. The industrial structure of Incheon is mostly consist of small industry centered which has a lack of design development capacity, and it has a little insufficient design-related institutes which can educate the design personnel. It has only two universities and six junior colleges. Especially, design-related academics and exhibitions are rare nearby Seoul area. I will contribute the study which makes the industrial character and the necessity of design that can be possible through the Incheon International Design Exhibition, and it will promote the backward design industry and economy of Incheon that compared to other regions of Korea. And, I am going to utilize as basic data bases for exercising advanced Incheon Industrial Design Competition. Furthermore, I would like to contribute the image improvement of new International Incheon Metropolitan through the training of excellent design experts and finding design-related personnels which can be accomplished the cooperation among local autonomy, industries and schools.

Analysis of the Changes of Liner Service Networks by Using SNA: Focused on Incheon Port (사회연결망 분석을 활용한 컨테이너 정기선 항로 변화 분석: 인천항을 중심으로)

  • Incheon port attained two million TEU of container throughput between 2013 and 2014 as a third port in domestic container throughput. It opened a new port in Song-do, Incheon in June 2015 to prepare for the continuing increase in container throughput.Therefore, it has provided the platform for being the major container port domestically and internationally. As the role of the new port increases, the role and direction of the Incheon port liner service network attracts attention. This study analyzes the centrality of the Incheon port liner service network by using SNA (Social Network Analysis), which was introduced in the maritime economics area recently, focusing on the Incheon port liner service network. We recognize the degree centrality, closeness centrality, and betweenness centrality of each port and its effect on the Incheon port liner service network. The study showed that for Incheon port, the centrality of the Busan port in Korea, and the Hong Kong port, is high outside the country. This helps us determine that the hub of the Incheon port is neither Shanghai nor Singapore, which ranks first and second, respectively, on container throughput. It is also helps us to know that eastern China's ports have not played a role of the hub of the Incheon port until now because of the relatively low centrality of eastern China's ports.

  • 본 논문에서는 풍하중을 받는 구조물의 응답을 보다 적극적으로 저감시킴으로써 구조물의 안정성과 사용성을 개선하기위한 능동제어 알고리즘을 송도 자유무역 지구에 건설중인 포스코건설 사옥에 수치해석을 통해 적용하여 그 효과를 검증하였다. 수치해석에 의한 시뮬레이션 결과를 보면 최대 제어력이 제한이 된 비선형 제어기가 LQR 제어기와 등등한 제어효과를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 제어력의 측면에서 본다면 비선형 제어기법이 더욱 유리한 것을 알 수 있다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 구조물과 질량형 제진장치의 상호작용을 고려하여 통합적으로 제진효과를 해석하고, 이를 바탕으로 제진장치를 설계할 수 있는 소프트웨어를 개발하였다. 구조물의 모드정보에 기초한 축소모델을 구축하고 제진장치의 설계 및 제진성능 평가를 수행하고 사용성을 평가하게 된다. 전체 소프트웨어는 질량형 제진장치의 설계프로그램과 질량형 제진장치의 종류별 대안설계결과를 등가감쇠비로 표현하여 비교평가하는 두 개의 모듈로 이루어져 있으며 전자는 비제어구조물 해석 모듈 및 TMD, TLD, TLCD, AMD를 대상으로 해석 및 설계를 수행하는 총 5개의 하부 모듈로 구성된다. 본 소프트웨어를 현재 TLCD가 설치되어 있는 인천 송도 국제업무지구의 주상복합건물에 적용하여 TMD, TLD, TLCD, AMD의 대안설계를 실시하였다.

Evaluation of the kinematic positioning accuracy of the navigation terminal with terrestrial DMB-based DGPS service (지상파 DMB 기반 DGPS 서비스를 이용한 내비게이션 단말의 이동측위 정확도 평가)

  • 현재 국토해양부에서 전국을 대상으로 실시하고 있는 지상파 DMB 기반 DGPS 실험방송의 정확도를 PC기반 수신 시스템과 내비게이션 단말을 이용하여 평가하였다. 정확도 평가를 위한 지역은 인천 송도 신도시와 서울 반포지역으로, 두 지역에 측위 경로를 선정하여 이동측위를 실시하였으며 각각 GPS 단독측위와 DMB 기반 DGPS를 이용한 측위 결과를 비교하였다. 먼저 위치보정정보의 송수신을 위하여 개발된 PC 기반 수신 시스템을 이용한 정확도 평가 결과는 송도에서 GPS 단독측위의 경우 2.5m의 수평오차가 발생하였고, DMB 기반 DGPS는 1.5m의 수평오차가 발생하였다. 또한 반포지역에서는 GPS 단독에서 2.0m, DMB기반 DGPS에서는 0.8m 수평오차가 발생하였다. 앞서 PC 기반 수신 시스템을 통해 검증 된 알고리즘을 구현한 DMB 기반 DGPS 샘플 내비게이션 단말을 이용하여 동일한 방법으로 정확도를 평가하였고 본 논문에서 그 결과를 소개한다.

Driveability and Bearing Capacity Characteristics Analysis of 590 MPa Grade High Strength Steel Pipe Pile at Songdo Area through Dynamic Load Tests (동재하시험결과 분석을 통한 송도지역 590MPa급 고강도 강관말뚝의 항타관입성 및 지지력 특성 분석)

  • Domestic usage of high strength steel for pile has been limited to steel with yield strength (YS) of 490 MPa. However, design and construction cases abroad show beneficial usage of steel pipe with YS ranging in 500~700 MPa. In this study, YS 590 MPa steel pipe has been tested for driven pile foundation in Songdo area. Pile dynamic analysis (PDA) was carried out for 18 piles of which 16 piles have been reviewed for comparison of the PDA test results with those of GRLWeap analysis using SPT N value. Back analysis of PDA analysis was also carried out to narrow the deviation of standard SPT N value used in GRLWeap analysis. A regression equation is suggested for the shaft and toe resistance according to SPT N values for future GRLWeap analysis that can be used in the designing stage at Songdo area.

Characterization of Soil Variability of Songdo Area in Incheon (인천 송도지역 지반의 변동성 분석)

  • Geotechnical variability is a complex feature that results from many independent sources of uncertainties, and is mainly affected by inherent variability and measurement errors. This study evaluates the coefficient of variation (COV) of soil properties and soil layers at Song-do region in Korea. Since soil variability is sensitive to soil layers and soil types, the Cays by soil layers (reclaimed layer and marine layer) and the COVs by soil types (clay and silt) were separately evaluated. It is observed that geotechnical variability of marine layer and clay is relatively smaller than that of reclamation layer and silt. And, the highly weathered rock and soil show the higher cays in the interpretation of the strength parameters of the fresh and weathered rock. And the proposed COV of Songdo area can be used for the reliability-based design procedure.

Stratigraphic Sequence and Depositional Environment of Unconsolidated Deposits in the West Seacoast (서해안 미고결 지층의 퇴적이력 및 퇴적환경)

  • The west seacoast has approximately 83% of tidal flat in Korea. Gyeonggi-do and Inchon has 35.1%. This study was carried out to understand depositional environment and properties of tidal deposits that distributed in the Gyeonggi bay. On the basis of observation and description on mineralogical, geochemical, physical properties, detailed sedimentary unit has been respectively distinguished Based on. stratigraphic position, facies and unconformity, the intertidal zones are classified into four sedimentary units, and bedrock over the units has been developed in the order of Unit 4${\rightarrow}$Unit 3${\rightarrow}$Unit 2${\rightarrow}$Unit 1. The intertidal sediment deposits of Gyeonggi Bay were compared with those of west coast. In Cheongra area all strata of Unit 4-Unit 3-Unit 2-Unit 1 appear. In Yeongjong-do Unit 2-Unit 1, in Incheon Bridge and Songdo area Unit 4-Unit 3-Unit 1 are observed. In Daesan area Unit 4-Unit 3-Unit 1 are observed. Average clay mineral content ratio is 8.2% in Cheongra area, 2.9% in Yeongjong Island, 18.4% in Incheon Bridge, 24.6% in Songdo area.
