인천 남동공단에서 약 9Km 떨어진 해상에 준설, 매립하여 조성된 3만평의 인공섬에 위치한 인천 LPG 수입기지 현장은 인천광역시와 수도권 지역에 민수용 LPG의 안정적인 공급을 하기 위하여 건설되는 LPG저장용 지하동굴 공사 현장이다. 저장 용량은 Propane가스 17만톤($34만5천\textrm{mm}^3$), Butane가스 7만톤($12만5천\textrm{mm}^3$) 이다. 지하저장시설은 대용량의 액화가스를 주변환경을 해치지 않으면서 화재나 전쟁, 지진등 재해로부터 안전하게 보호 하는데 가장 경제적이고 효율적이며, 운전 및 유지 보수 비용이 적게 드는데다 국토의 효율적인 활용과 공사비가 저렴하다는 장점을 갖고 있다.(중략)

This study was conducted to investigate the breakfast patterns and preference with 380 elementary school student in Inchon city using questionnaires. As a result, the subjects were mostly eaten steamed rice with other side dishes and also expected Korean-style steamed rice as a breakfast. The main reason of skipping meal was lack of time. Gruel, bread, cereal, noodle were hardly selected as a breakfast. BMI(body mass index) and Broca index were normal range. Therefore, these results need to provide nutritional education for the elementary school students and reflect the patterns of breakfast through importance and diversity.

This study is to analyze the present situation of Incheon design and to research Incheon industrial design with the special character of the city. Next, the final purpose is to apply this study for the Incheon International Design Competition event that will be held first time sponsored by Incheon Metropolitan. Incheon is Metropolitan which has 2.6 million people and the entrance of seoul Metropolitan which is the center of export industry and one of the greatest industrial city. It is growing the hub of International trade city of the twenty-first centry due to the opening of Incheon International Airport and the new development of Song-do city. The industrial structure of Incheon is mostly consist of small industry centered which has a lack of design development capacity, and it has a little insufficient design-related institutes which can educate the design personnel. It has only two universities and six junior colleges. Especially, design-related academics and exhibitions are rare nearby Seoul area. I will contribute the study which makes the industrial character and the necessity of design that can be possible through the Incheon International Design Exhibition, and it will promote the backward design industry and economy of Incheon that compared to other regions of Korea. And, I am going to utilize as basic data bases for exercising advanced Incheon Industrial Design Competition. Furthermore, I would like to contribute the image improvement of new International Incheon Metropolitan through the training of excellent design experts and finding design-related personnels which can be accomplished the cooperation among local autonomy, industries and schools.

최근 집중호우로 인한 도시침수가 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 특히 2022년 서울의 강남지역과 경북의 포항 등 기습호우에 의한 침수로 인해 재산피해와 인명피해가 발생하였다. 본 연구는 이러한 집중호우로 인해 발생되는 도시침수에 대응하기 위하여 '저감이 아닌 예방'을 목적으로 도심지홍수 모니터링 시스템개발을 진행하고 있으며, 지자체와의 연계를 통한 실증실험을 진행하여 기술검증을 진행하고자하였다. 단일 센서로는 얻을 수 없는 종합적인 정보를 수집하기 위하여 멀티센싱을 이용한 시스템을 구상하였으며, 수위센서를 통한 침수심 데이터와 CCTV의 비정형 영상데이터 등을 종합적으로 취합하여 분석하고 사용자에게 안내 할 수 있도록 시스템을 구축하고자 하였다. 수집된 데이터는 연구원과 지자체로 전송되며, 연구원은 데이터수집을 통한 양질의 정보를 생산할 수 있다. 지자체는 수집된 데이터를 통해 실시간으로 침수지역 및 침수심 등을 확인 할 수 있으며, 홍수 이후 침수의 원인을 분석할 수 있는 데이터를 확보하여 추후 발생되는 홍수에 대한 대비가 가능할 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구에 대한 실증실험을 위하여 서울특별시와 인천광역시 미추홀구청과 업무협약을 진행하였으며, 도림천 인근과 인천광역시 미추홀구의 침수지역을 대상지역으로 선정하고 계측센서를 설치하여 실측 데이터를 확보하고자 한다.

There are islands about 3,200 in Korea surrounded by the sea side. The region of islands is the transition areas which are a border in the land and marine ecosystem. It is rich in biodiversity depending on the interaction among inland, sea and atmosphere. However, it is worried that damages of marine environment is increased because the more national income and demands ofmarine leisure increase, the more development projects are grown in marine areas. Also this trends are extending in island areas. Incheon Metropolitan city has huge island areas which are both inhabited and deserted islands. The range of island areas is very wide, so it is difficult for the city government to manage environment in the island areas. Therefore, this paper analyzed and discussed the actual conditions about managing marine environment at island areas.
