The Effects of Supervisory Participation and Information Provision on the Sales Efforts (판매원의 판매노력에 대한 감독자의 정보제공과 판매원의 감독참가의 효과)

  • 본 연구는 판매노력을 열심히 일을 하는 것과 효율적으로 일을 하는 것으로 구분하고 판매노력에 대한 감독자의 정보제공과 판매원의 감독참가의 효과를 알아보는데 역점을 두고 수행되었다. 판매원의 감독참가와 감독자의 정보제공은 종업원이 자신들의 목표와 성과 그리고 능력과 활동에 관한 내용을 능동적으로 인지하게 함으로서 종업원의 지식수준을 높아지게 하고, 판매원에게 기대되는 역할을 인지하는 하는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 종업원의 지식수준은 종업이 일을 열심히 하고, 효율적으로 하는 정도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 판매원으로 하여금 판매직무에서 본인에게 기대되는 것이 무엇인지, 자신이 해야할 일이 정확히 무엇인지를 인지하게 하는데 긍정적인 영향력이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그런데 역할명료성이 일을 열심히 하게 하는데 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만 효율적으로 하는 효과는 없는 것으로 나타났고, 오히려 감독통제수단으로서 정보제공이 판매원이 일을 효율적으로 수행하게끔 하는데 유의적인 직접효과가 있음을 발견하였다.

The Effects of Background Knowledge and Prior-Examples in Creative Problem Solving (창의적 아이디어 산출에 대한 배경지식과 사례의 영향)

  • Three experiments were conducted to investigate whether different types (common vs. uncommon) of prior-examples entail different effects in creative problem solving, and whether types/levels (rich or lean. common or uncommon) of background knowledge interact with types of prior-examples. It was found that the example types and the types/levels of background knowledge do interact and have some differential effects on generating novel and useful ideas. In Experiment 1 and 2. uncommon examples had a positive effect - generating many novel and useful ideas. regardless of background knowledge types. while common examples had positive effects, only when the background knowledge was somewhat uncommon In Experiment 3 it was also found that types (irrelevant,. single common. single uncommon, or multiple common + uncommon) of background knowledge seemed to influence differently on the ease of finding solutions: when background knowledge is diverse or not directly related to the task problem, uncommon prior examples produced much greater number of novel ideas than it was with single common or sin91e uncommon background knowledge. Implications of the present study were discussed. in relation to mental sets and fixation.

  • 최근 정보와 지식의 폭발적인 증가, 인터넷과 IT 기술의 발달로 어떻게 하면 핵심적인 정보를 찾아내고 그러한 지식이 어떻게 발전할 것인지에 대한 연구의 일환으로 semantic web, DB mining 등의 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이를 위해서 ontology 등 지식의 구조화작업 등이 큰 관심을 끌고 있다. 또 이러한 지식을 디지털 화하고 계량화해서 새로운 지식을 창출하는 방법들인 informatics, informetrics 등의 분야도 급속히 관심을 끌고 있다.

Proposing and Validating a Classification Method based on Knowledge Structure to Identify High-Quality Presentation Slides (고품질 슬라이드 선별을 위한 지식구조 기반 분류 기법)

  • In order to discern and classify high-quality slides, our research proposes a classification method that utilizes a knowledge structure containing information on the presentation slides. After analyzing whether our knowledge structure captures the content's quality information, we developed a classification method based on the knowledge structure produced from the analysis results. With the proposed method, we compared results classified by quality of presentation slides. Through this comparison, we verified that the slides in the high quality group could be classified and were able to retrieve high quality slides. The results show that, by utilizing the cognitive model of a knowledge structure, our method can increase the effectiveness of classification when search or recommendation is conducted mainly with high-quality slides.

  • In the information and knowledge-based society, problem-solving ability to utilize information and to cope with various problem situations is considered to be much more important than simply memorized knowledge. On the basis of such needs of the current society, various studies were conducted focusing on the merits of e-learning to create learning environments that can help students acquire basic knowledge and develop problem-solving abilities. This study attempted to design and develop a web-based learning environment for problem-solving applying cognitive apprenticeship that can help students develop their thinking skills and problem-solving strategies. The results of this study can be utilized as a method to connect traditional classrooms to e-Learning.

Development of Preventive Self-Management Knowledge Related to Premature Labor (PSMK-PL) Scale for Women of Childbearing Age : An Item Response Theory Approach (가임 여성의 조기진통에 대한 예방적 자가관리 지식 측정 도구 개발: 문항반응이론 적용)

  • Purpose: This study was to develop the Preventive Self-Management Knowledge related to Premature Labor (PSMK-PL) scale for women of childbearing age. Methods: Preliminary items were developed based on the literature and interview results of those who experienced premature labor. The online survey was conducted and the data of 250 women were analyzed using the DIMTEST and DETECT programs by applying the item response theory. Internal consistency reliability was analyzed with Cronbach's alpha (95% CI). Results: Among the 30 preliminary items, six items were deleted. The difficulty and discrimination of the 24 final three-dimensional scales were all acceptable, respectively. Cronbach's alpha (95% CI) was .89 (.87~.91). Conclusion: The PSMK-PL scale generally consisted of items with validity, and the reliability was acceptable.

Connections between the Subjective Awareness Characteristics of Oral Health of Certain Adults and Their Oral Health Knowledge and Practice Behavior of Oral Health (일부 성인의 주관적 구강건강 인지 특성과 구강보건 지식 및 구강보건 실천 행태의 연관성 연구)

  • Under the goal of examining the subjective awareness characteristics of oral health and identifying major factors influencing the oral health knowledge and practice behavior of oral health, this study collected and analyzed questionnaires from 763 adults in certain areas from June 23, 2011 to March 24, 2012 and obtained the following conclusions: 1. As for oral health knowledge according to general characteristics, there was statistical significance(p<0.001) according to gender, educational background, and vocation. 2. As for the practice behavior of oral health according to general characteristics, there was statistical significant(p<0.001) according to gender, age, educational background, vocation, and income. 3. As for the Oral health knowledge and the practice behavior of oral health according to awareness characteristics of oral health, there was statistical significant(p<0.001) according to the importance of oral health, subjective health state and interest in oral health(p<0.001). 4. According to the regression analysis results of the factors related to oral health knowledge and practice behavior of oral health, there was statistical significance(p<0.001) in interest in oral health and had connection. Based on those findings, it is imperative to fully consider the general characteristics and subjective awareness characteristics of oral health of individuals when developing an educational program for oral health and investigating and conducting educational methods for oral health in order to improve the practice of oral health for practically better oral health of the nation.

The Characteristics of semantic association task performance in elderly with subjective memory impairment and mild cognitive impairment (주관적 기억장애 및 경도인지장애 노인의 의미연상과제 수행 특성)

  • The loss of semantic knowledge and impairments in semantic associations by semantic category is gaining increasing attention, as indicators of early-stage cognitive decline. As such, we assigned semantic association task (SAT) to normal elderly (NE) and those with subjective memory impairment (SMI) or mild cognitive impairment (MCI) to examine their performance by semantic subcategories and the differences in error patterns. We found a significant difference in the number of correct response and reaction time under the SAT categories among the three groups, with the highest performance observed in 'function' and the lowest performance in 'superordinate' and 'part/whole'. Moreover, the error frequency was the lowest in NE, followed by those with SMI and MCI, with the latter two groups showing a significant increase in no-response. Our findings demonstrate the varying extent and process of impairments in the semantic network by category over different stages of cognitive decline. Thus, we proposed SAT performance as an indicator to detect and follow-up on cognitive decline in elderly with cognitive disorder.

Fuzzy Behavior Knowledge Space for Integration of Multiple Classifiers (다중 분류기 통합을 위한 퍼지 행위지식 공간)

  • In this paper, we suggest the "Fuzzy Behavior Knowledge Space(FBKS)" and explain how to utilize the FBKS when aggregating decisions of individual classifiers. The concept of "Behavior Knowledge Space(BKS)" is known to be the best method in the context that each classifier offers only one class label as its decision. However. the BKS does not considers measurement value of class label. Furthermore, it does not allow the heuristic knowledge of human experts to be embedded when combining multiple decisions. The FBKS eliminates such drawbacks of the BKS by adapting the fwzy concepts. Our method applies to the classification results that contain both class labels and associated measurement values. Experimental results confirm that the FBKS could be a very promising tool in pattern recognition areas.

  • 현대 지식정보화 사회에서 학생들의 자기 주도적 학습능력을 중시하는 시대적 요구에 따라 본 연구에서는 스크래치 프로그래밍 교육을 통하여 학생들의 자기 주도적 학습능력에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 상위인지능력을 향상시키기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 기존의 여러 교육용 프로그래밍 교육은 그 자체의 기능을 익히는데 너무 많은 시간과 노력이 소요되어 정작 프로그래밍 교육을 통해 얻고자 하는 것을 얻기에는 부족함이 많이 있었다. 하지만 최근 개발된 교육용 프로그램 스크래치는 기존에 교육용 프로그램이 갖고 있던 여러 가지 단점을 보완하고 보다 쉬운 프로그래밍 교육을 통해 논리력이나 문제해결력 같은 고인지 사고능력을 길러줄 수 있다. 자신의 인지상태를 탐색하고 학습 혹은 문제 해결 과정에 필요한 인지적 자원을 분석하며 능동적으로 조정하는 인지적 상호작용의 총합인 상위인지능력의 향상에 중점을 둔 스크래치 프로그래밍 교육을 통해 학생들의 상위인지능력을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
