AI Chatbot Users' Satisfaction and Intention for Continued Use : Moderating Effects of Chatbot Type and Motivations (AI 챗봇 타입과 이용동기에 따른 사용만족도 및 지속사용의도 :자기결정이론을 중심으로)

  • With a recent rise of various chatbot services, this study attempts to explore the role of chatbot users'' psychological characteristics by applying the self-determination theory. In particular,this study investigates (a) the relationship between chatbot users' psychological needs(perceived autonomy, perceived competence, perceived relatedness) and user satisfaction, continuous intention to use, and (b) the moderating effect of chatbot type and user motivations. Based upon a survey, the results revealed that perceived autonomy, competence, and relatedness had significant positive effects on user satisfaction and continuous intention to use. The results also confirmed that the user satisfaction had a significant positive effect on the continuous intention to use. The moderating effect of social and relational motivation was found between perceived autonomy, competence, relatedness and user satisfaction. The implications are discussed for furthering the development of chatbot services.

Interaction and Flow as the Antecedents of e-Learner Satisfaction (이러닝 만족도 영향요인으로서의 상호작용과 몰입)

  • Satisfactory e-learning experience of working part-time adult students is a truly dynamic and multidimensional process that reflects learning needs and abilities. Special attention is given to understanding the role of student-to-faculty interaction, student-to-student interaction, e-learning content and course structure, flow, periodic off-line class meetings and synchronous Q&A sessions. Survey questions were developed and distributed to adult graduate students. Some of them were asked to complete the questions with the most interesting subjects or classes in their mind, and others with the most difficult subjects in their mind. The structural model for each group was tested. The values of path coefficients corresponding to the group with the difficult subjects turn out to be higher for the following paths; a) interaction among professors and students and satisfaction, b) contents quality and flow, c) Q&A and interaction among professors and students, d) Q&A and interaction among students. For the other paths such as interaction among students and satisfaction, contents structure and flow, the coefficient values corresponding to the group with the interesting subjects are higher. Some implications for e-learning design were provided as well.

The Impact of Web Site Characteristics on e-Trust in Specialized Portal (전문포털의 웹사이트 특성이 e-신뢰에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined relationship of effect between the characteristics of specialized portal and two branch dimension(cognitive and emotional e-trust) of e-trust on the specialized portal web-site. The characteristics of specialized portal web-site composed the guarantee factor, the structural factor, information factor, the entertainment factor and the flow factor by prior research. The model of e-trust strategy for specialized portal web-site is tested here using data from 122 samples. Result of factor and regression analysis show that the hypothesized relationships are significant. In examining the relationships of the factors in the study, the guarantee, structural and information fact effect on building of cognitive e-Trust. Second, the entertainment and flow factor effect on emotional e- Trust. Third, the cognitive and emotional e- Trust effect on the satisfaction of e-Service users. As these results, this study found out difference paths of e-Trust which effect on the satisfaction of e-Service by cognitive and emotional e- Trust approaches to the specialized portal web - sites.

  • 본 연구에서는 비대면 환경에서 실재감이 학습성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 전문대학의 프로그래밍 수업을 수강하는 427명의 학생을 대상으로 교수실재감, 인지적 실재감, 감성적 실재감과 만족도, 학습지속의 향의 관계를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 만족도에는 교수실재감과 인지적 실재감이, 학습지속의향에는 교수실재감, 인지적 실재감, 감성적 실재감이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과에 기초하여 비대면 환경의 프로그래밍 수업에 대한 설계 및 운영전략을 시사하였다.

  • The objective of this study was to investigate satisfaction and revisit intention of Muju Firefly Festival visitors, based on visitors’ evaluation of festival images. The result of this research provided three major findings as belows. 1. The factor of “uniqueness of festival” among emotional image group and the factors of “festival spirit” and “educational impact” among cognitive image group contributed to the levels of visitor satisfaction. 2. The factors of “uniqueness of festival” and “traditionalism of festival” among emotional image group and the factors of “festival spirit” and “educational impact of festival” among cognitive image group influenced the revisit intention of festival visitors. 3. The factor of “uniqueness of festival” among emotional image group and factors of “festival spirit” and “educational impact” among cognitive image group had an impact on the intention of word of mouth.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the image of the feel of the local festival visitors participated in local festivals, the local festival image Impact on vistor's satisfaction, revisit and intention of recommendation. In addition, empirically how the visitor's satisfaction impact on their revisit and intention of recommendation. Analysis showed that local festival image factor is derived by three factors, such as cognitive image factor, emotional image factor, facility image factor. All three factors ware seen as the important factors affecting the visitor's facilities satisfaction, but only emotional image of the three images was a factor affecting the visitor's operating satisfaction. Above all should be considered cognitive image Among the three images(cognitive images, emotional images, facilities Images) To enhance the visitor's revisit and intention of recommendation. In other words, it is important that the position of local festival be considered. Should try to raise the quality of cognitive images to improve the visitor's satisfaction, revisit and intention of recommendation at the same time.

  • 최근의 통신서비스 시장은 경쟁의 도입과 기술의 발전이라는 두 축에 힘입어 양질의 서비스를 보다 저렴한 요금으로 소비자들에게 제공하고자 노력하여 왔다. 그러나 이러한 통신서비스의 질적 향상 노력에도 불구하고 여전히 통신서비스의 품질은 소비자들의 기대수준에는 미치지 못하고 있다는 지적이 있다 더욱이 문제가 되는 것은 소비자가 인지하고 있는 통신 서비스 품질의 기대수준은 시간의 흐름에 따라 동태적으로 변화하는 것이어서 한 시점에서의 통신 서비스 품질 수준의 측정으로는 정책적으로 큰 의미를 설명하기 어려운 실정이다. 이와 관련하여 많은 선행 연구들이 다양한 측면에서 시행되어져 왔지만 이제까지의 많은 선행 연구들은 대부분이 통신서비스의 특성을 제대로 고려하지 않고, 고객만족의 향상과 불일치를 가져오고 있는 성능품질만을 측정한다거나, 시간의 흐름에 따라 변화해 가는 소비자가 서비스에 대해 인지하고 있는 중요도나 기대수준을 고려하지 않고 있으며, 각 구성요소간의 동태적 인과고리에 대한 고려 없이 연구가 이루어져 전반적인 통신 서비스의 고객만족을 전체적인 시각에서 평가한 연구는 극히 드물다. 따라서 본 연구는 통신서비스의 고객만족을 피드백 관점, 동태적 관점, 사실적 관점의 시스템 다이내믹스 방법론을 적용하여 전반적인 동태적 고객만족 모형을 구현하고 이를 정책적으로 활용할 수 있는가에 대한 접근을 시도하였다. 고객만족은 결코 한순간에 머물러 있는 것이 아니며 체감품질 및 기대수준의 영향을 받아 지속적으로 변화해간다 따라서 어떻게 기대수준을 관리하고 고객의 기대에 부응하는 체감품질을 관리하는 것이 지속적인 고객만족을 획득할 수 있는 가를 시뮬레이션 모형을 통해 가시적으로 시스템의 행태를 구현함으로써 그 이해의 폭을 넓히고자 시도하였다.으로써 웹에서의 혁신적이며 크로스 사이트, 크로스 장르적인 컨텐츠 플래닝의 가능성을 시사하는데 의의가 있다고 하겠다.y used to some of interactive storytelling through hyper text in CD-ROM and web sites. Derivation of Representative Emotions Through Analysis of Perceived Frequency Profiles of Various Emotions According to Levels of Cognitive Well-Being (인지적 안녕감 수준에 따른 다양한 감정의 지각된 빈도 프로파일 분석을 통한 대표 감정 도출)

  • This study determines whether the perception of the frequency of experiencing positive, negative, and surprise emotions changes according to the level of cognitive well-being. Furthermore, we determined practical means to analyze which emotions can be managed in daily life as an effective means of improving overall life satisfaction by identifying representative specific emotions that strongly predict the level of cognitive well-being. To this end, the between-subjects factorial design is adopted to measure the frequency of emotional experiences according to the level of cognitive well-being in 438 university undergraduate students. For cognitive well-being, the life satisfaction scale (SWLS) was used, and the PANAS-X scale was used to measure emotional frequency. As a result, first, the group with high cognitive well-being displays a higher frequency of positive and surprise emotional experiences and a lower frequency of negative emotional experiences than the group with low cognitive well-being. Second, the results confirm that representative emotions affecting cognitive well-being included 8 positive emotions, 7 negative emotions, and 1 surprise emotion. Among them, positive emotions include "happy" and "confident," negative emotions include "dissatisfied with self" and "disgusted with self," and surprise emotions include words such as "amazed." Therefore, we can conclude that the representative emotions are those with the greatest influence on cognitive well-being. Therefore, increasing the frequency of specific emotions (e.g., happy, confident, and surprise) and decreasing the frequency of others (e.g., dissatisfied with self and disgusted with self) could be effective in improving cognitive well-being than unconditionally examining emotions experienced in daily life.

A Study on the Effects of Job Satisfaction and Job Performance of Disabled Workers in Social Enterprises (국내 사회적 기업 장애인 근로자의 직무만족과 직무성과의 영향요인 분석)

  • This study inspected 203 employees with disabilities who are working in social enterprises based in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do from March to June 2019 in order to find out the factors of self-efficacy, social support, wages and welfare, relationship with upper management and co-worker relationships which influence job Performance and job satisfaction of disabled workers. The implications of this research are as follows. First, the factors that positively affect work performance are self-efficacy and co-worker relationships. It was shown that trust and respect that disabled workers working in domestic social corporations perceive while diligently performing the work without any bias and getting from coworkers led to good work performance. Second, when the current wage was determined by the employee's perceived ability, skill and current workloads that fit to their ability, the workers expressed job satisfaction. Moreover, job satisfaction by the employees was followed by the perception of the possibility of living a more stable life with the current monthly income. Third, upper managements' care on personal issues, acknowledgment of autonomy and support through communication have led to job satisfaction among the employees. Lastly, considering the research result in which the social support that the disabled workers perceive does not show any positive effect on work performance or work satisfaction, it can be concluded that there is a need for a change in the social perception of disabled workers.
