Earlier researches on Sensor Networks preferred symmetric key-based authentication schemes in consideration of limitations in network resources. However, recent advancements in cryptographic algorithms and sensor-node manufacturing techniques have opened suggestion to public key-based solutions such as Merkle tree-based schemes. This paper proposes a new concept of public key-based authentication using Polynomial Secret Sharing that can be effectively applied to sensor networks and a detection of malicious node using the hash function. This scheme is based on exponential distributed data concept, a derivative from Shamir's (t,n) threshold scheme, in which the authentication of neighbouring nodes are done simultaneously while minimising resources of sensor nodes and providing network scalability.

This study was conducted to examine the effects of healthcare accreditation on patient safety and quality, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. One group pretest posttest design was used. The study included 405 participants, who have worked for more than one year in a general hospital. The treatment was healthcare accreditation which was prepared from Apr. 2012 and tested by Korea Institution for Healthcare Accreditation on Nov. 2012. Data was analyzed using paired t-test and One-Way ANOVA. This study found patient safety and quality(t=7.28, p=.000), job satisfaction(t=7.13, p=.000) and organizational commitment(t=3.44, p=.001) increased significantly after healthcare accreditation. The results of this study suggest that healthcare accreditation has the potential to improve patient safety and quality, job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport established Heating and cooling energy conservation plan of apartment for 2017, reducing 90% compared to energy consumption of 1990. Also, at 2015 United Nations Climate Change Conference, the Ministry announced to reduce 37% of estimated $CO^2$ emission(850 million ton) at 2030. To satisfy this, it is urgent to reduce $CO^2$ emission due to the building, which takes majority amount of total $CO^2$ emission, and public interest for the commissioning of intensified building performance is uprising. However, the building commissioning at construction is not enacted, and not activated due to the lackness of promotion and will of general contractor. Furthermore, commissioning is not mandatory for obtaining G-SEED certification. Therefore, this paper describes effectiveness of commissioning with comparison of commissioning evaluation criteria of G-SEED with LEED and BREEAM, to propose making commissioning as mandatory process and drive changes in perception among stakeholders for activation of domestic building commissioning.

본 연구에서는 인터넷 기반의 전자 상거래에서 극소액 지불을 지원하고, 원격지에서의 계정 개설과 관리 등을 용이하게 할 수 있도록 지불인과 수취인을 쉽게 인증할 수 있는 인증이 강화된 전자 현금 모형의 지불 프로토콜을 개발하고, 프로토타입을 통해 그 효과성을 실험하였다. 또한 본 연구에서 개발하고자 하는 온라인 전자현금인 OnCash에서는 기존의 전자 현금인 Ecash나 Netcash와 마찬가지로 공개키 암호방식과 비밀키 암호방식을 이용하여 메시지 기밀성을 유지하고 전자 화폐의 이중사용을 방지하고, 적정한 수준의 익명성을 유지할 수 있도록 하였다.

본 논문에서는 네트워크 보안 장비의 OS로 사용되는 리눅스 시스템의 인증제어 체계인 PAM Module을 이용하여 강화된 보안장비들의 인증제도에 대응할 수 있는 기능들을 개발하며 이를 이용하여 최근 급격히 증가하고 있는 보안장비 해킹 공격에 효과적으로 대비할 수 있도록 한다.

This study investigated the internal accreditation system of A University which is a quality management system of curriculum that allows departments to examine the curriculum of itself. The results showed that the internal accreditation improved satisfaction of students in four areas: education goal & curriculum organization, curriculum implementation, support for curriculum, and curriculum development. It was also found that the system improved core competencies of students. Lastly, the students' evaluation for lecture was significantly improved compared with evaluation before internal accreditation. Based on these results, the study provided basic data for the design of internal accreditation system at A university.

개정된 정보통신망법 정보보호 관리체계에 대해 민간, 공공기관들의 관심과 인증을 준비하는 조직이 늘어나고 있다. 의무 인증대상자가 대. 중견기업, 비(非) 정보통신서비스 사업자로 확대되고 국제표준 요구사항의 일부 인정이 가능해지며 ISO/IEC 27001:2013과 정보보호 관리체계에 대한 동시 인증을 효과적으로 추진하기 위한 가이드라인이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 '정보보호 관리체계'(ISMS)의 요구사항, 통제항목 및 심사 과정에서의 차이점 분석(gap analysis)을 통해, 국제표준과 국내 법령에 적합한 ISMS를 효과적으로 구현할 수 있도록 한다.

중요한 정보의 저장 및 보호하는 기능을 제공하는 스마트카드가 온라인/오프라인에서 대규모 응용에 사용되기 위해서는 강력한 사용자 인증이 요구된다. 이러한 요구는 생체정보의 사용으로 그 효과를 볼 수 있는데, 생체정보의 사용은 사용자 인증을 강력하게 할 뿐만 아니라 외우지 않아도 되는 편리한 비밀키를 제공한다. 동시에 중요한 개인정보인 생체정보 및 처리중의 정보를 스마트카드에 의해서 보호받는 MoC(Match on Card) 방식을 적용받게 된다. 그러나 기존의 MoC방식의 인증 및 키 추출과정에서는 생체정보를 추출하는 과정/방법이 키값의 획일성을 보장하지 못한다는 한계점을 그대로 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 퍼지볼트 스킴을 이용하여 키의 획일성을 확보하면서 생체정보에 대한 보호를 강화시키는 동시에 사용자 인증을 처리하는 방안을 연구하였다.
