녹색인증 제도는 '저탄소 녹색성장'을 실현할 새로운 경제 패러다임으로서, 미래 기술을 선점할 수 있는 발판 마련과 함께 주계약자공동도급을 위한 파트너 선정 시 기술력 증명의 근거가 되는 등 설비건설업계가 경쟁력을 갖출 수 있는 한 방안으로 부각되고 있다. 국토해양부, 지식경제부, 기획재정부 등 8개 주요 부처가 공동으로 지원하는 녹색인증제는 크게 ▲녹색기술 인증 ▲녹색사업 인증 ▲녹색전문기업 확인 등으로 구분된다. 녹색기술인증은 신재생에너지와 탄소저감 등 10개 분야를 중심으로 핵심 요소기술을 선정하며, 녹색사업은 녹색성장과 관련된 경제활동으로 경제 기술적 파급효과가 큰 사업을 선정하고 있다. 또한 녹색전문기업 확인은 녹색기술에 의한 매출액 비중에 따라 선정하고 있다. 녹색인증을 획득하면 대외적으로 기술력을 증명할 수 있을 뿐만아니라, 녹색금융상품 세제 혜택, 녹색기술사업화 기업지원 등 각종 지원 혜택을 받을 수 있다. 본지는 이번 호부터 녹색인증제에 대해 연재한다.

경제 환경의 변화로 무한경쟁시대에서 생존하기 위하여 중소기업은 자체기업경쟁력을 확보해야 하는 당면과제가 대두되고 있다. 정부는 이러한 문제점을 극복하기 위해 1992년부터 품질경영 (Q : Quality Management)제도를 새로운 시대 환경에 걸맞은 대안으로 택하여 확산시켜 나가고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ISO9000을 통하여 품질경영을 도입한 300인 이하 제조업체를 대상으로 ISO 9000 인증 취득 후의 효과에 대해 분석하였다. 그 결과 ISO 9000 인증 취득후 기업경영에 상당한 도움이 되고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 인증취득기업은 IMF 이후 국·내외의 환경변화에 적절히 대응하고 있는 분석되었다. 또한 ISO 9000 품질시스템 구축은 부서간 Network를 신속하게 연결시켜 줌으로써 고객 Needs를 파악할 수 있었으며 , 기업경영의 체질개선 정비와 제품 품질의 향상, 부문의 업무 능률 등이 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 ISO 9000 품질시스템 인증은 21 세기를 대비하는 기업경영을 실현하는 데 중요한 전략이라 할 수있다.

This study was to confirm the effectiveness of crime prevention in an apartment complex environmentally designed for domestic crime prevention. The researchers surveyed 267 residents on the community, fear of crime, and crime victimization. They arrived at the following conclusions. The authorization complex received higher security satisfaction results than the unauthorized complex; residents were less afraid of crime and more active in the apartment complex community. These results differ from previous studies in that the fear of crime is not related to a crime victim experience and that the fear of crime is low when there are less households in the apartment complex. Therefore, effectiveness of crime prevention abroad should not be accepted in a domestic residential environment.

인터넷의 보편화와 사용자 증가는 현실 생활들의 대부분에 활동을 인터넷에서 가능토록하고 있다. 특히, 인터넷 뱅킹은 자금이 전자적으로 이동하는 중요 행위로서, 지속적으로 증가하는 보안위협으로부터 대응하기 위해 수많은 인증방법이 고안되어 사용되고 있다. 인터넷 뱅킹의 전체적인 보안성을 향상하기 위해서 사용자 인증 방법으로부터, 안전한 전송방법에 이르기까지 다양한 보안 솔루션들이 종단간 유기적으로 구성되어 제공되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 기술들 중 국내외에서 사용되는 다양한 인증 기법들을 조사하여 분석하고, 지속적으로 증가하는 보안위협에 효과적으로 대응할 수 있는 대응 기술에 대한 사례를 제시한다.

The government is working out the development of a venture enterprise through a venture certification system. The broad effects of its policies are anticipated by the government and revealed in the 'The Survey on Actual Condition of Venture Enterprises 2010'. These benefits include the revitalization of start-up, promotion of technological innovation, progress in marketing ability, improvement in corporate image, financing and investment, and benefit from tax reduction & exemption. However, with the estimation of production function and sales function, which both uses capital and labor as a basic elements, it was found that only 'financing and ease of investment' produces a statistically significant effect on production and sales. An addition, this study looks into whether venture-supporting system are helpful to the eradication of technical inefficiency. The policies brought about positive changes in reduction of technical inefficiencies except with regard to the ease of start-up where it was found that an increase in inefficiencies was the result.

지리적으로 분산되어 있는 이기종의 분산 컴퓨팅 자원과 대규모 데이터를 효과적으로 활용하기 위해서 최근에 GRID 컴퓨팅 환경에 대한 연구가 매우 활성화되고 있다. 이러한 GRID 환경을 구현하기 위해 필요한 부분중의 하나가 사용자와 자원간의 인증에 관련된 문제이다. 현재 Globus Toolkit은 PKI(Public Key Infrastructure)를 기본으로 하는 보안정책을 사용하고 있다. 이 정책은 인증과정에 적지않은 오버헤드가 발생되는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 사용자와 자원간의 직접적인 인증으로 인해 발생하는 성능상의 비효율성을 줄이기 위해 사용자가 자원에 접속 하기전 AIS서버(Authentification Information Server)를 이용하여 미리 인증을 거친후, 자원에 접근한 때는 기 발급된 식별자로 인증 될 수 있도록 처리해주는 메커니즘을 제안한다.

사물지능통신은 주변의 정보를 다양한 방식의 통신 장비를 이용해 장비 스스로 수집하여 제어하는 기술로서 미래의 새로운 통신 사업으로 주목받고 있다. 사물지능통신의 성장은 신뢰성 있는 네트워크 구축이 선결되어야 한다. 기존의 보안 시스템은 소유기반 인증 방식과 사용자가 패스워드를 입력하는 지식기반 인증 방식이 결합된 이중 인증 방식을 사용하였다. 그러나 사물지능통신 환경과 같이 사용자가 직접 개입할 수 없는 환경에서는 디바이스별 패스워드 기반의 지식기반 인증 방식은 구현이 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 디바이스별로 고유의 값이 생성되는 PUF(Physical Unclonable Function)에 기반하여 사물지능통신 상의 디바이스별로 패스워드 인증의 효과를 구현하는 새로운 지식기반 인증 패러다임을 제시하고자한다.

인간의 생태계를 근본적으로 위협하고 있는 기후변화와 같은 환경오염 문제는 글로벌 경쟁시대의 기업 경영에 있어 강력한 제재요인 중 하나로 관심이 집중되고 있다. 국내에서도 이러한 환경문제가 중요 이슈로 부각되고 있는데, 특히 인류생존에 필수적인 자연환경을 기반으로 사업을 영위하는 농업분야는 더욱 깊은 연관성을 갖는다. 정부는 이러한 농업분야에 대하여 도시와 농촌 간 소득 불균형이나 농촌인구 노령화 등의 문제를 해결하고 미래 성장산업으로 발전시키고자 6차산업화 인증 제도를 시행 중에 있으며 앞으로의 성장이 기대된다. 또한 최근 기업의 환경을 포함하는 사회적 책임활동에 대한 관심이 높아지고 능동적으로 참여하려는 소비자의 특성 변화에 따라 6차산업화 인증을 받은 기업들도 성장하기 위해서는 기업 활동의 근간이 되는 소비자 니즈에 더욱 집중할 필요성이 제기되므로 기업의 새로운 성장 방안으로써 고객과 환경에 집중하고 사회적 가치를 창출해 나가야 할 것으로 추측된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 6차산업화 인증을 받은 기업을 대상으로 고객지향성과 경영성과 간 관계에서 환경지향성이 조절효과를 가지는 지를 밝히고자 하였으며, 연구 결과 고객지향성은 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 이러한 관계 속에서 환경지향성은 정(+)의 조절효과를 가진다는 것을 실증하였다. 즉, 6차산업화 인증기업이 경영성과를 제고시키기 위해서는 소비자의 변화와 기업이 수행해야 할 사회적 책임을 명확히 인식하여, 소비자 니즈기반의 환경보존과 같은 사회적 가치를 창출하고 공유하려는 친환경 지향적인 새로운 혁신전략을 수립하고 실행해 나가야 할 것이며 이를 통해 지속적인 성장을 견인할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to confirm the complex relationship between patient safety-medical quality and hospital management activities to observe the mediating effect of organizational culture in the relationship due to healthcare accreditation adoption. For this, we conducted a 4 weeks survey, from September 22, 2014 to October 17, 2014 to the employees of 6 hospitals that could accommodate less than 300 patients or more than 300 patients located in Daegu and Gyeongbuk. The study includes 377 participants who have worked for more than one year in the hospital. All of hospital with less than 300-beds or more than 300-beds, such as patient safety-medical quality, organizational culture, hospital management activities found a positive correlation among variables. The mediating effect of organizational culture in the relationship between patient safety-medical quality and hospital management activities was shown by the partial mediating effect and high causal effect. Therefore, these study suggest that patient safety-medical quality due to healthcare accreditation adoption has the potential to improve hospital management activities.
