환경부나 지방자치단체에서는 환경문제를 사전에 예방할 수 있는 체계를 마련하기 위하여 오염물질 배출업체가 환경감시 시스템을 통하여 환경오염물질의 배출상태를 실시간으로 측정하여 공시하도록 의무화 하고 있다. 그러나 환경단체나 지역주민들은, 환경부나 지방자치단체에 제공된 환경정보에 대한 신뢰감이 부족한 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 환경정보의 신뢰성 제공을 위하여 암호학적 인증 메커니즘을 이용한 환경정보 인증 서브 시스템을 설계, 구현하였다. 제시한 환경정보 인증시스템에서는 클라이언트/서버간 인증, 환경정보에 대한 무결성 보장 및 접근통제, 감사기록의 기능을 제공한다.

소프트웨어 품질향상에 관한 많은 이론연구 및 소프트웨어 산업체의 ISO 품질인증 획득에도 불구하고 대부분의 소프트웨어는 고객만족에 충분한 기여를 하지 못하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이것은 품질에 대한 고객의 기대가 높은 것도 있지만, ISO 품질인증의 목적을 고객만족에 두지 않고 소프트웨어의 수요공급 체계의 한가지 자격쯤으로 여기는 산업체의 현실이 그 주요한 요인이라 하겠다. 물론 ISO 품질인증을 받기 위한 노력과 실제 현장에서의 어려움을 모르는 것은 아니지만 ISO 품질인증 수검 자체만으로 품질향상을 기대하기란 어렵다고 본다. 이와 같은 관점에서 본 논문에서는 연구개발 현장에서의 현실적인 품질향상을 위한 구체적인 방법에 대해 알아본다.

본 논문에서는 기존 인증체계의 문제점을 살펴보고 이를 개선하기 위한 방안을 제안한다. 현재 국내에서 금융관련 서비스에서 공인인증서를 사용하는 서비스가 대부분이나 실용성 및 보안 문제로 인해 최근 정부에서는 공인인증서 사용 의무제도를 폐지하기에 이르렀지만 현재 공인인증서를 대체할만한 안전한 수단을 확보하지 못했고 기존의 OTP나 보안카드로 공인인증서의 공백을 메우기에는 역부족이다. 따라서 공인인증서를 대체할 수 있는 인증방안에 대해 제안하고 이를 통해 보다 안전한 인터넷 전자상거래를 유도하고자 한다.

품질보증 기술기준은 지금까지 발전소의 건설, 운영에 있어 외국 기술기준의 적용에 수반하였던 외국 기술기준상의 품질시스템인증, 공인검사, 설계문서의 인증 등 제도적 요건의 적용에 대한 문제점을 해소하고 우리나라의 법체계와 산업여건 및 관행에 맞는 제도를 정립하고자 제도의 운영에 있어 필수적이고 상세한 요건인 원자력 품질보증계획, 공인검사기관 및 공인검사원 자격 인정 및 설계문서를 인증하는 등록기술자의 자격인정에 대한 기술기준을 범위로 하여 제정되었다.

Identity authentication is an important technology that has long been used in society to identify individuals and provide appropriate services. With the development of the Internet infrastructure, many areas have expanded into online areas, and identity authentication technologies have also expanded online. However, there is still a limit to identity authentication technology that relies entirely on trusted third parties like the government. A centralized identity management system makes the identification process between agencies with different identity management systems very complex, resulting in a waste of money and time for users. In particular, the limits of the centralized identity management system were clearly revealed in the face mask shortage in the 2020 COVID-19 crisis. A Decentralized Identity (DID) is a way for users to manage their identity on their own, and recently, a number of DID platform based on blockchain technology have been proposed. In this paper, we analyze the limitations of the existing centralized identity management system and propose a DID system that can be utilized in future national emergency situations such as COVID-19.

ABEEK, an independent non-governmental organization, is the recognized accreditor for the educational programs in engineering and related disciplines. ABEEK has developed the standard accreditation criteria to meet diverse needs of the engineering and related communities in Korea. A student attending at the accredited program has to complete the required courses and elective courses according to the curriculum flowchart to meet the accreditation criteria for a bachelor. Therefore an efficient and effective tool is necessary to support the adviser to monitor the completion of the required courses and elective courses according to the curriculum flowchart. In this paper, we describe an adviser tool developed. To develop an adviser tool. we established databases which contain the information of courses and their relations according to the curriculum flowchart. Adviser tool was developed to analyze student's DegreeAudit and represent the current completion information on the curriculum flowchart for effective monitoring. A closed test was performed and showed the increase of efficiency to meet the accreditation criteria for a bachelor.

Most of the privacy officers of organizations are hard to think of the corrective action about deficiencies of the PIMS(Personal Information Management Systems) certification. Because, it is difficult to define the priority of the complementary measures due to the unique characteristics and procedures of personal information protection for each organization. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the priority of the complementary measures using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). According to the results, it is important to comply with the legal requirements in the first tier. The second tier, PIMS experts answered that dedicated organization, password management, and agreement of the subject are important. Above all, agreement of the subject was found the highest priority for complementary measures about PIMS's deficiencies.

The purposes of this study is development of information security evaluation model for governments to analyze domestic and foreign existing models. Recent domestic information security certification systems have several problems, because shortage of organic connectivity each other. Therefore we analysis on domestic and foreign existing models, specify security requirements, evaluation basis and other facts of models, optimize these facts for governments, and develop new model for domestic governments.

2022년 1월 「중대재해처벌법」시행 후 기업에서 경영책임자로써의 안전보건확보 의무에 대한 책임이 강화되어 건설산업에서는 안전보건관리체계를 구축하고 이행 확인 활동을 통하여 중대산업재해예방에 노력하고 있다. 동법 시행령 제4조 제9호에서 요구하는 안전보건 역량을 평가하여 업체를 선정할 수 있는 기준과 절차 즉'적격수급업체 선정체계'가 중대산업재해 예방에 핵심과제라 할 수 있으며, 이를 위해서는 안전보건수준을 평가할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다. 이에 건설업에서 민간기업 스스로 적격수급업체 선정을 위한 안전보건수준평가를 운영하고 있으나 전문성과 신뢰성이 부족하다. 또한 민간 건설업체마다 안전보건수준 평가방법이 명확하지 않고 표준화 되어 있지 않아 하수급업체에서는 입찰마다 평가 수검을 받고 있어 효율성이 낮게 나타나고 있다. 본 연구는 선행연구 고찰과 공공기관에서 운영되고 있는 건설업 원도급사에 관한 안전 평가제도 실태조사를 통하여 하수급업체 안전보건수준평가 인증제도의 필요성을 확인하였다. 이에 건설업의 적격수급업체 선정체계 운영이 필요한 표준화된 안전보건수준 인증제도 도입 방안을 제시하기 위함이다.
