In Korea, the zero energy building was designated as the 7 new industries in the Ministry of Land and the 8 new industries in the Ministry of Industry. In order to maximize the insulation performance of the building envelope, improve the efficiency of building equipment, We are aiming. It is necessary to analyze the energy requirements of the buildings (cooling, heating, hot water supply, lighting, ventilation) of buildings with energy efficiency level of 1++ which is equivalent to the zero energy building certification system in Korea, It is aimed to be used as basic data for the advancement of energy building certification system. Zero Energy Building certification is estimated to be 61 buildings by 2017, and the approximate reference value and the first energy requirement for each of the five loads are calculated considering passive and active aspects. It is difficult to say that it is a clear standard because there is a small sample of data for calculating the load standard. However, it is necessary to interpret various methods in order to upgrade the Zero Energy Building certification standard in the future.

From February 18, 2013, an information and communications service provider, we will not be able to collect the resident registration number by paragraph 2 of Article 23 of the Act on the Promotion of the use and protection of information and information network. Rather than a revision in accordance with resident registration number, than these laws, it had been used in the alternative, such as OTP authentication phone authentication I-PIN authentication of certificates that are recognized as such authentication. In this paper, we propose a new online identity authentication technology was and Utilization of IMEI, the OTP to introduce online identity authentication technology replacing the resident registration number.

An R&D project, 'Carbon Neutral Road Technologies Development', sponsored by the Korean Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport was performed and sustainable development is being discussed in relation to global climate change. A draft of the green highway certification system, the green highway design and construction technologies for making low carbon eco-friendly roads, and Green Highway Technology Investment Evaluation System (GTIES) for estimating and managing carbon emissions from roads have been developed from the results of the R&D project. A scheme for expanding the application of these technologies and building sustainable road systems by considering the concept of sustainability was proposed in this research.

세계화의 진전으로 사실상 국가간 장벽이 없어짐에 따라, 전문직 자격에 있어서도 각국이 공통으로 적용할 수 있는 국제적 기준이 필요하게 되었고, 이에 따라 UIA는 건축사자격에 대한 국제 기준이랄 수 있는 '건축실무에 있어서의 전문성에 관한 국제기준 권장안(UIA Accord on Recommended International Standards for Professionalism in Architectural Practice, 1999)'을 발표하였다. 때마침 WTO에 의한 전문서비스분야의 시장개방문화와 함께 우리나라의 건축사제도에도 일대 변혁이 불가피하게 된 것이다. 이에 우리 협회에서는 현안에 대한 신속한 대처를 위하여 UIA와의 관계정립이 필요하다는 판단하에 UIA 회원단체로서의 가입을 추진하는 한편, 구체적인 대안마련을 위한 연구를 진행하여 '건축사자격 상호인정에 따른 대응방안(1999.9)'을 발표하였고, '한중일 건축사협의회'를 설립, 3국의 공동대처방안을 모색하는 등 지속적인 노력을 기울여 왔다. 협회 뿐만 아니라 학회를 중심으로 한 건축학교과과정의 모델연구, 건교부와 건축3단체가 참여한 '건축사자격제도 개선방안에 대한 대응방안연구(2002.12)'등을 통하여 이미 5년이상의 건축학 교육과정이 신설되었고, 건축교육인증을 위한 인증원 설립준비가 진행되고 있다. 이러한 변화는 비단 세계화 혹은 무역자유화라는 현안에 대한 대응의 필요성 뿐 아니라 궁극적으로는 우리나라 건축교육의 질을 높이고 국제기준과 동등한 건축사제도를 갖춤으로써 건축사의 자질을 향상시켜 국제경쟁력을 강화하고자 하는데 목적이 있다 하겠다. 나라마다 건축사제도의 성립 과정과 배경이 다르지만, 대부분의 나라에서 건축사제도는 건축사단체에 의하여 운영되고 있다. 우리 협회도 최근에 진행되고 있는 인증원 설립을 위한 연구에 적극적으로 참여하여 주도적 역할을 담당하고 있기에, 관련 내용을 소개하여 회원여러분의 이해를 돕고자 한다.

The purpose of this research was to develop an index for the certificate systems of family-friendly corporations. To be specific, first of all this research reviewed indexes which were developed in foreign countries. Second, it examined the domestic indexes related to the evaluation of family-friendly corporations. Third, it derived characteristics of family-friendly corporations through an in-depth interview with recruiters from those corporations in Korea and developed the index for the certificate systems of family-friendly corporations. And fourth, it tested the validity and reliability of the developed index. Based on the characteristics of family-friendly corporations which were revealed through the qualitative analysis on the data from the in-depth interview with recruiters from 30 family-friendly corporations, we developed 10 indexes for the certificate systems of family-friendly corporations. Also the analysis of the validity and reliability of the developed index indicated that it has high validity and reliability. Finally this research proposed how to apply this developed index to policies related to the certificate systems of family-friendly corporations.

2022년 1월 「중대재해처벌법」시행 후 기업에서 경영책임자로써의 안전보건확보 의무에 대한 책임이 강화되어 건설산업에서는 안전보건관리체계를 구축하고 이행 확인 활동을 통하여 중대산업재해예방에 노력하고 있다. 동법 시행령 제4조 제9호에서 요구하는 안전보건 역량을 평가하여 업체를 선정할 수 있는 기준과 절차 즉'적격수급업체 선정체계'가 중대산업재해 예방에 핵심과제라 할 수 있으며, 이를 위해서는 안전보건수준을 평가할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다. 이에 건설업에서 민간기업 스스로 적격수급업체 선정을 위한 안전보건수준평가를 운영하고 있으나 전문성과 신뢰성이 부족하다. 또한 민간 건설업체마다 안전보건수준 평가방법이 명확하지 않고 표준화 되어 있지 않아 하수급업체에서는 입찰마다 평가 수검을 받고 있어 효율성이 낮게 나타나고 있다. 본 연구는 선행연구 고찰과 공공기관에서 운영되고 있는 건설업 원도급사에 관한 안전 평가제도 실태조사를 통하여 하수급업체 안전보건수준평가 인증제도의 필요성을 확인하였다. 이에 건설업의 적격수급업체 선정체계 운영이 필요한 표준화된 안전보건수준 인증제도 도입 방안을 제시하기 위함이다.

신뢰할 수 없는 네트워크를 통한 패스워드 기반의 원거리 사용자 인증은 패스워드의 선택범위와 길이가 사용자의 기억력에 제한되는 낮은 안전성 때문에 오프라인 사전공격에 취약하다. 본 논문은 이산 대수 문제 해결의 어려움에 기반한 Diffie-Hellman 키 교환과 블록암호화 알고리듬 및 MAC을 이용하여 패스워드 기반 인증 및 키 협상 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안된 프로토콜은 오프라인 사전공격을 예방할 수 있으며, 세션키와 패스워드 검증정보가 독립적이므로 공격자에게 패스워드가 노출되더라도 이전 세션의 복호화에 영향을 미치지 않는 전향적 보안성을 제공한다. 또한 세션키의 노출이 패스워드에 대한 정보를 노출시키지 않으며, 암호화 횟수와 메시지 크기를 최소화 하여 효율성을 극대화 하였다. 따라서 웹을 통한 홈뱅킹이나, 모바일 환경이 요구되는 셀룰러 폰에서의 사용자 인증처럼 제3의 신뢰 기관을 이용하지 않는 단순 직접 인증에 적합하다.

최근 들어 게임 산업이 발전하고, 게임과 콘텐츠의 중요성이 부각되면서 게임품질인증의 중요성이 점차 증대되어가고 있다. 게임을 활용하여 새로운 가치를 추가한 게임 산업이 미래의 핵심산업으로 주목 받기 시작하였으나 품질을 보장하기 위한 제도 및 장치의 제공이 미흡하여 게임 및 콘텐츠 품질인증 프레임워크의 개발이 시급한 실정이다. 본 연구는 게임의 품질인증을 위한 프레임워크에 대한 기초방안을 마련하기 위한 품질인증 모델, 절차, 시스템 구축 및 운용 방안 등에 대하여 제시하였다.

바이오 플라스틱, 에코패키징, 인체 무해성 등과 관련하여 국내외적으로 다양한 규격 및 시험방법이 있다. 바이오 플라스틱(Bio plastics)은 최근 생분해 플라스틱(Biodegradable plastics), 산화생분해 플라스틱(Oxo biodegradable plastics), 바이오 베이스 플라스틱(Bio based plastics)의 3가지로 나뉘어지고 있는 추세이다. 생분해 플라스틱 규격기준은 국제규격인 ISO 14855를 기준으로 국가별로 자국내 규격기준이 제정되어 있고, 이에 따른 인증마크를 시행하고 있다. 최근에 아랍에미레이트(UAE)에서 국제 환경규제를 전면 시행하면서 부각되고 있는 산화생분해 플라스틱은 미국의 ASTM D 6954:2004, ISO 14855 등의 기준을 토대로 제정한 UAE S 5009:2009에 의해 시행되고 있다. 또한 산업화가 급속하게 추진되고 있는 바이오 베이스 플라스틱 관련한 규격 기준은 미국 ASTM D 6866을 기준으로 시행되고 있고, 일부 국가는 자국내 규격기준을 제정하여 인증라벨을 부여하고 있다. 현재 바이오 베이스 플라스틱 인증라벨은 2002년 미국을 시작으로 2006년 일본, 2009년 벨기에, 2010년 독일, 2011년 한국에서 시행되고 있다. 그 외에도 GR마크, 녹색 인증, 단체 규격 인증, 업계 자체 규격 기준 등이 다양하게 시행되고 있다.

본 논문에서는 공학기술교육인증제에서 요구하는 종합설계 교과목의 수업운영 사례 분석을 통하여 효과적인 수업 개선방안을 제안한다. 종합설계는 학생들이 스스로 문제를 해결해 나가는 현장 실무능력을 키우기 위한 교과이다. 종합설계는 대부분 목표 및 약간의 제약조건, 평가 기준들을 포함하고 있다. (사)한국공학교육인증원 인증 기준은 8개이며, 교육과정 영역에서 종합설계 교과의 필수 개설 및 실질적 운영을 매우 중요시하고 있다. 컴퓨터멀티미디어과는 2011년 (사)한국공학교육인증원의 TAC 인증평가를 받았으며, 본 논문에서는 "SW공학적 종합설계" 교과의 수업 운영 실태 중심으로 컴퓨터공학 분야 종합설계 문제점과 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.
