본 논문은 기존의 패스워드 인증 시스템의 취약점 문제 및 이에 대응하여 제안된 다수의 영상 기반 인증 시스템을 소개하고, 인증 과정에서 2차원 또는 3차원 영상 내의 이동하면서도 기억하기 쉬운 다수의 화소 정보에 기반을 둔 향상된 영상기반 전략을 소개한다. 최근 관심의 대상이 되고 있는 바와 같이, 인증 과정에서 입력되는 패스워드에 대한 감시 문제의 심각성에도 불구하고 그동안 취약한 사용자 신분증명에 대한 납득할 만한 대안이 부재하였다. 따라서 신중하게 설계된 보안 기반구조에도 불구하고 사용자 패스워드는 많은 응용에서 키보드 감시나 어깨너머로 훔쳐보기를 통하여 타인에게 쉽게 노출될 수 있다. 제안한 방안은 패스워드 인증에 문자열을 사용하지 않으므로 악의적 감시가 쉽지 않고, 소유자에게는 보다 기억하기 쉬우면서도 타인에게는 정보 노출을 최소화 할 수 있으므로 최근의 패스워드 유출 문제에 대한 훌륭한 대응책일 뿐만 아니라 키보드를 갖지 않는 휴대 장치를 위한 인증 방안으로도 활용 가능하다.

Companies strive to have the ability to flexibly respond to environmental changes in modern society with its rapidly changing business environment. That is, companies try to achieve the corporate performance by using a variety of strategies since companies that don't go along with changes in industry are likely to fall behind. Also, the corporate performance is a key element in national competitiveness, and government is willing to support companies to maximize their performance in various ways. This study examines whether there is a difference between corporate strategies and government policies according to the retention and the type of certification of innovation. The company's strategy configuration effort is largely divided into exploration and exploitation of external knowledge, while the government's policy is divided into direct support, indirect support, and financial support. The corporate performance is analyzed using technological performance; innovative perspective and the sales; and the actual corporate performance as proxy variables. As a result, the variable affecting the performance differs according to the retention of certification of innovation. The variable affecting the corporate performance differs according to the type of certification of innovation as well. Therefore, it was found that companies can achieve the corporate performance by considering the situation at hand and the differentiated action strategies depending on the type of certification of innovation.

Technology innovation activities are very important for companies to secure technological competitiveness and continue to grow. Korea operates a certification system at the national level to promote corporate innovation activities, and strives to enhance SMEs' global technological competitiveness. Among these, the representative system related to technological innovation is the New Excellent Technology (NET) certification. NET is certified through a strict three-stage screening process, and is operated for the purpose of commercialization of new technology, technology trading, and promotion of early market entry by companies. Acquiring NET certification means that the company has a certain level of technological competitiveness. Therefore, this study attempted to conduct an empirical analysis on which technology innovation activities of companies affect the success of R&D projects and improvement of management performance, centering on NET certification system. To verify this, technology strategy, technology planning, systematic R&D process, internal cooperation, and external cooperation activities were set as major variables. As a result of the empirical analysis, it was confirmed that all variables set in this study individually contributed to the success of the R&D project and improvement of management performance. However, when looking at a comprehensive level that considers all variables, it was analyzed that systematic R&D process management and cooperation activities with external organizations have a statistically significant effect on R&D project success, and technology strategy establishment and technology planning activities, which are the initial stages of R&D, have a statistically significant effect on management performance. This study was conducted on innovation-oriented SMEs that have established and operated corporate R&D centers and are actively conducting R&D activities, and multiple regression analysis was used as an analysis method.

급속한 기술환경 변화와 국제적인 표준경쟁에 효과적으로 대응하기 위해 정보통신부에서는 핵심 표준화 제반정보 및 전략, 표준화 전문인력의 양성, 표준의 적기 제정$\cdot$보급, 표준적합성 시험$\cdot$인증 서비스 등에 대한 지원을 해오고 있다. 특히 국민소득 2만불 시대 진입을 촉진하기 위해 2003년에는 9대 IT 신성장 동력을 선정하였으며, 2005년도에는 IT839 전략과 연계된 표준화 추진을 위하여 선택과 집중을 통해 기술개발과 표준화 활동에 대한 지원을 강화할 계획이다.

The ISO 30301 MSR Standards support successful management of organization while providing strategic plans to the issue of records management. In Korea, these standards are established as the national standard (KS) in May 2013, and also, there are actions being taken to adopt the certification of the ISO 30301 Standards. However, to adopt such certification, it is required that the certification operation system needs to be organized, as well as that the society in general should understand about records management. Accordingly, it is even more required an review on the adoption of the system. This study has the purpose in surveying a variety of stakeholders' perception for the adoption of ISO 30301 certification given the circumstance that the ISO 30301 certification is not yet adopted in Korea. For this purpose, the research is implemented through literature review and in-depth interviews. Firstly, the literature review looks at ISO 30301 standards and the concept of certification that is being carried out with the ISO 30301 Standards, and it discusses the necessity of the adoption of the relevant standards' certification. Secondly, there are in-depth interviews carried out to study for the adoption plan for the ISO 30301 certification. The participants to the interviews include five records and certification related experts and five records managers at public institutions whose records management is supervised by National Archives of Korea. Interview data was analyzed based on grounded theory methodology. This study will be able to provide significant implication to build a successful plan for the adoption of ISO 30301 certification by reviewing perception of professional and problem, strategy of this certification.

We researched about the relationship among the Purpose of Assessment Certificate System, the preparation result, certificate, and, the performance of the assessment certificate on the purpose of the empirical analysis. For the testing of a research model, we tested 170 samples that our colleges tested by The Assessment Certificate System. As a result of the analysis; there are positive and causal effect relationships among the three variables. This study result will expansion and help to maintain performance growth in the college. In the future, the research about the improvement of management performance are needed.

There might have been weakness in securing user authentication or verification with real time service approach, while existing unimodal biometric authentication has been used mainly for user identification and recognition. Accordingly, it is essential to research and develop ways that upgrade security performance with multi biometric based real time authentication and verification technology. This paper focused to suggest binding assignment and strategy for developing multi biometric authentication technology through investigation of advanced study and patents. 국내 전자서명법의 제정 및 시행은 21세기 새 천년을 준비하는 시점에서 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 전자적 거래가 활성화되고 있는 현재 시점은 기존의 대면 방식의 거래 문화가 컴퓨터 네트워크나 기타 통신망을 통한 비대면 방식의 거래 문화로 자리잡아 가고 있는 중요한 시점이다. 전자서명법의 시행을 통한 전자서명 인증관리체계의 구축, 전자서명 인증관리센터의 구축, 운영, 공인인증기관의 지정, 운영 등은 전자적 거래 활성화 및 전자정부 구현에 근간이 되는 국가 공개키 기반구조 구축이라는 기술적 기반을 갖추었다는데 그 의의가 있다. 전자서명 인증관리체계의 구축은 궁극적으로 전자적 거래 활성화를 도모함과 동시에 국내 전자상거래 시장을 외국 기업의 독점적 선점으로부터 보호할 수 있는 부가적 효과도 가질 수 있다.

최근, 소프트웨어 업체들의 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선(SPI) 관련 인증 여부는 기업 경쟁력의 핵심적인 요인으로 그 중요성이 날로 강조되고 있다. 일반적으로, CMM 인증 획득을 위한 심사 과정에는 많은 시간과 경비가 .소요되므로, 보다 높은 수준의 인증을 효과적으로 획득하기 위해서는 사전에 인증 심사에 대비한 전략적 노력이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 CMM인증 획득 준비를 효과적으로 수행하기 위한 목적으로, EAM(Enabler-Based Assessment Methodology)을 제시하고, 기업에 적용한 사례를 소개한다.
