The password rules to be applied for the user account creation are often different by websites. Thus we often forget the password to sign in website and it creates waste of time for frequent password reset. In order to solve this problem we propose a new authentication method in this paper. When user forget the password to sign in, the existing methods require a password reset step but our proposed method provides new sign in scheme through the additional authentication step with base password and personal information registered at the member sign up stage. From the result of performance comparison the proposed method is considered to be more efficient than others because it provides not only an equivalent level of security with others but also requires only a half of the number of transactions and the time required for password reset step.

BSC(Balanced Scorecard)는 재무적 성과지표의 한계를 지양하고 고객관점, 내부 프로세스 관점, 학습과 성장 관점, 재무 관점의 다양한 관점에서 성과측정시스템으로 상용 될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 전략의 해석, 전략적 캐스케이딩(cascading), 전략적 자원분배, 전략적 학습도구를 위한 전략관리시스템으로 또한 의사소통도구로서 사용된다. 분 논문에서는 대학내의 학과들이 각각 개별적인 특성이 존재하고 학과의 제한된 자원과 역량하에서의 효율적인 운영과 이에 대한 조직적인 접근방법이 필요하기 때문에 학과조직에 BSC를 적용하는 방안을 모색하였다. 이러한 학과 BSC는 대학 전체 또는 그 상위조직의 BSC를 위한 토대로 이용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 교육에 관련한 다양한 인증 및 평가와 연계할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 본 논문에서는 최소한의 프로그래밍과 이해하기 용이한 수행규칙, 그리고 유연한 개정을 위하여 비즈니스 규칙(Business Rule)으로 이루어지는 BRMS(Business Rule Management System)로 학과 BSC를 설계할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다.

DRM은 디지털콘텐츠의 지적재산권이 디지털 방식에 의해서 안전하게 보호. 유지되도록 하여 디지털콘텐츠의 창작에서부터 소비에까지 이르는 모든 유통 시점에서 거래규칙과 사용규칙이 지속적이고 적법하게 성취되도록 하는 기술이다. DRM은 디지털 형태로 유통되는 문서, 음악, 비디오, 게임, 소프트웨어, 이미지 등의 각종 디지털 콘텐츠를 불법 복제로부터 안전하게 보호하고, 콘텐츠 서비스의 유료화를 가능케 하는 기술 및 서비스를 말한다. 또한, 콘텐츠 자체와 보안과 저작권 보호뿐만 아니라 콘텐츠의 생성${\cdot}$유통${\cdot}$사용${\cdot}$관리에 필요한 모든 프로세스를 제어할 수 있게 해준다. 본 논문에서 구현된 기술은 암호알고리즘을 사용하여 함수의 위치 및 내용에 쉽게 접근할 수 없고 소프트웨어의 불법적인 분석 시도를 어렵게 하였다.

IPsec offers not odd Internet security service such as Internet secure communication and authentication but also the safe key exchange and anti-replay attack mechanism. Recently IPsec is implemented on the various operating systems. But there is no existing tool that checks the servers, which provide IPsec services, work properly and provide their network security services well. In this paper, we design and implement the rule based security evaluation system for IPsec engine. This system operated on Windows and UNX platform. We developed the system using Java and C language.

Korea is the only country in the world where the regulation of vehicle homologation has been changed from "Type Approval" to "Self-Certification". But there are some regulations that have not been fully changed, so they became double-regulations. In this research, we find out double-regulations in Self-Certification systems focused on "Specification Notice Procedure", and suggest a proposal of amendment to avoid duplication. Through the research, we can reduce unnecessary requirements about homologation, management of vehicle and administrative procedure significantly.

Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) through broadband cable network is a subscriber-based system which consists of software and set-top box. However, a weakness for the current IPTV system is the lack of security between users and CAS. This paper proposes a user authentication protocol at STB, which limits the service by the user-valued attribute to prevent illegal IPTV users. User attribute values change the order with bit form according to the certain rule, and apply to one-way hash function and Diffie-Hellman's elliptic curve key-exchange algorithm. The proposed protocol is able to improve on user authentication and computation. Also, each user generates an authentication message by smart card and receives various services based on the user-valued attribute.

지식경제부는 법 개정(2009.3.25)에 따른 위임사항을 정비하고, 기업활동에 불편을 초래하는 규제를 대폭 완화하며, 가스사고 예방을 위한 관련 제도를 개선하는 등 가스안전 규제의 합리화를 도모하기 위해 "액화석유가스의 안전관리 및 사업법" 및 "도시가스사업법" 시행령 시행규칙 개정령안을 마련하여 5월21일 입법예고하였다. 동 하위법령 개정령안은 이해관계자의 의견을 수렴하고, 규제개혁위원회 및 법제처 심사와 국무회의 심의를 거쳐 9월26일 시행될 예정이며, 동 개정령안이 공포 시행되면서 합리적인 규제완화를 통해 다수의 사업자와 소비자의 편익이 향상되고, KS인증 가스용품의 안전확보, 연료전환 시설 및 공급자 취급부주의로 인한 가스사고 예방 등을 통해 국민생활의 안전에 기여할 것이다.

전기통신설비중의 이용자가 사용하는 단말장치에 관한 국가 기술기준은 수년간 안정적으로 운용되어 왔으나, 근래에 와서 기존의 아날로그 전화망 접속 위주의 기준 내용을 최근 기술을 수용할 수 있는 구조로 개정하며, 국가간 통신협상 및 통신기기 인증의 상호 인정 추진 등의 추세에 맞추어 외국 규격과의 조화를 도모하고, 정부의 규칙/고시와 통신사업자의 공시 둥으로 분산되어 구조적으로 산만한 체계를 단순화 보완할 필요성을 인식하고 금년 초에 전면적인 개정이 있었다. 이 논문에서는 개정된 단말장치에 관한 기술기준의 제정 개념과 각 기준의 내용을 설명한다.
