전자인증 서비스의 보안에 대한 중요성이 높아지고 있는 반면 금융권에서 사용할 수 있는 가이드는 있으나 다양한 분야에 범용적으로 사용할 수 있는 가이드라인이 존재하지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 국내 환경에 적합한 새로운 전자인증 가이드라인 개발에 필요한 요구조건을 분석해 본다. 현재 사용되고 있는 전자인증 수단과 기존의 전자인증 가이드라인 연구동향을 살펴보고 기존 가이드라인의 문제점을 분석한다.

There are typically two categories of Flight Test Programs- commercial and military. Commercial flight testing is conducted to certify that aircraft meets all applicable safety and performance requirements of government certifying agency. Military programs differs from commercial in that the government contract with the aircraft manufacturer to design and build an aircraft to meet specific mission capabilities. The final phase of military aircraft flight test is the Operational Test(OT). OT is conducted by a government-only test team with the dictate to certify that the aircraft is suitable and effective to carry out the intended mission. This paper presents the current trends of military aircraft airworthiness certification using civil aircraft certification practices.

Federated authentication is a user authentication and authorization infrastructure that spans multiple security domains. Many overseas Web applications have been adopting SAML-based federated authentication. However, in Korea, it is difficult to apply the authentication because of the high market share of a specific Web (application) server, which is hard to use open-source SAML software and the high adoption of Java-based standard framework which is not easy to integrate with SAML library. This paper proposes the SAML4J, which is developed in order to have Web applications easily and safely integrated with the Java-based framework. SAML4J has a developer-friendly advantage of using a session storage independent of the framework and processing Web SSO flows through simple API. We evaluate the functionality, performance, and security of the SAML4J to demonstrate the high feasibility of it.

건축, 토목 분야의 정보 교환을 위한 표준으로 주목받고 있는 BIM 모델의 국제 표준인 IFC 표준을 위해, 소프트웨어가 IFC 표준에 맞게 유효한 정보를 입출력 하도록 도와주고, IFC 파일이 표준에 맞는지 검증할 수 있는 모듈을 개발했다. 특히, 지역별 및 국가별 상황에 맞게 BIM 모델을 수정하거나 확장해 사용하도록 권고하고 있는 상황에서 다양한 확장 IFC 표준을 효과적으로 지원할 수 있도록 IFC 표준을 정의하는 EXPRESS 언어로부터, 객체 지향 언어를 위한 소프트웨어 개발 라이브러리를 자동으로 생성하고, 해당 SDK를 활용해 IFC 모델을 검증하는 라이브러리를 자동으로 생성하며, IFC 파일을 검증할 수 있는 독립적인 실행 파일도 자동으로 생성할 수 있도록 했다. 또한 객체 지향 라이브러리를 사용함으로써 주어진 IFC 모델을 효과적으로 문서화 할 수 있도록 HTML 생성 도구를 개발하거나 3차원 형상 확인이 가능하도록 VRML 생성 도구를 개발하는 등의 작업이 쉽게 이뤄짐을 확인했다. 이렇게 자동화된 BIM 소프트웨어 개발 도구는 IFC 모델의 수정이나 확장을 고려하는 BIM 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트의 생산성을 향상시키고, 해당 시스템의 운영에 신뢰도를 높이는 것은 물론이며, 향후 국내 실정에 맞게 운영될 BIM 인증 제도에도 활용하면 기존의 수작업 방식 인증제도에 비해 인증에 걸리는 시간과 비용을 줄이는 것은 물론 인증 자체의 객관성과 정확성, 투명성과 신뢰성을 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

전 세계적으로 송전 용량의 증대 요구에 따라 송전 시스템이 초고압화 되어 가고 있으며 환경친화성 및 여러 특성에 있어 OF(Oii filled) 케이블에 비하여 우수한 성능을 지닌 XLPE(Crosslinked Polyethylene) 케이블의 사용이 급속하게 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 최근 345kV급 이상의 XLPE 케이블 시스템 개발이 해외 선진업체들에 의해 활발히 진행되고 있으며 이의 평가를 해외공인 인증기관에서 수행하여 개발된 제품의 디자인 검증 및 장기간 신뢰성을 입증하고 있다. 이러한 추세에 맞추어 LG 전선은 400kV 케이블 및 접속함의 사내 개발시험후 해외공인 인증기관인 네덜란드의 KEMA에서 IEC 62067에 따른 인증시험을 완료하여 개발된 제품의 높은 신뢰성을 인증 받았으며, 자사의 초고압 기술을 한 단계 상승시켜 세계 선진업체들과 경쟁할 수 있는 발판을 마련하였다.

An Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) is a small gas turbine engine that is mounted on an aircraft and serves to supply energy for ground and air starting of the main engine. APU also supplies emergency and auxiliary power for the aircraft. APU for aircraft is simple and compact in structure, but because it is mounted on manned aircraft, high reliability is required, so it must be proved its reliability through qualification procedure. The Korea Aerospace Research Institute and Hanwha Techwin successfully completed the design / analysis, fabrication, assembly, development test and certification test of APU for helicopter based on accumulated domestic R & D capability and experience from 2007 to 2012. In this paper, the development and certification process of auxiliary power unit for helicopter is summarized.

Lately weight for smartphone mounted to function for NFC is increasing, rapidly. Because of this, NFC related technology is made by many companies. We developed Gallery-Auction for security enhancements and new services of NFC-based 2 factor electronic payment system. Enhanced security features development of user authentication module through fingerprint recognition to apply FIDO authentication technology and developed electronic contract voice service of Gallery-Auction using TTS(Text to Speech). Therefore we enhanced convenient and simple authentication method and security through NFC mobile electronic payment.

The software installed on an aircraft is directly related to its safety. Therefore, it shall comply with the standards of the airworthiness certification to ensure safety of flight. Airborne software should be developed in accordance with the DO-178 (Software Consideration in Airborne Systems and Equipment Certification) to comply with the airworthiness certification criterion. However, the military airborne software has been developed in accordance with the DAPA weapons system software development and management manual. In this paper, we completed a questionnaire survey of software experts. We also suggest a military airborne software development/certification process based on DO-178.

The absolute dependence on GPS signals for positioning, unstable flight, and short flight time due to battery limitations are the major problems to extend the practical use of drones in the industry. In particular, the short flight time of about 20 minutes is a big issue to the use of drones, and to overcome this, the liquid hydrogen powered drone is being actively developed. However, the revision of the current regulation and certification system for liquid hydrogen powered drone has not been completed yet, making it difficult to test, certify, and commercialize the hydrogen powered drone, which eventually becomes a problem in pre-occupying the increasing drone market. In this paper, we analyze the development trends of hydrogen powered drone and provide the current issues on regulations and certification systems for hydrogen powered drone.

The evolution of cloud computing over the past few years is potentially one of the major advances in information technology. However, if cloud computing is to achieve its potential, there needs to be a clear identification and understanding of the various issues involved, both from the perspectives of the providers and the consumers of the technology. While a lot of research is currently taking place in the technology itself, there is an equally urgent need for understanding the business-related issues surrounding cloud computing service. As more and more information on individuals and companies are placed in the cloud service, concerns are beginning to grow about just how safe and reliable an environment it is. For successful implementation of cloud services, it is necessary to establish the certification systems to ensure the safety and reliability of cloud services. This paper provides a safe and reliable framework for cloud service certification systems. In order to develop it, the critical issues related to service quality and certification of cloud services have been identified and the systematic framework for certification systems of cloud services and service provider domains have been developed. An evaluation method for the developed certification systems is also proposed.
