The purpose of this study is to provide basic data in order to improve service quality based on empirical analyses about a relationship among positive psychological capitals, service quality, and job satisfaction of professional care workers under the Long-Term Care Insurance in South Korea. In this study, total 430 numbers of the workers who were currently working in nursing homes for the elderly at the cities of Ansan, Anyang, Bucheon, and Kwangmyeong in Gyeonggi Province, South Korea, participated in self-report questionnaires. Only 393 questionnaires were used for the final analyses after excluding the ones that neither were not returned nor didn't completed it all. These are major results. First, positive psychological capitals affect positively on service quality. Second, job satisfaction works as a mediating effect in the process of positive psychological capitals affect on service quality. Based on above results, it is possible to suggest it as down below. First, it is required to have policies that will be helpful for both positive psychological capitals and capacity building through human resource management in systematic approaches. Second, it is also required to acknowledge that having positive psychological capitals is effective to improve both their job satisfaction and service quality. Therefore, it is necessary to change environmental circumstances in relevant institutions where this acknowledgement will be applied.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the current state of the home-based cancer patient management project of public health centers throughout the country. The results of the investigation is employed to identify obstacles to the execution of the program and, finally, to develop an efficient management program of home-based cancer patients. Methods: Data on the home-based cancer patient management project were collected and analyzed through visiting interviews or telephone interviews with 225 public health centers throughout the country for six months from July to December, 2006. Results: Obstacles to the present execution of the home-based cancer patient management project were identified. Some of them are : (1) patients' low trust in cancer patient management by local health centers, (2) absence of programs customized to local communities, (3) lack of personnel and vehicles for home-based cancer patient management, (4) lack of education program for personnel in charge of home-based cancer patient management, (5) problems in public health doctors, weak connection to private medical institutions, (6) absence of medical institutions and hospice facilities for cancer patients, and (7) non-standardized volunteer workers, so on. Considering all these problems, some effective management methods are proposed. The basic concept is to keep the autonomy and variety of the local helath centers. And based on this concept, three models of (1) public health center controlled model, (2) medical institutions and hospice facilities-entrusted model and (3) medical institutions and hospice facilities-cooperative model are developed. Conclusion: By adopting an adequate model among proposed three models, the public health centers are expected to achieve an efficient utilization of material resources and manpower. In addition, by inventing their own programs that are proper for the local societies, they can improve the home-based cancer patient management.

This study reviewed and derived the success factors of overseas agricultural startups and studied their integrated research model. Agricultural startups and general startups have in common that poor resources and infrastructure exist from a resource-based perspective after startup, but a differentiated approach from general startups is required due to the nature of the primary industry of agriculture. In this study, we approach the company internal factors (human resources/vision/distribution network capacity/capital capacity/cultivated crops/physical resources/farming technology, etc.) and external factors (agricultural infrastructure/laws/regulations/relationship with surrounding society, etc.) We tried to build a research model that can be integrated by focusing on various existing research models, success factors, and entrepreneurship. Through this, it is intended to present an integrated model that is practically helpful to business performance to entrepreneurs, business-related persons, and researchers who need an integrated understanding of agricultural startups at home and abroad. made for purpose In this paper, a standard model was established through three types (existing agricultural startup, small and medium-sized business startup, multinational company, and comprehensive approach) according to size and characteristics for modeling agricultural startup success factors. Through this, a total of 9 success factors (agricultural management, external environment, manager/founder characteristics, corporate identity, business management, organizational culture, infrastructure, commercialization capability, and sustainable growth) were derived. The implication of this study is that the success factors of agricultural startups were comprehensively presented based on 'entrepreneurship' for various domestic and foreign agricultural startup cases. By confirming the systematic categorization, a standard model for future agricultural startup success factors was presented, and as a result, a foundation was presented for systematic research and practical effectiveness of related research in the future.

This study examined the causal relationship among the leadership type, organizational commitment, and job performance, and to improve the organizational performance and effective methods of human resource management in hospital organizations. The survey period was from October 6, 2016 to October 20, and 375 employees working in hospitals were selected for the final survey. To analyze the validity of the measurement variables, reliability and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted, and the covariance structure equation analysis was conducted to grasp the causal relationship among leadership, organizational commitment, and job performance. In conclusion, leadership, organizational commitment, and job performance were significantly different according to the occupation(p<0.05), age(p<0.05), and working period(p<0.05), and individual care(p<0.001) and conditional reward(p<0.001) showed a high causal relationship with the organizational commitment and job performance. In the future, leadership that can take care of the individual characteristics of the members of the organization and ability to demonstrate their competence will be needed, and it will be necessary to establish a reasonable compensation system after measuring the degree of achievement of work. In addition, leadership needs to be in place to promote organizational performance considering the job type, gender, age, and duration of work. Managers should make efforts to form an organizational culture and provide related education programs to improve loyalty and attachment of members to the organization.

Second, the necessity of adopting subject divisional plan is to secure enough subject librarians and large space These necessities must be fulfilled prior to adopting the subject divisional plan. Third subject divisional plan model for efficient reference service of university library is 'wide-area subject divisional plan model'. 1) In the case of central library, the space model of wide-area subject divisional plan is programmed as undergraduate library for the undergraduate students. And each subject libraries is operated as research library for the professors and graduate students. 2) In central library, the collection model of wide-area subject divisional plan is practiced as offering reference and general education centered data for undergraduate students 'study. And each subject libraries is furnished with research papers, recent journals, and various major-related data. 3) The human resource model of wide-area subject divisional plan is applicated by arranging appropriate librarians at the right place. In the case of central library, the reference librarians and librarians who educate the users and take charge of function are set in to help undergraduate students with their study. Subject library needs to secure subject librarians, librarians who take charge of function, and graduate students who are related to the subject as student assistant. Then it is possible to discriminate reference service by subjects and users.

This article highlights the issues and problems in the revised National Sports Promotion Act, Article 11(Fostering of certified sports leaders) and Article 11-2(Designation, etc. of qualifying examination institutions and training institutions) that were amended by Presidential decrees and Ordinances of the Ministry to implement the acts, July. 4, 2014. The national certification that was introduced to promote job career and to effectively manage human resource is forming a strong link with the education and labor market. Given the numerous human resources majoring in sports and exercise of the higher education and as they are providing them with professionalization of curriculum and instruction in higher education, the national sports promotion act administrative legislation article 8-2(offering certification for any person aged over 18 years old) should be omitted. The national sports promotion act administrative legislation article 12(Training course) that requires 90 hours of professional development should be revised to a few hours of continuing professional development every year.
At present, the importance of organizational effectiveness is highlighted even more as business environment enters into a new type of work setting, the smartwork environment. This new type of work environment could be significantly influential in promoting organizational effectiveness of office administrators who carry out atypical types of tasks in general and are exposed to emotional labor excessively. Organizational effectiveness of office administrators could also be controlled by their concerns at work, their personal values and the increasing demand for work-life balance. The main purpose of this research is to investigate how smartwork environment perceived by office administrators is related with organizational effectiveness. In addition, this research places the focus on how concerns and work-life balance moderate the relationship between smartwork environment and organizational effectiveness. The survey was conducted among 102 office administrators, and data were analyzed by moderated multiple regression analysis method. Job autonomy of smartwork environment showed positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and innovative behavior. IT dependence of smartwork environment showed negative effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment and positive effect innovative behavior. It was found that concerns with impact positively moderate the effects of job autonomy on job satisfaction and innovative behavior; concerns with self negatively moderate the effects of job autonomy on organizational commitment and innovative behavior. Also, it was found that work-life balance moderates the effects of job autonomy on organizational commitment and the effects of IT dependence on innovative behavior. The result of this research can be taken into consideration when a strategic human resource development plan is prepared for office administrators in smartwork environment.
The purpose of this study is to empirically investigate the role of capitalized intangibles such as patents, copy rights and R&D and non-capitalized intangibles such as advertising expenses and labor-related expenses, which are considered to be important to generating future excess profits, on the valuation of IPO shares. This study examines 125 firms which went public during 1992 - 1998. The result suggests that advertising expenses do not have significant influence on the offer price and the market price of IPO shares. On the other hand, R&D and labor-related expenses play important role in determining the offer price and the market price of IPO shares. In case of capitalized intangible assets, they we important factors in determining the market price but not the of for price. This study suspects that the Securities and Exchange Law of the Korean Securities Exchange Commission potentially contribute to the result of no effect of capitalized intangibles (except R&D) on the offer price by underwriters. According to the Law, any intangible assets which are considered to be irrelevant to the valuation of IPO shares must be exclued. This is very ambiguous and potentially cause underwriters to exclude any intangibles difficult to measure their value. However the market considers capitalized intangibles to be important, as suggested by the result of this study. To reduce this valuation asymmetry, it is important to reveal detailed information regarding the valuation of assets, in particular, intangible assets to the public.
The selection of a third-party logistics (3PL) provider is a critical process for shippers who want to receive competitive logistics service. However, studies analyzing the factors that influence the selection of 3PL provider from the viewpoint of shippers are insufficient. The present study aims to derive factors to be considered when selecting a 3PL provider by domestic shippers and to present the weights of each factor. The analysis results showed that among the major factors, the "operation factor" showed the highest importance, followed by "strategic factor", and "communication factor". The results of compound weights showed that "cost reduction" is the most important factor, followed by the "expertise of the provider", "inventory management ability", and "human resources management". The present study proposed the core factors that should be considered when selecting a 3PL provider from the shipper's viewpoint. This study also has an industrial implication from the viewpoint of 3PL providers because it provides the basic data for enhancing the shipper's satisfaction by reinforcing the factors that are considered important in by shippers. In future research, it is necessary to classify shippers by industry and analyze the differences in the factors that arise in selecting 3PL companies for each industry.
The purpose of this study is to examine the trend of the studies on Korean social welfare administration over a recent 10 year period. Employing both network analysis and content analysis, which are representative statistical strategies to identify research trends, we analyzed 221 articles published in the Journal of Korean Social Welfare Administration from 2005 to 2014. The major findings were as follows; First, we found two clusters -"social (welfare) service" and "social welfare organization"- in the studies of social welfare administration. In addition, more than 80% of articles are mainly related with human resource management, including job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and so forth. Second, the newly emerging academic subjects such as social enterprise and community network appeared to be done independently of traditional subjects. Third, the proportion of quantitative studies being focused on human resources was overwhelmingly high compared to the other types of studies; therefore, there are a few studies using qualitative or mixed method, evidence based practice, and discourse studies. In addition, the studies of the rural areas, which are a blind spot of the social service delivery system, and the studies about information management, financial management, marketing, organization innovation rarely appeared, despite their significance.
